“I always know my Vino is in good hands with Lea and her hubby is the bonus! You get tons of fun photos and commentary that let you know their loving home is truly a fur baby Oasis.”

“Harper took absolutely the best care of our dog, Milo. She kept us updated about Milo's daily schedule and activities, making sure that he is getting enough exercises throughout the day, and treated him like her own pet during the 4-day boarding. I would recommend Harper to anyone who is looking for a loving sitter who can take great care of their fur baby!”

“Angélica and her family were awesome! They took such good care of my girl, provided regular updates including photos and video. They have a lovely home with a yard, take time to walk and play with your pet, and even helped train/reinforce training for tricks. The questionnaire they provide prior to booking helps prevent forgetting any important details. I absolutely will ask them to watch Lilah again in the future.”

“Cindy was amazing! She was able to fit us in on a short notice and was so with sending us updates of our baby. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you so much Cindy, Bunnie had an amazing time with you!”

“Robin and Dan are very warm, caring and obvious dog lovers. They took Nora in with open arms and were very accommodating when it comes to her quirks. They sent many updates, photos and videos. I could tell Nora felt instantly at home with them and knew she would be well taken care of. Robin and I had thorough conversations before her stay on Nora’s specific needs and traits which mad me feel at ease. Nora was very happy and content when we picked her up and didn’t seem to want to leave! We would love for Robin and Dan to take care of Nora in the future”

“Once again my cats had a great time at Mary’s. I especially like that she has a dedicated room for them with toys and lots of places to climb. Mary took time to send me updates and photos, which I really appreciate. I could tell my cat’s enjoyed themselves, they did not want to go home. Even my scaredy-cat, Warrior who spent most of his time hiding behind her couch seemed right at home when I went to pick them up. Thanks Mary!!!”

“Jocelyn was amazing! We got lots of updates and photos of our pup during her stay with her! 🥰 She was also accommodating to our pups needs and comforted her as she was afraid of the fireworks on the 4th. Definitely recommend to book with her she was great!”

“Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I had a few specific instructions for my pup’s stay, and not only were they followed perfectly—they even offered helpful suggestions and kept me updated with pictures and videos the whole time. The level of care and attention my dog received was outstanding, and I could tell he felt right at home the moment we arrived. There’s a warm, calming energy in this home that you can feel immediately and clearly, my pup felt it too. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be booking again whenever I’m out of town. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to see you all again soon!”

“Olivia and her boyfriend were wonderful! They watched my dog at their place for 3 nights and were so kind to my dog, did everything just right, and sent updates with pictures. I will definitely be back!!”

“I've been booking Bobo since I downloaded Rover and she has been amazing. She is usually available when I need her to watch my son. Her and her husband love watching my son and playing with him. She walks daily and feeds on time.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I provide a safe, loving home environment and care for one family’s pet at a time so your dog gets plenty of attention and individualized care. I’ll follow your pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule and provide boarding throughout the week and on weekends. Dogs in my care should be comfortable spending a 1-2 hours independently at a time while I am running errands, or attending to other commitments (picking kid up from camp or school for example). Mondays and Thursdays are typically office days, so these days are my longest periods away from home (~8 hours during the day). Outside of those times, dogs receive plenty of attention, affection, walks, and care. I want both pets and their owners to feel comfortable and at ease. I provide a safe, family-oriented home and care for one family’s pet at a time. I’ll follow your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions, and I’m happy to send updates and photos while you’re away.
“Izzy took such good care of our dog. He sent pictures and updates multiple times a day. They treated our dog like he was a part of their family. We were nervous using Rover for the first time. Izzy made us comfortable leaving our dog with him and his family. We will only leave our dog with Izzy going forward.”

“Tracey was super communicative and cared for Leo well. She has a great set up and nice neighborhood for dogs, and her 2 boxer buddies were so friendly. Would definitely book again!”

“Lenin and Tatiana were great with Peanut. They took over after a bad experience with another sitter, so I appreciate them making sure that she was doing well and in good spirits when I got her. The previous sitter had not been taking her out to the bathroom properly so Peanut required extra care and frequent bathroom breaks during this time and they were great about it. Thank you!”

“Sarentuya was wonderful with my dog! She can be pouty and refused to go on walks, but she was so patient and gave her lots of love and attention instead. I really appreciated the photo updates and knowing she was comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!”

“April and Josh took care of our Charlie so well. Charlie is a high energetic Labrador with too much of separation anxiety and we were really worried to leave him for 2 nights. We did a meet & greet the day before, and Charlie got instantly comfortable. Their dog Boba is very lovable and gentle. April communicated regularly and responded in a timely fashion and also sent lots of pictures. Charlie was very happy and well taken care of! I would feel completely comfortable leaving Charlie in their care again!”

“Great communication and Zoey seemed very happy there. She stayed for around 10 days while I was traveling and Gianna and her family made Zoey feel very welcome while I was gone. I would definitely have her stay with them again.”

“Alisha is the best dog sitter ever!!! She took care of our dog for 10 days straight and we couldn’t be happier. I feel like my dog went on vacation, not me ? We are definitely going to use Alisha’s services in the near future again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - San Lorenzo
From the moment I met Julia, she made me feel completely at ease and confident that Oakley was in great hands. It was clear that Oakley felt comfortable and cared for, which meant so much to me. In the updates i could tell that Oakley was happy and well looked after the entire time. I am incredibly grateful for the love and attention she and Michael gave Oakley.

Angelica is an outstanding Rover caregiver. She is conscientious, gentle, detailed in her care. Her home is organized, clean and comforting to the dogs she cares for. She gives attention to the responsiveness of my dog, my dog's social adjustment to other dogs. She gave my dog daily walks and exercise and plenty of affection and attention. I appreciated her daily photos and written messages to keep me updated as to my dog's experience with her family. Her son was a welcomed friend and source of affection for my dog. I was so thankful for Angelica's care for my dog in my absence.
Brenda was absolutely amazing!! We would give her 100+ stars if we could! She kept us updated every day with the sweetest photos and videos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We could tell Mochi was having the best time with Brenda and her mom—getting multiple walks a day, tons of tummy rubs, and endless snuggles. Brenda treated Mochi like family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! : )
Tatiana and Lenin took amazing care of my high energy dog. They gave her lots of attention, took her for long walks and played with her, and sent me lots of pictures and videos throughout her stay so I was reassured that she's being well taken care of. I couldn't have taken better care of her myself and I would recommend Tatiana and Lenin's services to anyone. I'm looking forward to booking with them again in the future.

Shuvashna is sweet and kind and a definite animal lover. My dog loves her as well. She sent plenty of pictures and videos every day so we always knew our dog was happy and well taken care of. I will definitely be using shuvashna again soon! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to keep their pet while out of town.

Kimberly provided an stress-free experience while we were on vacay! Our dog stayed with her family for 6 days and right from the start, we knew we chose the right sitter. She kept us in the loop about what they were all up to from walks to meals to play time and sent many pics and videos along the way. I was glad she asked questions about him when she did not know rather than just guess because it showed she really cared about his comfort. This was the first time Rocky was not with us for fireworks so I really appreciated her special attention there as well since Rocky did not want to leave her side. Speaking of, she sent us pics of an impromptu 4th of July photoshoot for Rocky! It was the cutest thing. Thank you so much to Jaden too for giving Rocky a great time! Until next time - I know he misses you all! 💗

Mecca was beyond amazing. Was going through moving and escrow so needed a long term stay, thought it was only going to be a month but ended up being longer and Mecca made it easy. Mecca was beyond helpful with sending photos and updates on my dog, even noticed he may have an ear affection so I took my dog to the vet and she was right. We are beyond thankful & would use her again if needed.

If you’re looking for someone to trust in providing the best care to your fur baby, book with Yan! 💕 She helped me in a last minute booking the first time, and she was flexible with me. Yan also has a kind and calm presence. I have a spunky pup that warmed up to Yan on the first visit. When I book with Yan, I literally have no worries. She’s very communicative and provides updates and photos, so I know how my fur baby is doing throughout the day. There are times where I’ve worked overnight and can be exhausted, and Yan was flexible and kind enough to pick up and drop off my Luna. I’m so glad I connected with Yan, now I have someone I trust to care for my fur baby when I’m away. I cannot say thank you enough Yan 💕

We came from Las Vegas and our sitter back at home cancelled on us and we needed to find a sitter ASAP. Luckily we found Jaqueline the time that we did. The pups enjoyed themselves so much with their stay. Usually they struggle with eating when they have a sitter, but Jaqueline said they ate the whole time of their stay with no issues, it was such a relief. Our pups were so confused at first since we usually keep them with us when we go to Cali. And to us, them eating is a great sign that they feel loved and welcomed. Thank you so much Jaqueline we will for sure be booking again everytime we go to California.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
