Janine responded quickly and we scheduled a time for me and my dog to visit to make sure it’d be a good fit. She and her teen kids each took a dog and me and my dog for a walk around the block, then they opened up their home to me to show me how my dog would live when boarded. They showed me the white board where they write down the dogs diets and schedule and sent me updates and photos. I really appreciated that. It was a lot of effort on their part! We recently booked Savita to care for our dog Ayra. Since the time I requested the booking Savita and her husband were both super communicative. They made sure we had a meet and greet before we finalize them as Ayra’s caregiver. The way they introduced Ayra to their dogs and the way they made Ayra comfortable around themselves speaks about how much they care. From drop off to pick up Savita was always in touch with us and super quick with her response. Ayra came home happy and tired. We will definitely have Ayra board with them again.
5 stars care and a happy pup ! Pratima took wonderful care of Vaayu, and I truly can’t express how relieved and grateful we felt having him with her. Leaving your dog with someone else is never easy, but she made the whole experience very reassuring and stress-free. She sent thoughtful updates every day about his food, mood, and temperament, along with videos that made us feel connected to him while we were away. She carefully monitored his food intake, made sure he was comfortable, and kept us updated as he settled in and started feeling better. What stood out most was how caring, patient, and attentive she was with him. It was clear that Vaayu was not just being watched — he was genuinely cared for. He came back to us happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. This was honestly one of our best experiences with a dog sitter, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Pratima to anyone looking for loving and trustworthy care for their pet.
This was our first time with our dog staying overnight somewhere so we were a little apprehensive, but Janine made us feel at ease by giving us a tour of her house and how well she cares for her dogs. Maple also gets to play with other dogs so she loves staying there.
Krystal & Quinn took wonderful care of our dog Artemis, they kept us continuously informed on how our dog was doing and kept her engaged throughout our trip (she’s a high energy dog who loves to play so we really appreciate it!) They also were very prompt to reply to any questions we had and took on this boarding on very short notice, we will definitely be boarding with them again in the future 😁
Jennifer did a great job looking after our dog Bruno. We really appreciated the photo and video updates — it was always good to see how he was doing. This was my first experience using Rover, and I was very nervous about leaving my puppy Nova with someone new. Naveen made that so much easier than I expected. From the start, he listened carefully to everything I shared about Nova's routine and needs, and he never made me feel like I was being too detailed or overly cautious. He sends updates frequently, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the stay. Nova is a young, cautious Havanese who takes time to warm up to new people and environments. The fact that she did so well with Naveen says everything — he clearly has a calm, patient presence that even the most sensitive puppies can feel. She ate her meals, slept in her crate, and came home happy. I am planning the next boarding with him now with peace of mind. Naveen is the kind of sitter you feel genuinely lucky to find, especially as a first-time puppy owner. Highly recommend!
Trisha has taken care of Ralphi three times now, and each time has been absolutely wonderful. Dana & her family were wonderful with Bentley, Dana made sure that Bentley felt very comfortable throughout his stay. Bentley enjoyed staying with Dana and her family, he enjoyed playing in the large backyard. Dana sent us pictures of Bentley periodically and kept us well updated, she also advised us when Bentley got fussy eating his dinner, etc she eventually was able to coax him to finish his dinner. We'd love to book with her in the future as well. :)
Jessica was truly amazing at taking care of our pup! She was communicative, incredibly sweet, and very flexible, which we really appreciated when our flight got delayed on our return.
