She helped me out in a pinch and agreed to take care of Winston without a meet and greet since I found out last-minute that I had to be out of town. She was super flexible on pick-up and drop-off times and so genuinely happy to take care of my fur baby. Her two dogs that are bigger than Winston seemed to be so sweet and gentle with him. They were so welcoming to a new little friend. I appreciated that she was thorough in asking questions during drop-off, welcomed me into her home to see the space that Winston would be in, and while I was gone she was super communicative and provided me with regular updates and pictures. Winston looked like he fit right into her sweet little family. She even sent me a message the day after I picked Winston up to tell me she missed him. So sweet!
