“When I leave my dog with a new sitter, I always feel anxious asking myself "will my dog be ok? Will he be safe?". But when I had the meet and greet with Shuvashna, my anxiety was alleviated. I saw how she and my dog got along, how she would be treating my dog. And while away, Shuvashna would send daily photos and messages to let me know how my dog was doing. They got along great. I would definitely bring my dog to her again and highly recommend others to leave their fur-babies with her. They will be in good hands.”

And it was so wonderful to see Fuji walking off their cozy bed (which hints to me that he was allowed to sleep on the bed - a big plus since he sleeps with me in my bed!). About: I’m a huge dog lover who’s very fortunate to have always been around them. I’ve grown up with big and small dogs and play with the dogs at the shelter regularly. My pup (10 year old terrier mix) gets daily walks, cuddles, and is best friends with all the small dogs at the dog park. Dogs are so loving and deserve to be treated with the same love and care. I am available early in the mornings everyday (before 10am and after 5pm on T and Th and before 2:30pm M,W,F.) I’m available all day on weekends and holidays. I try to stay home as much as I can. If I’m not home, my mom and older sister are. I feed them breakfast and then go on a neighborhood walk at around 8am. If they cannot walk, I have a pet stroller. When at home, they will lounge around inside or outside. Backyard door remains open during the day so they can come inside and outside as they please. The yard is fully fenced. If it’s a hot day I will give them a bath, set a fan, or go somewhere cooler like the marina.

About: I have a 70-pound dog who is 6 years old. She tore both of her cranial cruciate ligaments (CCL), and I took care of her when she was unable to walk during her surgery recovery. I am very comfortable with walking dogs (even large ones!), using firm but gentle commands, brushing their teeth and fur, and cleaning up after them. I am also working as a part-time Veterinary/Kennel Assistant, and through this role, I have learned to measure and record canine vitals (weight, temperature, heart rate, and respiratory rate); safely restrain and position dogs during vaccines, blood draws, and ultrasounds; observe canine behavior and monitor for blood pressure measurements and fluid therapy; and more! I have a very flexible schedule and I’m currently able to work most weekdays at any hour! “Fuji was so well taken care of during his very first boarding with April, Josh, and Boba! Josh was excellent in his response time to my questions, drop off and pick up was quick and easy, and video updates (loved them) were fantastic to receive! And it was so wonderful to see Fuji walking off their cozy bed (which hints to me that he was allowed to sleep on the bed - a big plus since he sleeps with me in my bed!). Thank you so much, you guys are absolutely fabulous! The house is very clean too, and very open setting which allows the goldens to play as much as they want inside. Fuji is exhausted, and I think wondering where Boba is. Next time for sure! I will book with them again. THANK YOU!”

Dean's constant presence and spoiling didn't give Rocco a chance to experience anxiety. And Dean handled Rocco's other anxieties like a true pro. We appreciated Dean's daily updates and photos, they let us know that Rocco was in good hands and enjoying himself. We will definitely have Rocco stay with Dean for our future boarding needs.”
“Astrid was a lifesaver! The dog sitter for my active Aussie Shepard/pitbull mix had a medical emergency and she agreed to watch my Lola on a week’s notice. Lola can be a handful (she is very hyper until she gets used to people and is reactive towards other dogs) but Astrid and her family were so sweet and patient to Lola that she settled in quickly. Astrid provided updates regularly which reassured Lola was well loved. Will definitely hire Astrid again to dog sit Lola since Lola had such a great time!”
