I know when I leave Phinny in her care, I don’t have to worry if he’s having a good time- she sends great updates and shares photos of their adventures together. Leaving Phinny behind is hard but April makes it easy by making him feel right at home. April does a great job of enforcing rules, creating a calm environment and making sure my dog is happy in her care. He loves staying with her! April has proven time and time again what not only great customer service she provides to Phinny and I but she cares for him like he’s family. “Kieu is one of the most caring and detailed oriented person that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable when it comes to pet care. Even with everything she already knows, she is always going out of her way to learn more. She is well on her way to being an RVT and she was even shift lead at her last practice! She always goes above and beyond to give the best care to any animal that she took care of. Out of everyone that I know, Kieu would be my absolute go to person on taking care of my older, renal dog and also my sweet, younger cat! I also have this sneaky suspicion that my dog actually loves her more than me as she will always sit right in front of Kieu for her pets, but rarely does she ever do that to me!”
