About: Currently working from home full time! I own a 4 year old shihtzu terrier named Cooper. He’s a super friendly little guy who gets a long with basically any dog. On my free time I enjoy taking my dog to dog parks and interacting with other dog owners. I have experience handling all types of dogs and sizes. Seeing a dog's tail wag super fast is one of my joys! Disclaimers: I do not take dogs on off leash walks unless it’s at a private gated property I do not walk multiple dogs in one session as this will often cause/increase reactivity. Depending on how reactive your dog is, how new they are to walks, and how strong they are, I strongly suggest having a muzzle and, in severe cases, may require that they have one for a session. I can always help recommend the most comfortable one for your pet as my 90 lb dog needed one for walks in the beginning of training and still needs it for vet trips :) I taught her that it’s not a punishment and desensitized her to it by associating it with positive things like treats and now she helps me put it on her. I work from 6 am - 9 am every weekday morning and have therapy on Wednesdays at 10. Outside of that, my other commitments are flexible and my main focus is on building my clientele here on rover :) I plan on fulfilling any need/chore my client’s owner lists for me and I offer free training when wanted. Outside of that, I pay close attention to a pet’s behavior and potty/feeding schedule to ensure they are fed on time, let out for potty, taken out for walks, and played with as needed and in a way that is most fulfilling for their breed. Alex was absolutely wonderful with our three animals (two dogs and a cat) and we couldn't recommend him more highly! He was attentive, communicative, and clearly a natural with pets. He went above and beyond in so many ways: he took our dogs on an extra walk after dinner, and when our senior dog got tired, he thoughtfully brought her home to rest while keeping our younger pup out to burn more energy. That kind of awareness and care for each animal's individual needs really stood out to us. He sent plenty of updates throughout the day which gave us total peace of mind, and when we got home the house was just as clean as we left it. All three animals loved him, which says everything. We'll definitely be booking Alex again!

Left for almost four days out of state for my brother wedding. Bella took good care of my animals while I was gone, and would recommend to anyone looking for animal care. She stayed in my home with them, and everything was clean and animals were happy. Nova is a large dog ~100lbs and doesn’t appear she had any troubles with her. Would look to rebook if I ever had the need again.
