“Nicole was an amazing dog sitter, and I would use her again in a heartbeat. My dachshund is an older guy, and he is both deaf and struggling with dementia, which means that he requires a lot of care and help. Nicole was incredibly accommodating with regard to his needs - organizing her household to make it safe for him, watching him closely when he was around other dogs, etc. Nicole is also very gracious. For example, I found out upon returning from a two week trip that my dog had been waking her up really early. Rather than complaining about that - which would have been totally justified! - she figured out a way to deal with his early morning needs. Our dog has some special needs and they made sure all of his needs were met and gave him all of the attention in the world. We received photos and videos everyday of our dog having a great time.
