Charlene is very attentive, very loving with the dogs, and is so easy to communicate with. Penny definitely craves attention and Charlene has been so accommodating to making sure Penny feels all the love while we are gone. When it was time to pick them up, Zo had all of my things conveniently packed and ready to go by the door. The whole process went so smoothly. “First time I used Rover and it definitely was a hit! I found Sarah and when I talked to her I felt at ease and knew she was the person to take care of my babies, she took in my cats for 3 weeks when it was originally suppose to be 2. She had no problem working with me and was very flexible when I extended with her. She sent me updates and photos almost every day to show me how my cats were. When I initially booked it was last minute, and I couldn’t appreciate Sarah for being patient and understanding. We worked together on drop and pick up times and also allowed for a late checkout when I picked up my babies which was definitely easier for both of us I would say. She was able to grab certain foods and litter my cats like and use without no problem. To end it all, my cats looked happy when I picked them up, no signs of them looking sad or hurt. Like I said I felt at ease when I first talked to her and she will deff be my go back cat sitter when needed in the future. Thank you Sarah ?”

They also provided wonderful updates with pictures and fun descriptions of Maica's activities. My dog has certain anxieties and sensitivities and they were very astute to pick up on them and provide the environment and comfort she needed. I was so grateful for their care. It would be my honor if they could care for Maica in the future.”

Appreciate how they wanted to know detailed bits of Bori and her lifestyle to best accommodate her stay. They took Bori out multiple times and I’m appreciative of how much they adored her. And what made the cherry on top was that Bori made a new friend! Easy to contact and super quick to reply. Definitely recommend!”

Ana walked them each day, spoiled them to bits, and even let lemon and bean sleep on her bed at times. She kept us up to date frequently with pictures and notes of what they were up to.
