This was my first time using Rover and booking a pet care service, and Jocelyn made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was very responsive, asked thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered, and always kept me updated during her visits. My dog, Skye, can be reactive and takes time to warm up to new people, but Jocelyn was incredibly patient and understanding. She never pushed Skye beyond her comfort level and let her build trust at her own pace. By the third day, I could already see Skye becoming more comfortable with her, which meant a lot to me. It was clear that Jocelyn genuinely cared about Skye’s well-being and treated her with kindness, patience, and respect. Jocelyn is always amazing with my dog when she cares for him. She is caring, trustworthy, and very responsible. She goes above and beyond each time and every time.
