This was my first time using Rover and booking a pet care service, and Jocelyn made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was very responsive, asked thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered, and always kept me updated during her visits. My dog, Skye, can be reactive and takes time to warm up to new people, but Jocelyn was incredibly patient and understanding. She never pushed Skye beyond her comfort level and let her build trust at her own pace. By the third day, I could already see Skye becoming more comfortable with her, which meant a lot to me. It was clear that Jocelyn genuinely cared about Skye’s well-being and treated her with kindness, patience, and respect. I am so grateful for the care she provided and will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you, Jocelyn, for taking such great care of my girl!

Trustworthy dog walker and sitter! She’s patient with my pup & makes sure he’s well taken care of. She’s always updating us with pictures, which makes me comfortable in knowing he’s doing good & well. I recommend Jocelyn!
