“Our pup stayed for a week during the holidays with Jenny and Megan, and she looked happier than ever in every photo and video they sent us. They kept her busy with all her favorite activities and lots of quality time, as well as following instructions we provided during her stay. We think she likes her “other home” a lot better! 😂”

“Suzanne did a great job with our dogs. It seems like she was able to spend a lot of time with them, provided frequent access to her beautiful yard, and took good overall care of them. It was great to get a picture or two of them each day -- it's a small thing that makes a big difference if you tend to miss your dogs while on vacation. Her prices are magnitudes lower than what we would have paid to board them somewhere like Citizen Canine or Wag Hotel. I'm really glad that Rover exists and that we found Suzanne.”

“Zack was truly amazing!!! He is more than welcome to care for my fur baby anytime. I loved the constant updates and videos of him and my fur baby having a good time. Thanks Zack!”

“Joann was fantastic! She was reliable and communicative. My pup was happy and well-cared for when I got back—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!”

“Maya (Anchisa) was an exceptional sitter for our furry son. We took a 5 day family vacation and she watched our 17 lb dog. Maya sent multiple updates every day and seemed to like taking as many photos and videos of our little guy as we do! We feel very comfortable trusting Maya with our dog.”

“Our pup had the absolute best (and quite long) stay with Ruthy and her pups. She sent tons of pics/videos and I will absolutely be requesting her services again, and would highly recommend to anyone.”

“He said he is not one, but Joshua is a dog whisperer! Daisy loved Joshua and she seems so comfortable with him. Immediately, she felt comfortable and safe when we dropped Daisy off. Joshua was professional and made sure there was a process to drop-off and pick-up. We received daily updates and photos. This was our first Rover experience and we cannot ask for anyone better! We will definitely consider Joshua for future boarding and sitting.”

“I had zero worries after I brought my Ziggy over for the meet & greet. Jakree kept me up to date with everything and sent plenty of pics. I would not hesitate to request him again to watch Ziggy.”

“Michelle and Mandar were amazing! We left our 5 year old Brittany with them for a 5 day business trip. We got multiple pictures daily of their family playing with the pup, and we will definitely be trusting them with our dog for our next trip. Highly recommend!”

“Sara helped our pup during the July 4th holiday, and she was amazing in helping our dog get through it. He’s really sensitive to fireworks and she did everything and more to help him survive the weekend. She also administered his anxiety meds and followed our instructions (and asked for clarifications throughout) perfectly, which was super amazing of her!”

“Robyn and her family were so wonderful for our weirdo dogs. They were incredibly accommodating to their idiosyncrasies / needs and patient with them. Robyn's little daughter is also very gentle and dependable around dogs which made us feel very comfortable leaving our dogs with them. Our dogs seemed like part of their family for the week we were gone. We also got daily updates and photos from Robyn. Will book again if they'll have us - I know our girls will be excited to go back!”

“Erika was amazing with my fur baby. Her communication was great, and she was so attentive. I truly appreciate everything she did—especially caring for him while he wasn’t feeling well. I will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Ben and his family were great! They treated Neeka like their own dog and gave her lots of love. They took her to outdoor events and lots of walks. Neeka had a great time staying with them.”

“Josephine was awesome! Sent me daily updates and cute pictures, and took my dog on walks and snuggled with him. He clearly had a great time and I’d happily book with Josephine again!”

“This was my first time leaving my pup with Brandon and I’m so glad I did. He came very highly recommended and I felt completely confident and comfortable knowing Brandon is so good at what he does and I definitely appreciate the frequent pics/updates. Thank you Brandon for taking care of my baby! ??”

About: I have only pet-sat for friends doggos and cats in the past. Now that we are in a bigger place with a small yard, I’d love to work with you and your dogs. I will follow your directions and love your doggo right. I have had several Ridgebacks and Dobermans, a greyhound, and a viasla in my life and now love my two small ones - a rat terrier mix and a Pinchiweenie. I work from home and my desk is downstairs right by the back door so the door is open all day for my pets to go out as they please. I live in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for nice walkies around my neighborhood which has lots of grassy areas. I have time throughout the day for walks if needed and I make a point to have playtime with balls or toys throughout the day. We live just a few minutes from Oakland Airport in an 2 story townhome with a small (20 ft x 20ft), fully enclosed yard with areas for potties. It has great morning and early afternoon sun and I always have beds outside for sunning. The door is open for them to goes out as they want. We allow our pets in the couch and I office downstairs to keep an eye on the doggos. I have several water bowls around for hydration. I feed my girls a combination of kibble and homemade dog food, so “special meals” are not an issue for me.
“Madeleine was great with my dog Julio! She took our very last minute request and was very responsive. She gave updates and photos each day, which put me at ease since Julio is a high anxiety dog. I would definitely book her again!”

“Matthew and Van Joseph took amazing care of our two pups. We got lots of lovely updates - going on walks, playing and napping, I could see they were well taken care of.”

Super lovely. This was our pups first sleepover at a house he didn't know. He came home tired and super happy. Alex was flexible and really nice. We really appreciated her communication and confidence with a hyper puppy. Her house is super nice too! And right by a great park

Stephanie is truly exceptional at her work. She continues to adapt Otis’s stay as he evolves as a pup and reinforces his growth with mini training sessions along with her own dogs. This is an added bonus to already thoughtful and conscientious care. Otis is maturing and his time at Stephanie’s is undoubtedly a huge part of growth. As always we highly recommend her and Sunny!

Bill was responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. I could tell Minnie was well taken care of. I loved that we arranged our dogs to meet ahead of time to ensure they got along, and they did. She had the best time with her new friend. Bill kept me updated with videos of her so I knew she was at ease with him. 100% will return to Bill with my future pet sitting needs.

Shannon is a phenomenal sitter. Our Miri absolutely loves her and Rocky. Miri is always happy to see her and when he’s with her we feel completely at ease knowing that he’s in good care. She takes amazing photos and I would encourage her to start a pet photography side business! As a sitter Shannon has been so accommodating by being able to be flexible when we’ve had some unexpected travel come up. She is very responsive and sends daily updates. We will continue booking with Shannon in the future.

My dog has separation anxiety. But you’d never know, since he started running towards Reijun’s house the second he was out of the car as I dropped him off for his second time boarding with her. He was so excited to go back and had the best time! She gave him lots of love and attention. I will definitely be rebooking for my next trip ❤️

Daryl and Andrew took wonderful care of our pup Loki for a 10 day trip. I appreciated their flexibility with drop off and pick up, their thoughtful updates on how she was doing, and their skilled care. You can tell they truly love dogs - so much so that our pup truly felt part of their pack.

Simply the best! Kelly took incredible care of our beloved cavpoo, Bijou. She was very thorough in the meet and greet, walked us through her philosophy of care, showed us in details the housing arrangements for our pup, and then gave us frequent updates during the stay. We will definitely be using Kelly again in the future!
