I’ve raised and trained a puppy from 8 weeks old, cared for up to 3 medium-sized dogs at a time, and have experience housing and caring for rabbits, birds, and reptiles too. 🐶🐱🐰🦜🐸🦎 Your pet will be welcomed into a warm, loving home where they’ll be treated like family! I’m also a pet parent myself — my 1-year-old pup and 9-year-old cat are both incredibly friendly with people and other animals and absolutely love making new friends. They’re always excited to welcome new furry guests! 🐕🐈 I believe pet sitting is so much more than just filling a food bowl twice a day — it’s about being real company for your pet. Surrounded by cozy blankets, their favorite toys from home, and plenty of love, your pet will feel comfortable and right at ease from the moment they arrive. Evan was flexible from the beginning, which I really appreciated. He is prompt to respond to messages and sent me lots of pictures and videos of my doggo while I was away. Shareese has great communication, is prompt, attentive, kind, and trustworthy! From the moment we did our meet and greet, Yeiko made himself right at home at Shareese’s and it was clear he was comfortable with her and in her space. Yeiko requires extra care and vigilance due to his IBD and Shareese handled his needs with patience, attentiveness, and care that put me at ease while I was away. I would absolutely trust Shareese for future dog boarding needs and I think Yeiko would love it too!
I WAS FREAKING OUT! With fairly short notice, my usual options for taking care of my Witten, a 65lb Lab/Jindo mix were unavailable. I definitely didn't want to use a "dog hotel", so I decided to cancel my travel plans. But then a good friend sent me a link to Rover (which I had never heard of) along with a few dog sitter profiles that he thought looked like a good match for Witten. Monica was one of them, and his intuition about her turned out to be spot on. She responded quickly, and was very accomodating about arranging a meet and greet at her home. She and her partner, Benji both have a great energy and a presence which immediately made me start to feel comfortable. And Witten immediately started excitedly exploring their securely fenced-in backyard and making himself at home. Daily, they sent me pics and videos of Witten obviously having a doggone good happy time...in the backyard, on walks around the neightborhood, at parks. Along with insightful observations about Witten that told me they were truly spending time with him and doing more than just "dog sitting". I would have no hesitations about having them care for Witten again. And we are very happy to have them as part of our pack
Audrey was amazing! She took care of my high energy pup! She followed all the instructions, gave regular updates and sent several pictures of my dog’s day! She was very responsive and was very flexible with last minute changes to my trip. She also ensured that my dog was safe and accommodated changes like removing carpet or dog-friendly plants as my dog doesn’t do well with that. I would highly recommend her and would rebook her in the future.
Bear had such a great stay with Diksha! She was so patient with him because he has a lot of nerves when in a new space, and she took such good care of hi to help him settle in and feel comfortable. cannot recommend her enough, we always feel a bit nervous dropping him off somewhere new and from the moment we dropped him off we felt that he was in great hands with her. Derrick took such great care of Roux Roux! 🐾💛 He stayed on top of his medication and feeding schedule, walked him daily, and gave him lots of love and cuddles. He also sent plenty of pictures and updates, which really put me at ease, especially since this was Roux’s first time staying with him. I felt confident knowing Roux was in such good hands. I would definitely recommend Derrick and will absolutely book with him again!
Erika is an incredibly attentive sitter! We had full peace of mind and confidence that our dog was in good hands with her, and that she was well taken care of. Amber and Jason agreed to take our two pups for almost a month at very short notice. They returned to us happy and well. And that’s not easy as Fionn is a notorious poop eater and his stool gets gross and weird if that’s not monitored and Morgan has a chronic spine injury and her gait gets worse if she’s not kept from over exerting herself (she’s a classic Frenchie in that she has a high pain threshold, is stubborn and refuses to accept she needs to be careful!). We got numerous photos and got fast responses from them both any time we had a concern. We would not hesitate to use Amber and Jason again.
