About: I managed a pet sitting service for 4 years with more than 400 clients and owned my own pet sitting service for 2 years, providing above and beyond pet care: dog walking, boarding, overnight house sitting, cat sitting, and other small pet care. I'm trained in insulin injections and skilled at applying ear drops, administering pills, and other basic daily medicinal needs. I also take great pictures of your pets and provide detailed notes while you're away! As a pet owner myself, I know first hand how hard it is to leave your pets at home. If I am to stay at your home, I can also take care of daily house duties like rotating lights, bringing in mail/packages, and watering plants. (I'm a skilled plant owner as well!) I'm trained in pet CPR and first aid and am skilled at recognizing dog behavioral cues. While I'm not a trainer, I'm happy to work with your dog on existing commands and basic commands. I have a very flexible, remote job and will prioritize your pet and it's needs! I take my own dog for hikes and play dates 3-4 times a week (on top of regular walks!) and look forward to having your dog join our pack! I have a two dogs of my own and your pup must get along with mine. I do provide a crate should your dog prefer that in my home. We have a fenced in yard for late night outs. Growing up, I have personally cared for medium-sized dogs, specifically a German shepherd and Pitbull, and also 3 different cats. Today I have my own dog, Tigger, a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd/Presa Canario mix (110 lbs), who I fostered through Oakland Animal Services before adopting him. I live in a townhouse right next door to my mother's house, and we share a fenced backyard. My mom's dog, a 10-year-old Husky/Border Collie mix, lives next door and I help out with him too. Before adopting Tigger, I spent months fostering puppies for OAS, so I'm very comfortable with young pups and their energy. Tigger is extremely dog friendly. We did extensive socializing, puppy training, and dog park visits early on to get him comfortable with all kinds of personalities. My townhouse is also across the street from a large fenced field, ideal for safe off-leash play, and I have experience with special-needs care too. I had carpeted stairs installed to help my senior pitbull get around in her last years. I also make cooked meals for my own dogs, so I'm comfortable managing specific diets. I've dog sat for friends while they travel and treat every dog like my own. I'm currently between jobs, so I have plenty of flexibility and time to dedicate to your dog. I've also worked from home in the past, so I'm very comfortable with a home based routine and can be around throughout the day for feeding, play, and walks. Whether it's boarding, drop ins, or regular walks, I have the availability to make sure your pup gets consistent attention and care. My townhouse has a fenced backyard, shared with my mother's place next door, so there's a safe space for your dog to play and relax. We're also right across the street from a large fenced field, great for off-leash exercise in a secure environment. My own dog, Tigger, is extremely dog-friendly and a great companion for visiting pups. I'm happy to crate your dog if needed, and I'm experienced with dogs of all kinds, from puppies to seniors to large breeds, so I'll tailor care to whatever your dog is used to.

With liitle more than two hrs notice and first time introduction Amber (and Jason) provided an exceptional opportunity for me to leave my Heeler puppy with them for an evening that turned into an overnight stay. They provided regular updates and photos. It appeared Cecelia enjoyed her spontaneous overnight!
Tamara is such a calming presence and I love that Lucy got to spend so much time outside in her awesome backyard.. Lucy is shy at first in group situations with other dogs, but Tamara was totally cool with how she just observes at first, and was happy to snuggle with Lucy and be her safe human in the meantime. Lucy has been sleeping soundly since I picked her up, so I know she had a great day, and I’m grateful for Tamara’s flexibility with scheduling and how easy-going she is. I would happily book again with Tamara!
Shannon was a great communicator from the start and helped me out super last-minute when I was in a pinch with needing care for my pup. She was great with Lucy, shared photos and let me know all they had been up to. Lucy was happy when I picked her up and slept really great that night. Shannon was professional, super attentive, and her schedule flexibility is so appreciated!! I’m glad I found her and Rocky and look forward to Lucy getting to spend more time with them!
Christina is wonderful. She researched and knew that Heelers need a lot of walking and walked her until she was tired, which is not easy to do! She was so good with her. And I think my girl Daisy was very comfortable with her and made fell in love with Christina a little bit:)
Great communication with us and really tuned in with Lulu. Every picture Lindsey sent showed Lulu was having a great time and was being well cared for. Super attentive and caring and a lot of fun walks and time in the backyard. Lindsey really came through for us and Lulu! Lindsey is a gem!
