Kelly was absolutely the BEST sitter we could have asked for! ❤️ Maru is a very sweet and well-behaved dog, but he has pretty severe separation anxiety, so I was honestly very worried about leaving him with a new sitter in a new place, especially while traveling in an unfamiliar area. But Kelly took such wonderful care of him that all of my worries completely disappeared. I had reached out to Kelly last-minute because we were traveling and I’m not local to the area, and she was so kind and accommodating from the very beginning. She kept me updated throughout the stay and sent me the cutest photos of Maru, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Since we were traveling, our schedule changed a few times, and Kelly was incredibly flexible and understanding every single time. When I picked Maru up, she even gave me a sweet message and a little treat as a gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel so touched and grateful. 🥹 Kelly was not just a great sitter, she was genuinely warm, caring, thoughtful, and wonderful with Maru. Hikaru and John took great care of our pups. They made sure our dogs adjusted to their pack and home and then took them on a nice hike. Our pups enjoyed their time with them. My puppy Ottis was well taken care of. For his first time I think he was scared but I trusted that I left home with great people that care for my puppy. I got pictures of my puppy and got to see how he did. I had some school related things and he was so patient with me.

Kristen did an amazing job with Chummy who is naturally fearful of new people! She was patient and over the course of the day Chummy slowly warmed up to her. I was also worried Chummy might have accidents in the house due to anxiety and being in a new environment. However, Kristen naturally took her out every 2 hours which gave her plenty of potty breaks to avoid any incidents. I also appreciated the updates and pictures Kristen sent throughout the course of the day
Amber helped me by watching my two little doggies for back to back 12 hour days! My sitter at my departure city fell through and I had to bring my doggies to the SF area, but had nonstop events where I couldn’t have the dogs. She was a life saver! She was super communicative and nice. A great experience.
