About: We are Jenny & Megan and we are ready to take in your furry best friend. We live in a single family home with a fenced backyard for your furry one to have some outside fun! We love all dogs, as much as we love our own. We lost the absolute love of our lives, our 14 year old boxer Dakota, February of 2025. She has a mountain of stuffed animals waiting to be played with. Your dog will be spoiled with attention, cuddling and love while they stay with us. We’ll share many photos and videos throughout your pet’s stay. We’re fairly flexible with pickup/drop off times and date changes. Just let us know what you need! Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Oakland airport. If you need to leave your car, you are welcome to as well. Megan is very experienced with all sizes and different ages of dogs. Any special details your dog needs, we are able to accommodate. We are able to support bathroom breaks and special attention as needed. We cater to each pet's needs as requested by the owner, but a typical day would look like: a quick walk around the block in the morning for potty, come back for breakfast, another walk or a play session (potty if needed)) around 11am, another walk or play session (potty if needed) around 3pm, dinner around 5-6pm, and a final potty in the backyard before bed around 10pm. We have a fully-fenced backyard for outdoor fun and potty breaks. We have a dog bed in almost every room: living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.

About: Take care of dogs part time for friends for many years. I have formed special bonds with them and love to see their excitement when they come over. No one throws a party for you when you get home like a dog. I love training puppies and taking them for walks and playing with them as well. I work/consult from home, occasionally need to leave for a couple hours to go to the gym or the store. I’m pretty active and like to go on daily walks. I’m willing to come over and take your dog out for a walk if they are comfortable with me doing so. If you’re able to bring the dogs to my home for an extended stay, I will provide a loving safe environment for them, with frequent potty breaks and one to two long walks per day. I’ll follow your instructions on what is best for your pet.

I've successfully leash-trained older dogs and I love giving pets the exercise and affection they need. Your loved ones will receive the same care I give my own pets - consistent attention, plenty of play time, and a comfortable environment that feels like home. I work (mostly) at home. My own dog gets 4-5 walks per day during the week. Weekends are variable, but I try to have her outside for a good bit of the day. I live in an apartment. Outside time will have to be under my control when we go out for walks and pee breaks. Others' dogs can be crated if that's what makes them comfortable, but I typically let them hang out with my dog around the apartment. My dog is a voracious eater, so if other dogs are slow eaters, I'll have to separate their food (and maybe them for a bit) from my own.

We then take a quick walk during lunch to stretch our legs and say hi to our friends at Rocky’s. After work we love to be in nature and hit the trails or parks to get some steps in! After dinner I love nothing more than to cuddle with the pups on my couch before bed! We have an outdoor deck that the dogs always have access to. Mostly serves as a sunbathing lounge 😎. The deck is also equipped with grass patches for easy potty breaks. Your pup with have the company of my dog, Penelope. She is a playful and well behaved French bulldog. I have a robust routine for her to keep her healthy and prevent her from being affected from her predisposed IVDD. I can easily incorporate any special needs or request that your day may need.
