Drop-off and pick-up were easy, and he had a bed, crate, and water station ready for her when we arrived. I also received an initial update with photos shortly after she settled in, which was reassuring. If I had one small suggestion, it would just be a couple more updates throughout the stay or a quick recap at pick-up, as it's always nice to hear how your pup's day went. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and Cinnamon seemed happy and comfortable. We'd definitely recommend Siu Kei and would consider booking with him again!

Taty and Lenin are amazing sitters for Oreo. They are kind, communicative, & keep him active so when I’m home from work, he’s happy and calm.
