It was my dog's first day boarding. She is 11 months old. Pratima was very patient with her & kept us updated on how our pup was doing. I soon realized she was in good hands. Pratima gave me a quick update towards end of the day when i went to pick up my dog at the end of the day. I am planning to try night boarding as well with Pratima.
