We care pets like a family!
As a pet sitter, my experience revolves around maintaining a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable environment for pets while their owners are away. The day typically begins with feeding according to the pet's dietary schedule, ensuring that water bowls are always filled with fresh water. Regular walks and playtime are essential to keep the pets physically active and mentally engaged. Beyond basic care, I also take time to bond with the pets, offering companionship, affection, and positive reinforcement to ease any anxiety they might feel from their owner's absence. My goal is not only just to take care for the pet, but also to make sure they feel loved and secure until their family returns.

Jianhui and Jacqueline were absolutely amazing! They provided updates and photos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They administered Chu Chu's medication exactly as instructed and followed all of my care instructions perfectly, even though I left a very long list of details! It's clear they genuinely care about the dogs they watch and treat them like family. Before finding them, I was always worried whenever we went on vacation because I wasn't sure who to trust with Chu Chu. This is the first time we've been able to truly relax and enjoy our trip knowing he was in great hands. We are so grateful to have found a long term, trusted sitter for Chu Chu and will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitters!!
Jianhui and Jacqueline shared daily updates and were thoughtful about the routine. Our dog can be reactive around other dogs, so they planned visits to the dog park when it was empty. They clearly love dogs. I am so glad they were available on short notice! Will book again.
Jacqueline helped put our anxious-prone girl at ease in just ten minutes, and then it was all mutual affection! Phoebe received good care and it was just as we had instructed. With Phoebe's separation anxiety, Jacqueline never left her alone, which we appreciated!
My pup was taken care of for several days while I had to leave town. Jianhui and Jacqueline were very welcoming and flexible to allow for a proper meet and greet days prior to leaving her. Their set up in their home is intentional, allowing a comfy yet safe space for my dog. They followed all instructions and I appreciate the pictures taken thru the day activities to update me. I recommend them if you are in need of sitting and boarding.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog Bailey received! From the start, whole communication was excellent, clear throughout the stay- I felt reassured knowing my Bailey was in such good hands! Jianhui and Jac were reliable, attentive, and treated my dog like family. Sending me daily updates and photos that gave me peace of mind while I was far away out of country. Programa
Both me and my wife are self-employed and working from home full time. We have plenty of time to walk with the dogs at least two times a day, and play with them throughout the day.

I don't have my own pets in the home right now. I have a fenced yard that can prevent pets run away. I always check my surrounding before I opened the door make sure no pets can run out. I always keep the leash on while I am walking the dog.
Un día normal
We typically walk the dogs two time a day, and depends on if they like or not, we will play fetch with them in the afternoon.
