About: Hi, my name is Mecca, and I’ve been around dogs my entire life, with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for and working with them at my fathers boarding and training facility. I grew up helping train dogs and have also worked in professional dog facilities, so I’m comfortable with pups of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. Whether your dog is super playful or more shy and relaxed, I know how to make them feel happy, loved, and most importantly, safe while you’re away. I’m located in the Hayward area, conveniently near both airports, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups easy for traveling pet parents. I also live close to a community dog park with a big grassy area where dogs can run, play, and get their zoomies out safely. My home is very dog-friendly, with a spacious backyard covered in artificial turf so your pup won’t come home with muddy paws. There’s always fresh water available and plenty of shaded areas to keep dogs cool and comfortable, especially on warmer days. I keep a clean, calm, and supervised environment so every dog feels right at home. Your dog will get lots of playtime, affection, and personalized care while they’re with me. I treat every dog like my own and will happily send updates, photos, and messages so you always know your pet is in great hands when booking with me! I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I have had dogs my whole life and have experience working in a boarding facility so I can cater to your dogs specific needs. I take a dogs health very serious and keep an eye out for any issues.

About: I have experiences with Senior care and basic training for puppies. I watch their body languages carefully to know when to pause a play and what they need from me :) Leia and I usually go for a walk in the morning, around 5 in the afternoon and quick bathroom break before going to bed. I work from home most of the time so id love to help to care for another dog so they’re not depressed alone at home whole the parents are off to earn money for their their pawbills 😝 I help to care for friends dogs when they need and I feed them together but separately so they don’t get food aggressive. I also monitor toys so it doesn’t create fights. Because I have Leia, I know the struggle and guilt feelings when you have vacation planned and need to leave the pup. I try my best to give lots of updates and pics so the humans can enjoy their time away as well.

About: I’ve taken care of Princess for 12yrs . I grew up with a big family of pet lovers . My home for years have been the one everyone comes to on the weekend to bbq in and ofc all our furry babies are running around. I have a flexible part time job so I am free early mornings and throughout the day to go play with your pets and take them out. I also have a big home and yard if they need to come over to not stay home alone . I have a home with all fenced yard and I no longer have anymore pets , so they are free to roam around in the backyard or if they’re inside dogs they can definitely have in and out access all day to cuddle inside when they want or go get some sun and play. I’m definitely mindful on making sure you feel comfortable with me in your home if needed and would ofc go over to play and take care of your pet in the comfort of their home.

About: I’ve cared for many different kinds of pets since high school. Just in the last two years I’ve learned a lot about dog behavior as my husband and I have adopted two pups of our own. They are both around 2. I love to play and teach them as we are all growing together as a family. I had a dog in high school as well and walked her everyday. I also helped care for our kitties, as we had a few growing up. We also have three kitties now whom we love and play with everyday. Pets are like kids, they all have their own personalities and it’s fun to learn who they are just like people. I’m currently working an odd schedule and it’s been quite slow. Would be nice to make a little extra cash while helping someone else exercise their pup, or take care of them. I like to let pets get to know me and some need more time than others. Depending on the pet they may come to greet me or hide. It’s best to let the pet approach me first when they are ready. I like to use treats for commands, rewards, and/or bribes. Pets love to play and I am good at that! Outside is a little more dangerous as you never know what another person’s dog is like. I usually avoid strange dogs and anything that I see could be harmful. I like a close leash to make sure pets don’t eat strange things on the ground and I can watch them closely to look out for something before they get to it. Pets are quick and you have to see it before they do!

“I recently became the proud "father" to an adorable mini schnauzer and needed someone to look after the puppy while at work. Step in Kate. Not only was Kate great with communicating, she was also very punctual and flexible in regards to meeting point, etc. I could also tell that she took great care of my dog during the day as Maxie is always excited to see her. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone needing a helping hand with their pooch, and I plan on asking for her help down the road when needed.”
