About: I've been raised to love animals since childhood, and we've had numerous dogs and cats at home growing up. My mother taught me a great deal about treating animals with care and love. I am retired and am available for cat sitting on weekdays between 8 am to 5 pm. I look forward to doting on and pampering your precious ones when they are under my care. With utmost care and attention in your own home. I know that cats are happiest in their own home, doing their own routines. Their comfort is my top priority.
About: Experienced with dogs of all ages and sizes including very young puppies. Also experienced with other animals as well. I provide care simply because dogs are fun to be with! My care for a dog is to be done in a professionally manner following owners rules/procedures. I will provide care for your dog or any other pet at your home. I will take special request if needed. I will not disregard other work that might be needed when sitting from your home. I enjoy doing special activities that also involve special training such as fetching or doing special tricks that your pet can learn. I enjoy spending time with pets! I’m currently looking to be more active in the animal work force since in the future I plan to make it part of my career! When going to pet owners home I make sure that everything is secure and safe and avoid areas that may be a concern for the pet owner.

About: I got my first dog, Cookie, in 2017, but I had birds and fish as pets prior. I took care of most of the toys, treats, food and vet care for him. He is now around 11 and although I've moved out of the family home, I'm helping my parents transition him to senior care level: watching out for his joints and diet mostly. I've since moved in with my partner who has a 4 year old Corgi. He is a friendly, but high energy pup who would benefit from having other dogs around to play with. I sometimes dog sit my family dog with the corgi, so I am well versed in juggling puppy energy and training alongside senior care. I have a hobby photography background, so expect photo updates of your fur babies! 9/7 Mon ( Labor Day): FREE ALL DAY I'm currently mostly available on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and holidays. Only looking to board/daycare one dog at a time right now, just so I don't overwhelm my own dog. May increase to more than one in the future! Mon-Thurs: Daycare/House sitting: None. Boarding: Drop-off after 5pm Drop in visits, dog walking: Nights only, 8pm onwards. Fri/Sat/Sun availability: Usually free all day for all offered services. Limited availability: 8/22: Free 5pm onwards. 8/29: Free 8pm onwards. 8/30: Free 5pm onwards. 9/5 Sat (Labor Day weekend): Free 3pm onwards. 9/6 Sun (Labor Day weekend): Free 6pm onwards. We have basic grooming equipment, if needed, to file nails, shave paw pads, and brush out fur. Weekends, I am able to spend more time with pets, like go on longer walks and visit pet friendly places (if you're ok with that). I have a fenced yard with grass/concrete area and an energetic Corgi for your dog to play with! I'm very respectful in others' homes and will strive to leave everything the way I found it or better. I am super organized and love relying on making to-do lists to keep track of all my tasks and responsibilities. I have a whiteboard dedicated for this at my home, but use my phone when I'm outside or in other's homes. I'm open to both crate trained and not crate-trained dogs. For cats, I make sure the litterbox is always clean and try to play with them if they want. Additionally, I'm always mindful of entering and leaving homes, in case a pet makes an escape attempt through my open door. I'm very detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and take great notes. So I make sure I know exactly the type of care you want for your pet!
About: Hi! My name is Adrienne and my husband's name is Edgar & we are both at home full-time. We both have a very active lifestyle. Since adopting our pup Nigel back in 2017 we became the go to pet-caretaker for our friends and family. We both have experience pet/house sitting and dog walking all ages and sizes. Our single family home has a large grassy front yard and a fenced backyard. We have hosted up to 3 dogs in our home at once in addition to our 2 old pups (now 1 since the other has crossed the rainbow bridge). Our home is extremely dog friendly, where they are welcomed on all beds and couches. We have dogs beds in every room, a large fabric dog crate and a small guest bathroom that we can put puppy pads in if your pup requires it. We live in a quiet neighborhood and are a quick drive away from two parks, one with a newly renovated dog park. We love having the opportunity to interact with all pets through Rover. We mostly do this for fun and supplemental income on our free time, so we are flexible on cost and cancellation. For house sitting, I (Adrienne) will be the main one to do the stay, if you prefer Edgar please let us know. We understand how hard it is to leave your fur babies at home alone, and the look on their face when you leave is absolutely heart breaking. We'd love to keep them company while you're away! Your pets' safety and happiness is important, our goal is to create a stress free environment for everyone.
“Jennifer followed my detailed instructions very well and sent me constant updates with pictures while I went on a long deserved vacation. Kitty got sick a week prior so I was worried that she hasn’t fully recovered. Luckily there were no issues. Thanks Jennifer for everything! Highly recommend to others.”

“She did a fabulous job! Our dogs love her (and they are pretty high maintenance) and she went above and beyond to even make sure our Guinea pigs still had water. Will use her again.”
About: Hello! I’m your pet’s future best friend! I have a deep passion for animals of all kinds. Their loyalty, playful nature, and unique personalities are endlessly inspiring, and I’m excited to meet your pet and see what they’ll teach me! As a lifelong pet parent, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for both dogs and cats. Currently, I’m sharing my home with two indoor cats: one of whom has mastered the fine art of fetching. With years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, I’m happy to offer services including walks, playtime, feeding, and training assistance. I’ll treat your pet like family, and rest assured, their safety and well-being are always my top priority. I’m also flexible with my schedule, so I can easily accommodate your pet’s routine. I’m kind, reliable, and observant, which means I’m always attuned to your pet’s needs and will make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. If you’re looking for a professional yet warm sitter who’ll treat your pet like their own, don’t hesitate to reach out! NOTE: If your dog isn’t the best at making doggy friends or is a little picky about their pals, let’s save the booking for another time. Only socialized, friendly pups please! Thanks for understanding! I'm an early riser so my availability can be somewhat flexible on weekdays. Weekends as well depending on what services are required and how often. I can provide drop in visits in your home (feeding, playtime, medication, etc) and walking services depending on needs. I typically like to only care for one family at a time so they get the care and attention they need. Feel free to reach out to me at anytime for photos and updates. I know I always worry when leaving my pets so I will do everything I can so you won’t have to. I hold a current certification in Cat and Dog First Aid from the American Red Cross.
“Our regular sitter of two years moved just far enough away that coming twice a day for a week wasn't possible, so it was a little nerve-racking to choose a new sitter when we were going to be on the other side of the country. Picking Gagandeep was a good decision. He put us at ease immediately when leaving them, which was especially important when I developed an unexpected and serious medical condition. If I had spent time worrying about them cross-country, I don’t think it would have turned out as well as it did. I’ll definitely book with him again.”

About: I’ve been the go-to dog person in my circle since I was 14, and I truly love it. I have hands-on experience with all kinds of pups, my current specialty is caring for high-energy and anxious breeds—think German Shepherds, working lines, and dogs who really keep you on your toes! I understand how to bring structure to chaos and calm to nerves, whether I’m helping a reactive dog settle into a new routine or making sure an energetic pup gets the physical and mental outlet they need. I’ve trained, walked, fed, bathed, and bonded with dogs of all ages, and I always tailor my care to what your dog needs to feel safe and happy. I’m currently working part-time and caring for my two dogs, Rory and Kiara, so I have plenty of flexibility for walks and drop-ins during the week. I’m available every weekday and Saturdays for drop-ins and walks. I’m not available on Sundays due to ongoing sport training with my German Shepherd, Kiara. I’ve got firsthand experience caring for and training high-drive, anxious, and strong-willed breeds—including my own! I prioritize structure, exercise, and emotional regulation, so your dog will be in confident hands. Since I currently have two dogs at home, I’m not accepting new dogs in my own space, but I’m happy to care for yours in an environment they already feel comfortable in!
About: I have been taking care of various farm animals, dogs, and cats since as long as I can remember! I’ve also had pets my whole adult life, spanning from dogs, cats, rats, and reptiles! I am currently a part time college student, which means before 7pm, I have all the time in the world to hang out with your pets! I take care of others pets the same way I do, and i respect that as the important parts of families like they are. In my clients homes, I will make sure that their pets are able to have many different avenues of activity, while still keeping them safe, and providing the mental stimulation they need, meaning lick mats for dogs of any size, and different puzzle games for cats and dogs alike!
About: I’m a huge dog lover who’s very fortunate to have always been around them. I’ve grown up with big and small dogs and play with the dogs at the shelter regularly. My pup (10 year old terrier mix) gets daily walks, cuddles, and is best friends with all the small dogs at the dog park. Dogs are so loving and deserve to be treated with the same love and care. I am available early in the mornings everyday (before 10am and after 5pm on T and Th and before 2:30pm M,W,F.) I’m available all day on weekends and holidays. I try to stay home as much as I can. If I’m not home, my mom and older sister are. I feed them breakfast and then go on a neighborhood walk at around 8am. If they cannot walk, I have a pet stroller. When at home, they will lounge around inside or outside. Backyard door remains open during the day so they can come inside and outside as they please. The yard is fully fenced. If it’s a hot day I will give them a bath, set a fan, or go somewhere cooler like the marina.

About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals from dogs to also small animals and reptiles. I’ve grown with dogs through all stages of their life from puppies to senior dogs. I feel I’ve always been empathetic to what animals may want/need, able to read their body language, always up for playing or cuddling, etc. I currently have a high energy mixed dog that I’ve trained myself. I’ve cared for her through being a puppy, her needs after surgeries, giving medications, helping comfort through anxiety, and playing throughout the day to take care of her energy needs. I am a stay at home mom so I have complete availability to help care for your pets! I currently walk my dog every morning, but that can be adjusted to fit your needs for your dog to be walked. If daycare isn’t needed, I’m completely available to check in on your pet anytime as well! If your pet is coming to my house, it is completely open for your pet to feel comfortable and explore their surroundings. Our back door is always open so they can use the bathroom when they want to or also play and run around with our dog! Water is always out and available. If you’d like check ins at your home, I would of course respect your home and privacy. Nothing would be touched unless necessary to care for your animal the way you’re asking me to. Whatever your needs are, I will completely follow.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
