“Elena was very diligent, and all our three cats were left happy and fed :) She was communicating all the time, and we were left with complete confidence that our three furballs are in good hands.”

“We were so happy to have Dani check on our cats while we were away! I’m a nervous cat mom but after the first check-in my mind was put at ease as Dani gave so many details about her visit and sent so many pictures. We will definitely use her services again in the future!”

“Veronica was a wonderful cat sitter for Caper and Tiggy! She was a great communicator, always letting me know when she would be dropping by, and she stuck to the schedule she committed to. Each visit came with detailed updates and plenty of cute photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I could tell she really cared about my cats. I’d happily book her again.”

“Excellent, highly recommended. We have just returned home and found our cats to be well taken care of by Myat. She was very detailed, thorough in her communication and followed all the instructions during her drop in visits. We have 3 cats and one of them has anxiety issues and leading to accidents. No issues indicating they bonded well with Myat. Definitely asking for her services next time.”

“Siqin was fantastic my dog had lots of complicated instructions and medical needs that she dealt with well! When there were issues she was great at improvising and stayed calm and looked to make the best time for goober.”

“Demi was so great again! When we had challenges with the door code for entry, Demi immediately flagged it and was so kind to revisit and check on our cat once the issue was resolved. Thanks again, Demi!”

“Jerri did a great job playing with Kianna while my wife and I were out on a long trip. Jerri provided photos and videos to keep our mind at ease that our little elder cat was have fun and had good company”

“Shanyu did a wonderful job again taking care of my cat, Pippa, went I was out for a holiday weekend! Pippa recently had some tummy issues and Shanyu was able to adjust, follow the instructions, and gave Pippa her meds. I also appreciate her timely responses, her report card updates, her cleanliness, and for her great partnership! I would recommend her for any of your cat sitting needs!”

“Aixia is wonderful with our two cats- 9 and 10 years old. One of them is extremely shy and timid— and he was out greeting and playing with her so quickly we could hardly believe it! She took extra care in all the ways and sent such good photos and updates that we had complete peace of mind while away. Thank you so much for loving our babies the same as we do!”
“Yilian was wonderful with our dogs. She provided drop-ins to primarily feed our fur babies; and she ensured their blankets were in their beds, tidied up the garage and yard, and played with them while she was at the house. She communicated well and promptly, sent us updates and pics. We will definitely book Yilian again!”

About: I got my first dog, Cookie, in 2017, but I had birds and fish as pets prior. I took care of most of the toys, treats, food and vet care for him. He is now around 11 and although I've moved out of the family home, I'm helping my parents transition him to senior care level: watching out for his joints and diet mostly. I've since moved in with my partner who has a 4 year old Corgi. He is a friendly, but high energy pup who would benefit from having other dogs around to play with. I sometimes dog sit my family dog with the corgi, so I am well versed in juggling puppy energy and training alongside senior care. I have a hobby photography background, so expect photo updates of your fur babies! 9/7 Mon ( Labor Day): FREE ALL DAY I'm currently mostly available on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and holidays. Only looking to board/daycare one dog at a time right now, just so I don't overwhelm my own dog. May increase to more than one in the future! Mon-Thurs: Daycare/House sitting: None. Boarding: Drop-off after 5pm Drop in visits, dog walking: Nights only, 8pm onwards. Fri/Sat/Sun availability: Usually free all day for all offered services. Limited availability: 8/22: Free 5pm onwards. 8/29: Free 8pm onwards. 8/30: Free 5pm onwards. 9/5 Sat (Labor Day weekend): Free 3pm onwards. 9/6 Sun (Labor Day weekend): Free 6pm onwards. We have basic grooming equipment, if needed, to file nails, shave paw pads, and brush out fur. Weekends, I am able to spend more time with pets, like go on longer walks and visit pet friendly places (if you're ok with that). I have a fenced yard with grass/concrete area and an energetic Corgi for your dog to play with! I'm very respectful in others' homes and will strive to leave everything the way I found it or better. I am super organized and love relying on making to-do lists to keep track of all my tasks and responsibilities. I have a whiteboard dedicated for this at my home, but use my phone when I'm outside or in other's homes. I'm open to both crate trained and not crate-trained dogs. For cats, I make sure the litterbox is always clean and try to play with them if they want. Additionally, I'm always mindful of entering and leaving homes, in case a pet makes an escape attempt through my open door. I'm very detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and take great notes. So I make sure I know exactly the type of care you want for your pet!

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Carpenter
Han was fantastic to work with! She took great care with our cats and sent pictures every day. We came home to calm, happy kitties, clean litter boxes and clean floors around the boxes. When one of our cats knocked over the feeder, she did a great job troubleshooting. I look forward to working with Han again!

Brianna was very patient and caring with Amber. She kept us updated and sent us pictures every day, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Amber maintained a healthy weight after our trip, which tells us that she was comfortable and not too stressed while we were gone. We truly appreciate Brianna’s dedication and the wonderful care she gave Amber. Thank you so much!

Jennifer was amazing! She did just a few visits for a short business trip but I felt so confident and able to be fully present for work. Great communication and mature decision-making, and seemed to really enjoy taking care of my boys. I'm booking her for an upcoming vacation already. :)

Dani is a hero who was able to take a last minute booking for my kitty Brenna while I went out of town. She was also super helpful in dosing her meds which Brenna is not a fan of. She takes such great care of my furbaby and will absolutely book with her again.

Sharon was great looking after our cat. She takes lots of pictures, before and afters of the food/water bowls and little boxes, plus ones of our cat when he comes out. This time, our cat was having stomach problems and she made sure to check in with us about it and was so great about having to clean up multiple diarrhea poops on the floor. Would definitely book her a 3rd time (but hopefully she wont have to clean up such a mess).

Mary was an excellent sitter! She came ahead of time for the meet and greet, took care of the cats as expected on every day consistently. It was a relief to know the cats were taken care of, to be able to have her be booked on short notice and I really appreciated her flexibility as well. Would highly recommend!

We were so delighted by the support we got for our two bonded cats! We arrived home to happy cats + a space that was taken better care of than we do ourselves :). We had a longer booking and received lovely reports / photos that were a highlight everyday. I will absolutely book again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks again!

Mila is very sweet, punctual, and flexible to work with. My cats went straight to her during our meet-and-greet, which I had never seen them do with a stranger before. She is a great communicator and took tons of pictures and videos during her visits. My older cat has a history of UTIs, and my other cat occasionally has loose stools, so Mila carefully reported the quality of their pee and poop in the litter box each time. When the weather was warm, she made sure the temperature in the house was comfortable. She has great attention to detail, and my cats love her! Highly recommended!

Minjee was wonderful and provided excellent care to my two cats 😸😸 I really appreciated the detailed reports about daily activity and bowel movements, I was able to relax knowing Minjee was keeping a close eye on my beloved cats! Thank you very much Minjee 😸😻😸😻

Nola is fantastic! This was my second time having her look after my cats and she was great. Very responsive and competent. I was very nervous because one of my cats is an extreme escape artist but Nola managed to keep her inside during all of the visits which was such a huge relief. Highly recommend!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
