Every day, they arrived reliably, fed Potato, cleaned his litter box, refreshed his water, and even spent time playing with him so he wouldn't feel so lonely while we were away. They kept us updated with messages and photos (which were great because we missed seeing Potato more with each passing day), paid close attention to Potato's behavior, and even alerted us when they noticed a small change in his appearance. They also kept us informed about his litter box habits, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Their attentiveness made it clear they were truly looking out for him, not just completing the basics. Since this was the first time we'd ever been away from Potato for this long, we were especially anxious during the first few days of our trip. Chenqi and Zhaohan quickly put those worries to rest. Knowing they have cats of their own made it even more reassuring—they clearly understand cats and treated Potato with the same love and care they would give their own. We wouldn't hesitate to book Chenqi and Zhaohan again. Having such trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable sitters means we can travel in the future knowing Potato is in excellent hands. This was the first time my cats and I had a non family member take care of the cats, and Jill took care of my anxiety as well as my cats’ needs.

She saw our sick cat on very last minute notice, worked so hard to get her meds in (even though my cat can be resistant), made sure my kitty was super comfortable, sent us ABUNDANT photos, put out a whole array of different foods from different places in our apartment as we were trying to get her to eat, etc. the list goes on. We were so incredibly worried about our kitty and Diana put us at ease with her care. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.
