We never had to wonder how Ozzie was doing because Ashley's updates were always wonderfully detailed and thorough. On top of that, she constantly managed to capture the absolute best pictures of him while we were away. What truly sets her apart, though, is how she proactively looks for ways to make your pet's life better rather than just coasting through the visits. She is a fantastic problem-solver who always brings thoughtful ideas to the table. For instance, when some pesky ants managed to get into Ozzie's food, she immediately suggested great solutions to keep his feeding area secure. She was just as attentive when the weather got too hot, proactively coming up with ways to ensure he stayed cool, hydrated, and comfortable. Ashley treats your pets like her own, and we are incredibly grateful. We will absolutely be booking her again!
Our only complaint about Veronica is the disappointed post-return look our cat gives us when she realizes that it is not Veronica coming in to play with her. 😄 Veronica is the best, and her calm confidence and competence lets us enjoy our travels, knowing that our cat is in the best of hands. She’s also superb with the mechanics, very communicative and always conscientious.
Jill was wonderful. She was so patient with my shy cats and made sure they ate! She also cleaned up after them when they were messy. I really appreciated all the great photos. This was the first time my cats and I had a non family member take care of the cats, and Jill took care of my anxiety as well as my cats’ needs.
Paige was warm, kind, and very easy to work with. From our first meeting, she took an interest in learning about my outdoor cats and their individual needs. She provided updates during her visits, which I appreciated, and it was clear that she cared about the animals. I found Paige to be communicative and friendly throughout the booking. Diana was AMAZING. She saw our sick cat on very last minute notice, worked so hard to get her meds in (even though my cat can be resistant), made sure my kitty was super comfortable, sent us ABUNDANT photos, put out a whole array of different foods from different places in our apartment as we were trying to get her to eat, etc. the list goes on. We were so incredibly worried about our kitty and Diana put us at ease with her care. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. She was also just so kind, patient, generous, and communicative the whole way!

Jinhao was a pleasure to work with! He is very easy to communicate with and very responsive, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. He arrived right on time and it’s obvious he has a lot of experience and a genuine love for animals. My cat Sumo took to him almost immediately! Jinhao took care of all the essentials: feeding, fresh water, and scooping the litter, and also spent quality time playing with Sumo. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such good hands. Lynette is a very responsible and attentive cat sitter. I really like that she follows instructions, plays with my cats and even made sure my shyer cat was included during her visits. She made sure that their litter area was clean and even vacuumed surrounding area if there were tracks on the carpet.
