Katherine did an amazing job! I contacted her on very short notice because my sitter canceled. She was very accommodating I accidentally had the wrong address on my profile and I’m out of town with no service so the messaging process was hard. She contacted me asking how to get in since it was the wrong place the code wasn’t working. Eventually I got her messages and she was willing to go back to my new address. She took notice of Nimbo's mannerisms and was familiar with the types of litter and food that we had in the house.
