Ni is, without a doubt, the most responsible Rover sitter we have ever had. Not only did she carefully follow all of our instructions, but she consistently went above and beyond by spending extra time playing with and cuddling our cat, Lottery. Every visit came with detailed updates, lots of photos and videos, and she even kept an eye out for things around the house that we might not have thought to check ourselves. Honestly, I think Lottery now loves Ni more than anyone besides me and my husband! Cats are the best judges of character, and Lottery’s affection is the clearest proof of how well Ni cared for him. She made him feel comfortable, happy, and loved, which in turn gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. I’ve had Sora take care of my senior cat multiple times already while Im away and feel confident that I’m leaving my cat in good hands. My cat needs to be given several medications and Sora is able to handle that with no issues. She also updates me regularly. Will definitely rebook in the future.
We were extremely happy with Yifei’s care. We entrusted our 16-year-old cat to her for five days. Due to our cat’s health condition, he needed liquid gabapentin administered by syringe into his mouth, and she handled this responsibility wonderfully. When we returned home from our trip, it was clear that everything had been done exactly as we had requested, and our cat was calm, comfortable, and happy. Normally, after we come back from a vacation, he is stressed and has usually lost some weight. This time, however, he was relaxed, content, and had maintained his weight perfectly. It was obvious that he had a great time with his sitter. In fact, before we arrived home, I checked the camera and saw him waiting by the door, most likely expecting her to come. I was impressed with her professionalism and her immediate affinity for the cats during our pre-visit, and could tell that both cats really enjoyed their playtime with her. I felt like my cats were in great hands, and would definitely contact her again if the need arises.
Anke did a fantastic job looking after my two kitties! She gave me updates after each visit on their food, water, litter, and play time and sent me tons of pictures and videos of them. My cats liked her and were comfortable spending time with her. She is friendly and flexible and made it very easy to book despite my request being a bit last minute. Elsa continues to take such good care of my cats Ricky & Lucy. She uses good judgment, anticipating issues and problems. This last time, as the electricity had been off in the area, Elsa anticipated that the water fountain may not work, and left a bowl of additional water for Ricky & Lucy. I love the daily pictures with her engaging with both cats. They don’t even miss me!
