“Corina did an excellent job of taking care of our kitty. We thoroughly appreciated the videos she sent us. Zoe, our kitty, warmed up to her in no time! Will definitely have her watch Zoe again.”

“Soleil did a wonderful job caring for our cats! She asked thoughtful questions during our initial meet and greet so I knew they’d be in great hands during our time away. She took the time to play with our cats and made sure they were well fed, hydrated, and had lots of treats!”

“Rachel took excellent care of my senior kitty Bob. As a first time Rover user, I impressed that she came over to meet me and Bob prior to finalizing our booking. She answered all my questions thoroughly and took the time to connect directly with Bob so he would be somewhat familiar with her. I appreciate that Rachel proactively contacted me the day before our trip to review instructions. She was wonderful about providing regular communications and updates at every visit which was also reassuring to me while we were away. Thanks Rachel!”

“Courtney was so great with our cats! She was even able to coax our older cat to play a little bit, which he doesn’t usually do with strangers! She was super communicative and sent over lots of funny pictures, which was much appreciated when we were missing them.”

“5 stars! Tingting & Willow were fabulous cat sitters. Excellent communication, paid attention to details, and sent pictures daily of Mary. I highly recommend them!”

“Sarit was absolutely amazing with our two cats, Cosmo and Kitty. From the start, she was incredibly attentive and professional. She kept us updated regularly and sent plenty of pictures, which really helped us feel at ease while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared for our pets and treated them like her own. My wife and I were able to enjoy our trip knowing our cats were in such good hands. We will definitely be booking Sarit again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!”

“Valentina house-sat my cats for two weeks, and she was absolutely wonderful from the moment we met. She was responsive, attentive to my cats’ needs, and consistently communicative with me throughout the stay. I noticed that both of my cats were happier and more relaxed than they’ve been with any previous sitter. She also took great care of my seedlings, which were thriving when I returned, and my home was in even better condition than when I left it. I would gladly work with her again.”

About: I have cared for many dogs from puppyhood through their senior years. I understand medication schedules and the special care older dogs may need, including help with walking and specific dietary requirements. I also use training exercises to channel a puppy’s energy into positive behavior. I am currently a stay-at-home dad seeking work during and after my son’s school hours. My flexible schedule allows me to accommodate a variety of needs. My home is pet-friendly and well suited for senior dogs. I have a 12-year-old husky who is friendly and welcoming. The property is fully fenced and secure.
About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. Caring for them isn’t something I picked up—it’s just part of who I am. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked alongside my mom caring for animals regularly, and I’ve also pet sat for friends and family throughout my life. Right now, I have five cats and one dog of my own, and over the years I’ve cared for many dogs with different personalities, needs, and routines. I know how much pets mean to the people who love them, and I take that responsibility seriously. I understand that every pet is different, and I treat them with patience, attention, and genuine care—like they’re my own. Because I work remotely, I have the flexibility to be available seven days a week, including weekends. I can provide consistent care, stay on your pet’s routine, and be there when needed—not just rushing in and out. I provide care for pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable. I follow their routine closely—feeding, walks, medications, and attention—while keeping things calm, consistent, and stress-free. I give them consistent attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

“I am very happy with the care provided to my cats. Yuki and Akira seemed really comfortable and playful. Yu-Wen was great about sending photos and giving me updates. I highly recommend him.”

“Courtney took care of our 3 cats during Christmas vacation. We were nervous about leaving them as they're very bonded. She took lots of photos of the cats and sent them to us. We looked forward to the photos which reassured us that they were faring well. Courtney left the house neat and we had no problems whatsoever. We appreciate the care she provided.”
About: Hi! I'm new to Rover, however, I've loved animals all my life. And I understand how important it is to ensure your fur baby is cared for ❤️ I have my own pup, Cloud (my goober bear) and fish at home. My family also has cats, so I’m very familiar with all kinds of personalities. I’ve also volunteered at a horse ranch and helped care for chickens, and one day I’d love to have my own little farm + animal sanctuary 🐾 My biggest priority is making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and as close to their normal routine as possible like you never left. I really take the time to understand what matters most to you and your pet, so I can mirror that same love, energy, and care while you’re away. I’m very active, mindful, and intuitive (I’m also a yoga teacher), which helps me tune into animals and their nonverbal cues. Whether your pet wants playtime and adventures, or calm energy and space, I’m happy to meet them exactly where they are. I’ll treat your pet like my own with so much love, presence, and care 🐾❤️ With a flexible, part-time schedule as a yoga instructor, I’m able to offer consistent, attentive care and be fully present with your pet. I prioritize quality time, routine, and making sure they feel safe and at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and attentive environment, follow routines closely, and ensure fresh food, water, and care at all times. I’m mindful, reliable, and treat your pet (and home) like my own

About: Hi, my name is Lee and I’m a recent architecture college graduate in the midst of transitioning between school and the work world. Growing up, I cared for many species of animals such as cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and butterflies. I currently live with an orange tabby named Rosie who’s 10 and a little spicy. I have cared for and pet sat cats and dogs of friends and family for several years. I helped my sibling foster 4 kittens. I walked dogs ages two to fourteen and from 12lbs to 80lbs. No matter the size, I enjoy carrying for fur babies, while making sure each animal is comfortable, safe, and happy. My schedule is quite flexible - from morning to evenings - only working around personal projects and care. Drop-in visits toward the end of the evening are doable. I am generally available on weekends. I appreciate owners who provide detailed information on routines and care, so I can provide best for their pet as to ensure comfort and consistency. I have cared for cats and dogs from 5lbs to 80lbs and from elderly to energetic. I enjoy taking dogs out for regular walks, whether it’s just to get them out of the house or to tire them out. Usually I walk one pup at a time, but I have walked two medium size dogs (40-50lbs each) from the same household together. Some of the dogs I have cared for have been unfazed by people or other pets, while others have been well trained but anxious or potentially reactive to others dogs, requiring a soft muzzle. On overnights and drop-ins, the dogs I have cared for have had various diets, including raw food, kibble, and fruits/vegetables (as treats). I’ve had pets that required separate meals, unique rituals around meals, or specific supplements/pill medications at meals. Some households have asked I crate their dogs at night, while others have pups that want to be in whichever room I sleep.
“Naks once again saved our vacation worries about leaving our cats! We always look forward to her candid and humorous reports and awesome pictures of our fur babies. It is so much easier to leave home knowing that she will be their to care for them!”

About: I have lived with animals (mostly dogs and one cat) my entire life. I started off with taking care of my own dogs and then volunteered at shelters throughout high school and undergraduate school. I have house sat and animal sat for friends and family off and on since 2022. I've watched over a range of animal personalities from very excitable and energetic to reactive and anxious. I also find it very important to maintain grooming, hygiene, and activity/mental stimulation for your pets. I do not have experience with dog training, however, I have successfully trained my own dogs with basic commands. I moved out to the Bay Area 2 years ago to be a full-time PhD student at Palo Alto University. While I do have work and school, I am remote most days in the week (Thursday through Monday), so I can dedicate the time and care your pet needs :) I appreciate having an average schedule including times they go outside, walks, feeding, and hygiene so I can help your pet have as smooth of a transition as possible. I tend to follow your pet's cues and slowly build the trust between us. I love giving them affection while maintaining the training and expectations you have. I like to take pictures and/or videos for you so you can get your daily dose of your pet!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over seven years through the Wag! platform in addition to friends and family’s pups, and have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. Over time, I’ve discovered that I truly excel with smaller, calmer, and more mellow dogs—and that’s where my focus is for Rover. I take a gentle, attentive approach to dog care, paying close attention to each dog’s comfort level, routine, and preferences. I’m especially mindful of dogs who thrive in quieter, low-stress environments and do best with patience and consistency. Whether it’s relaxed walks, cozy companionship, or simply maintaining their normal routine, my goal is always to create a safe, low-stress experience where dogs feel secure, respected, and genuinely cared for. Pet care is my top priority. My schedule is flexible so I may step away for some dog walks, but I am mindful of my schedule and adjust taking additional walks accordingly. I take safety, trust, and comfort very seriously in both my home and my clients’ homes. I approach every pet with patience and respect, allowing them time to adjust and feel secure in a new environment or routine. In my home, I maintain a calm, clean, and pet-friendly space that’s especially well-suited for smaller, mellow pets. I have a fully fenced yard, and all outdoor time is closely supervised to ensure safety at all times. I’m mindful of doors, gates, and potential hazards, and I create a quiet environment where pets can relax without unnecessary stress or overstimulation. I closely follow each pet’s routine, feeding instructions, and any specific care preferences shared by their owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect and attention as my own. I follow all instructions carefully, maintain consistency with the pet’s normal schedule, and ensure their environment remains safe, familiar, and comfortable. I’m attentive to changes in behavior or mood and communicate promptly with owners if anything seems out of the ordinary. Above all, I aim to build trust—both with pets and their people—by being reliable, observant, and genuinely attentive to each pet’s well-being.
“Kasandra has been my go to cat sitter. She is reliable and communicates well. She takes good care of my cats and sends lots of pictures. She always leave my apartment clean. Don’t hesitate to book with her!”

I really appreciated the care and attention given to my cat, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. “So, Jessica was amazing. Simply put, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. My two cats took to her immediately upon the first meet and greet, and each day she visited (once per day over a five day period) the pictures showed exactly how much fun they were having playing with Jessica and enjoying her presence. I appreciated her ready communication and willingness to help. She was worth each star.”

Rachel took great care of our 3 cats while we were gone for the weekend. I didn't have any issues communicating with her, and she was very prompt when replying to my messages. Rachel was very thorough, and the cats were happy and healthy with her. Just like other pet parents, leaving your fur babies at hole whole you're miles away isn't always easy but Rachel made us feel comfortable. She sent videos and photos of our cats, which were really appreciated! Would love to have her again in the future to take care of our cats.

Thank you so much for the wonderful care. It looks like Misty was under great care. She looked as happy as usual at my return. I definitely look forward asking more help in the future. It is very relief to have such a good cat caregiver like Sophie nearby 😻😻😻.
Lauren went above and beyond in caring for our two cats while we were away for several days. On top of regular care and feeding, she played with them and gave them love and affection every single day. She sent daily photos and videos that made me feel like my kitties were in great hands. And, before we came back, she went out of her way to change out the litter bags and sweep up the litter pellets so we would come home to a clean space! Lauren is recommended to anyone who wants a reliable and thoughtful cat expert for their kitties while they’re away.

This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little wary about hiring someone that I never met before to take care of my very senior cats (ages 18-20) while I was away on vacation. I decided to hire Erik based on his excellent reviews and the fact that he had several repeat clients. He put me completely at ease during our Meet and Greet, and I knew at that point that he’d be a great fit. Not surprisingly, he did an excellent job dropping in to take care of my cats every day, and it seems that they took a real liking to him. I’d highly recommend Erik to anyone in the area that needs a pet sitter!
