They sent us plenty of photos and updates during every visit, which gave us great peace of mind. They also administered medication exactly as instructed and made sure both dogs were comfortable and well cared for. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful they were. They brought in our packages and mail, brought our garbage bins back in, and even cleaned up a few unexpected accidents from our dogs. They truly went above and beyond in caring for both our pets and our home. When we returned, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. It was obvious they received lots of attention, affection, and excellent care while we were away. We would absolutely book with Tingting & Willow again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitters. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Willow and Tina as our dog walkers. They are attentive, friendly, and truly understanding of what both we and our dog need. From the very beginning, they communicated with us so clearly and consistently, taking the time to really understand our instructions and preferences. It’s clear they genuinely care, and that level of attention gave us confidence right away. Since we live in an apartment, there are a few extra steps and details involved for walks, but they were more than happy to go through everything with us and make sure it all worked smoothly. They were patient, flexible, and always willing to do what it takes to make things easier for everyone. When they first met our dog, he loved them instantly, which meant so much to us. It’s not always easy to trust new people with your pet, but they made that transition feel effortless. From day one, they made our dog feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. When we both started jobs that required us to be back in the office, we were really worried about leaving our dog home alone for long periods of time. Willow and Tina completely took that stress away. They stepped in with so much care and professionalism, and now we don’t worry at all knowing our dog is in such good hands. They’ve also gone above and beyond in moments that really mattered. When our dog was sick, they took such thoughtful care of him and kept me updated throughout the day. Getting those updates while I was at work was incredibly comforting and reassuring. Our trust in them has grown so much over time, and we feel genuinely relieved and grateful every single day. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our dog is not only being looked after, but truly cared for. Our family is so lucky to have found Willow and Tina, and we couldn’t recommend them more.

We have a flexible work schedule, which allows us to be highly available for pet care. We are generally available from 8am to 8pm on both weekdays and weekends, and can adjust as needed to fit your pet’s routine.

We focus on three key areas when caring for cats in a client’s home. First, the environment: check that front and back doors are properly locked, and that windows are not open without screens, to ensure indoor cats cannot escape. Second, potential hazards: look for sharp or pointy objects and other items that could cause injury. Third, food and plants: make sure there are no foods or plants that may be toxic to cats, such as grapes or lilies, within reach.
