I highly recommend Tingting & Willow! Was a first time Rover user for our two cats, they offered a free meet & greet visit and we were able to walk them through everything and introduce both of our cats which made the entire process less stressful for us. Their drop in visits were reliable, friendly, communicative, and attentive to the needs of our cats. They made sure to send many pictures and videos of the cats, and gave both of them lots of love and attention. You can really tell they love working with animals. We will definitely have them take care of our cats again!
We had a great experience with Willow and Tingting! They took wonderful care of Popo and Yolk during their drop-in visits and were reliable, communicative, and attentive to their needs. We really appreciated the updates and could tell the cats were comfortable and well taken care of. Would definitely book with them again!
Tingting & Willow did an amazing job with our 2 cats while we were on vacation! They started with offering a free meet and greet so our cats could familiarize themselves with them. During their drop ins they were extremely friendly, provided plenty of video/photo updates, and thoroughly cleaned up after our cats! I would highly recommend booking them!
Tingting and Willow were wonderful with our cat! They took great care of him during their home visits and kept us updated with regular messages and lots of photos. Tingting & Willow not only came through at the last minute, but they were super communicative and took really great care of our kitties while we were out of town. They are thoughtful and thorough, I’ve never gotten so many photos of our pets and care process while we’re gone. It was great, and they clearly love working with animals.

Schedule
We have a flexible work schedule, which allows us to be highly available for pet care. We are generally available from 8am to 8pm on both weekdays and weekends, and can adjust as needed to fit your pet’s routine.

We focus on three key areas when caring for pets in a client’s home. First, the environment: check that front and back doors are properly locked, and that windows are not open without screens, to ensure pets cannot escape. Second, potential hazards: look for sharp or pointy objects and other items that could cause injury. Third, food and plants: make sure there are no foods or plants that may be toxic to pets within reach.

We make sure pets feel secure and relaxed by sticking to their routines, engaging in gentle play with their favorite toys, and offering attention only when they want it. We prioritize their comfort and well-being and keep their environment calm and predictable.
