I highly recommend TingTing and Willow - they are amazing! They have such a warm and caring energy and are incredibly trustworthy and reliable. They gave me complete peace of mind with fantastic updates for each visit and sent pictures showing how tasks were completed and how my fur babies were well taken care of. My absolute favorite was receiving the most adorable photos of my cats happily eating, playing, and just being their cute selves. It was clear how much they adore fur babies. They took the time to bond with my cats, giving them so much attention, and made sure they felt safe and loved when we were away. Tingting and Willow are so much in detail when taking care of my furry friends. They have so much passion to play and care my pets and spend quality time with them. They also send quite a lot pictures for every visit and did a very timely communication if there is any question and update. I highly recommend Tingting & Willow! Was a first time Rover user for our two cats, they offered a free meet & greet visit and we were able to walk them through everything and introduce both of our cats which made the entire process less stressful for us. Their drop in visits were reliable, friendly, communicative, and attentive to the needs of our cats. They made sure to send many pictures and videos of the cats, and gave both of them lots of love and attention. You can really tell they love working with animals. We will definitely have them take care of our cats again!

Schedule
We have a flexible work schedule, which allows us to be highly available for pet care. We are generally available from 8am to 8pm on both weekdays and weekends, and can adjust as needed to fit your pet’s routine.

We focus on three key areas when caring for pets in a client’s home. First, the environment: check that front and back doors are properly locked, and that windows are not open without screens, to ensure pets cannot escape. Second, potential hazards: look for sharp or pointy objects and other items that could cause injury. Third, food and plants: make sure there are no foods or plants that may be toxic to pets within reach.

We make sure pets feel secure and relaxed by sticking to their routines, engaging in gentle play with their favorite toys, and offering attention only when they want it. We prioritize their comfort and well-being and keep their environment calm and predictable.
