Tingting and Willow took great care of our cats and extended menagerie of reptiles and fish! I could tell when they came to meet the pets that they had a great love for animals and enjoyed being with them. They had a lot of patience with our shy cat and managed to coax her out of hiding with their attention and she was comfortable being out with them by the end of their visits. They were very attentive to all the instructions given and were good about responding to me. I enjoyed the photos and witty comments they uploaded to the site! I would definitely book them again.
We had another great experience with our sitter! They were so sweet with both of our cats and really took the time to make them comfortable. They also did a really thorough job cleaning up after the cats, which we really appreciated. They even noticed some ants while changing the cats’ feeding bowl and helped take care of them. We really appreciated how attentive they were and how much care they put into everything. So glad we booked with them again!
I highly recommend TingTing and Willow - they are amazing! They have such a warm and caring energy and are incredibly trustworthy and reliable. They gave me complete peace of mind with fantastic updates for each visit and sent pictures showing how tasks were completed and how my fur babies were well taken care of. My absolute favorite was receiving the most adorable photos of my cats happily eating, playing, and just being their cute selves. It was clear how much they adore fur babies. They took the time to bond with my cats, giving them so much attention, and made sure they felt safe and loved when we were away. Schedule
We have a flexible work schedule, which allows us to be highly available for pet care. We are generally available from 8am to 8pm on both weekdays and weekends, and can adjust as needed to fit your pet’s routine.

We focus on three key areas when caring for pets in a client’s home. First, the environment: check that front and back doors are properly locked, and that windows are not open without screens, to ensure pets cannot escape. Second, potential hazards: look for sharp or pointy objects and other items that could cause injury. Third, food and plants: make sure there are no foods or plants that may be toxic to pets within reach.
