About: During high school and still to this day, I house sit and do daily check ins for my friends pets, so I spend a lot of time with animals. I am comfortable adapting to what you and your pet requires for the best experiences. About: I’ve have been walking and taking care of dogs for the last 5 years now. From puppies to senior dogs that require medication, or stroller walks. Prefer low shedding dogs. We booked Chris for 5 days while we went to visit family out of town. Rachel was a major factor in my ability to enjoy a fun filled extended Wedding weekend in Texas. Rachel showed confidence & a “can do” attitude during our initial meet and greet which carried through my entire away time. I found my stress level about my special needs cat pretty much nonexistent with Rachel providing updates on each of her visits. Rachel established a relationship with Moe ( my cat ) which isn’t easy to do and performed all duties to the highest level. I recommend Rachel without hesitation.
We used Amanda for drop on visits for our three FurBabies. We appreciated how she was able to handle the three of their different personalities. She was a pleasure to work with and very patient as they’d get excited as she walked in. She was very calm and didn’t react to their excitement which helped calm them down. We needed a pet sitter on extremely short notice when our original sitter had an accident while we were far away from home. On top of giving our cats great care, she went above and beyond by keeping the house clean and bringing our delivery packages inside. Channing was fantastic with my 2 dogs. They are large breeds, a Rottweiler and a pit bull, she was great with them and made me feel comfortable while I was away on my trip. I got lots of pictures and updates during her visit. She is very responsive and professional. 100% recommend.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
