About: Hi! My name is Alexa, and I absolutely love animals! I have grown up around pets and currently have a cat and a German Shepherd of my own. I also previously had an English Mastiff, so I’m very comfortable caring for large dogs and understand the extra patience and attention they can sometimes need. I have experience dog walking for many different families, doing drop-in visits for both dogs and cats, and house sitting for dogs, cats, and even chickens! I love getting to know each pet’s individual personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. About: I've had three dogs in my life. I have some training experience with them and have cared for many of my friends' and acquaintances' pets. About: I have two small dogs (maltipoo’s) of my own and have cared for my relatives/family friends furbabies often. I’m most experienced with smaller dogs however I’m willing to learn to care for any type of pet/species. I’m currently home full time and so my schedule is very flexible! I highly recommend Yun an (Elva) to watch your fur babies! She is diligent, clean, consistent, and a great communicator. Our dogs had an accident and she went above and beyond with the cleanup. Elva is a natural dog whisperer. Both our babies immediately gravitated to her when it usually takes them some time to adjust to new people. I was anxious hiring a new person to watch our dogs for 5 days, but Elva’s pet care put me at ease!
Elizabeth did a wonderful job of taking care of our kitty while we were away! We got lots of updates, pictures, and videos of him during drop-ins. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
