Arisha is also afraid of dogs, but while QI sits multiple dogs at once, she was able to socialize Arisha with all the other dogs to a point where Arisha joined the pack and started hanging out with them more, which is close to a miracle. Teo was comfortable with them right away, and the photos and videos they shared throughout his stay showed just how happy he was - enjoying plenty of walks, enrichment, and feeling truly included as part of their pack. It was clear that Teo received so much love and attention; he was affectionate with Yoona and Minjae and was genuinely treated like a member of their family. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly responsive and flexible with scheduling. The entire process was seamless, and Teo was calm and confident being left in their care. “My lab mix Steinbeck had a great relaxed time at his first overnight stretch (3 nights and days) at Camp Mita, after previously spending several good doggy daycare days there. He is a rescue with a trauma history so he can become quite nervous when I am away-- but not so at all when with MIta and family!--who gave him so much TLC as well as lovely walks. MIta's calm and friendly older yellow lab also clearly was a very reassuring presence to him. I loved receiving the gracious daily photos so I could see how "at home" he was making himself. He came home completely grounded. I was able to enjoy my time away so much more because he clearly enjoyed his time with Madhumita. Thanks for your attentiveness to a sensitive dog, Mita!”

Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”

About: I have an 85 lb bully mix named Luca. I have a soft spot for pitties and senior pups. My dog prior to Luca was reactive, so have experience working with reactive pups and older pets. I work full time M-F, so am mostly available on the weekends. I am open to walking dogs, doing drop ins, and taking care of cats. I work full time during the week, so my main availability is on the weekends or possibly an evening if I know ahead of time. If you leave instructions for me I can keep your pet in its preferred spot. Feeding instructions are also appreciated if they need food. Any allergies or triggers for pets would also be good to know.

“My lab mix Steinbeck had a great relaxed time at his first overnight stretch (3 nights and days) at Camp Mita, after previously spending several good doggy daycare days there. He is a rescue with a trauma history so he can become quite nervous when I am away-- but not so at all when with MIta and family!--who gave him so much TLC as well as lovely walks. MIta's calm and friendly older yellow lab also clearly was a very reassuring presence to him. I loved receiving the gracious daily photos so I could see how "at home" he was making himself. He came home completely grounded. I was able to enjoy my time away so much more because he clearly enjoyed his time with Madhumita. Thanks for your attentiveness to a sensitive dog, Mita!”
