I provide lots of cuddles, playtime, and continuous communication with picture updates about your babies. Itzel did a wonderful job taking care of Laddoo while we were away! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly put in effort to make him comfortable. Laddoo can be shy with new people, but Itzel was patient and consistent with playtime and treats, which really helped him warm up to her. She followed his care routine carefully and sent helpful updates after each visit. There was one evening when she had car trouble and arrived late, but she communicated proactively and made sure Laddoo was taken care of. She was also very receptive to feedback about safety concerns with the windows. We appreciated her genuine care and attention to detail. Would definitely book with Itzel again!
