I am currently working part time and create my own schedule. So I can build pet care into my days based on what you need from me. I am open to do neighborhood walks, play dates, daily feedings and overnight pet care. The only thing I cannot do is boarding or daycare at my home at this time.

- I enter and exit with extreme caution (no escapees!) - I announce myself calmly to remind your fur baby that it's me coming over to care for them until mom or dad returns. - I have experience administering pet meds and topical ointments (like ear cleaners, etc) if needed. - I stay for at least an hour each visit (no in and out pet sitter here!) I enjoy playing and/or sitting with fur babies so they don't feel so alone. - Yes, I do talk to the animals (I'm "one of those people"). Take that bit of information however you like :) - I send photos & updates every day (I know how much I appreciate that when I am away from my babies) - I am a trustworthy person to have in your home. I respect your environment, your personal space and your fur babies you are entrusting to me. - I also do plant watering as well! - Will provide referrals from past pet sitting clients upon request.

I love to walk/run with active dogs (but can stroll slowly if needed for the old timers) ? We will play for an extended period of time with your Pups toys before the walk. If your fur baby is socialized, we will go to a park. If they are not so people/other dog friendly, I am used to being on high alert for these walks to make sure everyone is safe. We will just stroll and sniff around the neighborhood. If your pup likes the dog park or dog beach in Santa Cruz, we can make it a fun day together too! I will meet your pet wherever they are at and plan with you ahead of time to personally plan our creative time together. ????

I have owned and cared for cats, dogs & birds for most of my life. The bond between animals & humans are sacred. I know how hard it is to leave your fur or feather baby home while you travel (it's scary!). I am that animal lover that will treat your fur baby like my own until you return. I love getting on the floor and playing with pets. It's important to spend at least an hour with your baby every time I come over to feed them. Depending on the age & temperament of your fur baby, I will just sit with them and give them pets & love. Maybe we need to go out for a walk or run. Or maybe your baby is somewhat feral and is afraid to come out with strangers...thats okay too. I will always announce myself in a gentle voice and talk to them as I refresh food & water supplies. (I have provided photos to owners of "feral cats" who have come out to be pet while in my care - which shocked their human!) I have been called an Animal Whisperer more than once. I love to play with animals so if they have energy, we will play fir the majority of my visit. I bring cat toys with me (that usually get left behind for the kitty because they love it so much). And my favorite part it capturing photos fir you as we play & cuddle. I have an incredible camera on my phone so the pictures you receive are professional quality. 💗 I will meet your pet where they are at and provide care to their comfort. I will update you daily as to how they are doing. And you can relax knowing your fur baby is getting the same level of love & care that they would be getting from you. - My 17 year old, Sage, is amazing with animals as well and loves to help. This comes in handy when there are multiple pets to care for at once so they all get simultaneous attention. XO
