“Nabil took wonderful care of Raisin for two days. It was Raisin’s first time staying away from home, so we were a little nervous, but Nabil and Sunny made her feel comfortable and safe. She quickly warmed up to them, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she was well cared for and treated with kindness. We truly appreciated the updates and the loving care Raisin received. I would highly recommend Nabil to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet sitter!”

“Sofiya took a risk by watching Holly for almost 2 weeks on relatively short notice. She updated us daily and told us about the new friends she was making. She came home washed, brushed, well exercised and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much Sofiya! We will definitely use your services again!”

“My large dog Yeti can be prone to anxiety, but looked very comfortable and relaxed in Diane's care. She took him out several times on walks and also let Yeti explore her beautiful backyard. Diane also sent detailed updates with photos and was very kind when I messaged that I was running a little late. Thanks again for watching Yeti!”

“Grace did an amazing job watching our Max. She followed our house rules to ensure he didn't come back home with bad habits. She took him on a lot of walks, had fun playing with him, and even trained him a little bit. I received a lot of pictures and he seemed like he was a happy pup during his stay. Grace was easy to work with, understanding of our dog, and genuinely excited to watch Max. I will definitely be booking with Grace again.”

“Sangeeta was just great with our little Leo! She was in touch with photos and kept us posted with the daily routine. Leo can be a picky eater sometimes especially when away from home but Sangeeta went above and beyond to make sure he was fed and tried all the different ways to do that! Im sure we will be leaving our Leo with her in the future. Thanks Sangeeta!”

“Just picked my puppy up from Yoona and Minjae and it was truly the most amazing experience from first contact to pickup. I was SO nervous to leave my beloved pup that I missed many trips because I couldn’t find anyone that felt like the right fit to leave him with. They were so warm, accommodating and welcoming and my dog instantly felt comfortable. They sent the perfect amount of updates/photos and were so communicative and responsive. They truly treated my puppy as one of the family and it instantly made me feel so much relief. They have the most adorable and sweet dog that my dog enjoyed being with. They worked with my ultra picky dog and made sure he ate by getting creative with his meals. I cannot recommend them enough and 5 stars isn’t enough. I am so grateful for them and the most incredible experience. Thank you so much, Yoona and Minjae!❤️🐶”

Mathias and Courtney are the absolute best! They took such great care of my Enzo. I am so thankful to have found them. They took so many photos and videos for me throughout the entire stay helping me sleep sound at night. Their dog Maggie was the sweetest and very friendly with Enzo, they became great friends. I would recommend them 1000x.

Kathleen and Henry are amazing! Bella gets excited as we pull up to their house, and their accommodations, updates throughout the day, and professional photographer level pup-photos make me smile throughout the day 😊 My schedule has been a little chaotic lately and they have been nothing but friendly and flexible! Thank you both for taking such good care of Bella, you are appreciated!

Cheryl was fantastic with Romeo. She was super flexible when my travel plans changed and made the booking extension easy, which I really appreciated. She kept me updated, communicated directly any concerns she had, and it was obvious Romeo was comfortable and well cared for.

Neha was amazing with Summer! She took great care of him and kept me regularly updated with photos and videos, which are really appreciated. Summer had a blast playing with her dog, Eevee, and came back so happy and relaxed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Neha to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
