This was Teo’s first stay outside the care of a family member, but from our very first meeting in Yoona and Minjae’s clean, welcoming home, I felt completely at ease knowing he would be in the best hands. Teo was comfortable with them right away, and the photos and videos they shared throughout his stay showed just how happy he was - enjoying plenty of walks, enrichment, and feeling truly included as part of their pack. It was clear that Teo received so much love and attention; he was affectionate with Yoona and Minjae and was genuinely treated like a member of their family. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly responsive and flexible with scheduling. The entire process was seamless, and Teo was calm and confident being left in their care. Every time we get the chance to book with Karen, we feel so lucky. Our dogs absolutely adore her and her sweet pup Squeegee, and even Ruby, who is scared of everyone else, runs right into her house.
