Family of Dog Lovers
I grew up in the Midwest always having 2-3 dogs at a time (variety of breeds over the years). Dogs are family, simple as that. Now we have raised two since they were puppies. We lost our first lab mix to cancer when she was 10 years old. Currently we have a 5 year old Golden Retriever, Maggie that LOVES making new friends to play with. We have been known to wander the neighborhood for hours trying to help find lost dogs. Your dog will be treated like family with us.

Our dog had a ball with the family. He got plenty exercise and loads of love. When I picked him up he looked very comfortable and happy. Courtney also shared pictures and videos everyday morning after which I did not worry about my pup for rest of the day, I knew he was happy and taken care of. I definitely recommend them and will keep returning for all future boarding needs.
Abby spent a few times with Mathias and Courtney. She was well taken care of. It was a real vacation for her. She received so much attention from the kids. In particular, she fell in love with one of the children. We were a little jealous :). Mathias and Courtney were both lovely. Communication was great. Abby will be back.
Mathias and Courtney were great with our 1 year old Golden Retriever while my wife and I were out of town. They have such a wonderful family and the time with their pup and children had us feeling very comfortable about leaving our dog with them for the weekend. They kept us updated with pics and messages and handled the drop off and pick up process very smoothly. I know our dog was very sad to be leaving her new pup friend Maggie and I'm sure we will be rebooking with Mathias and Courtney again in the future.

Dates de la garde
Our house is usually filled with lots of action to keep your dog company. I am working from home most days. Additionally my wife is a Stay at Home Mom, so at least one of us is home the majority of the time during the week. We have an elementary-aged children that love playing with dogs and helping out. Lots of pets and snuggles to go around! We provide a minimum of two walks a day.

We have a fully fenced in backyard. Note that while it is good sized, it does not have grass. We have a large rock area on the side of the house for potty breaks. My desk sits adjacent to one of the backyard doors, so Maggie will often sit at my feet with the backdoor open. She is living the dream. :) We have two large raised dog beds inside the house and one on the back deck. Maggie is also crate trained as needed. We still have some gates up, so that gives appropriate boundaries for unwanted things from becoming potential chew toys. :)

We do a long walk in the morning and another in the evening after dinner. We live two blocks from a large grassy field, so we often will take Maggie for some fetch as well. We love to fit in hikes when we can and have taken her to the beach a handful of times.
