Teo was comfortable with them right away, and the photos and videos they shared throughout his stay showed just how happy he was - enjoying plenty of walks, enrichment, and feeling truly included as part of their pack. It was clear that Teo received so much love and attention; he was affectionate with Yoona and Minjae and was genuinely treated like a member of their family. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly responsive and flexible with scheduling. The entire process was seamless, and Teo was calm and confident being left in their care. I couldn’t recommend Yoona and Minjae more highly, and know that Teo would be thrilled to return for future daycare or boarding stays.”

“Sophia is the best! Our high energy dog Mimi spent 6 nights with her family and the experience was incredible. Our dog is considered as challenging by many commercial boarding providers. We interviewed many rovers to find the best fit for us and decided on Sophia. She is a real dog lover and her family is also very active. Mimi had so many good time with her, having long walks, enjoying the park, and jogging. After the boarding, Mimi is more joyful than usual. Obviously Sophia had very good impact on his personality!”

Absolutely the best Rover ever! Communicative down to the last detail every single day, and plenty of great photos. They followed our instructions closely, and did so many activities with our dogs. Their home is in a nice area with plenty of grass, too. Can't recommend more. 11/10.
This was our first time boarding Ella and first time with Norelvis. We are as pleased as we could be. Our young Ella come home less timid and we think Norelvis did an excellent job and is fantastic with all types of dogs. She seem to be tuned in to what is going on with the dog. Big thumbs up!
Carole and Terry are great. Sam, our little Westie, just completed his 3rd stay with them and was well taken care of. Sam is clearly very comfortable with Carole and Terry and their home. Fluff had an amazing time at Sophia’s for two wonderful weeks. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and was well taken care of during his vacation. He went on plenty of walks, ate his meals, and received all the attention he needed. I felt comforted knowing that he was never left alone, and I loved seeing all the videos and photos Sophia sent. One of the highlights of Fluff’s stay was the close bond he formed with Sophia and her family. Since he’s quite introverted and doesn’t easily befriend strangers, I was particularly touched by how quickly his tail wagged when he was playing, the extra bounce in his step when he went for walks, how close he would be when he was napping, and learning that Fluff often slept with Sophia’s daughters at night. Fluff needed to visit the vet. Sophia took him there, picked him up, and prepared a simple meal of plain boiled chicken and vegetables for him. She even administered his medication. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care shown to Fluff during his stay. He was treated and loved like a family member.
Olga and Boris took such great care of my dog while I was away. I honestly can’t find enough words to thank them for how well they cared for him. It was clear that they followed all the instructions I gave them, and my dog looked so happy, comfortable, and well taken care of when I picked him up. You could also tell that he really grew attached to them, and that they grew attached to him as well. That truly says a lot about what wonderful and caring people they are. I’m so grateful I found them, and I would absolutely use their services again. They did an amazing job, and I highly recommend Olga and Boris!
Banx experienced above and beyond care! Amazing experience! 🥹 They updated me multiple times every day with photos and details, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Banx can be reactive with other dogs, and they handled it perfectly — you could tell they really knew what they were doing. I felt so confident that Banx was safe, comfortable, and having fun the whole time. Genuinely some of the best dog sitters I’ve ever met, and just really kind, caring people too. Highly recommend!
Antonio was wonderful with our senior pittie Amara. He took wonderful care of her, spending time with her while she napped, and taking her on walks at the big grassy park in front of his house. He also sent us several great pictures and updates each day he was watching her. I would absolutely recommend Antonio and will rebook anytime we need a San Jose based sitter!
