At a year old, they are still in a puppy stage and each have different personalities and energy levels. From the start my girls were very comfortable with Rocky, so much so they when into his house without looking back. Being this was their first time at a sitter, and for 3 days no less, they were very relaxed and happy to be their. Throughout their stay, Rocket provided me with daily updates including pictures and video's of how they were doing. They had so much fun with Rocky and it seems that they were a little depressed for most of the day when I picked them up. Ghazal took excellent care of my princess! She took the time to get to know Cleo and then the two of them bonded really well. Ghazal ensured that cleo was walked, fed, and given medicine at the schedules times and also accommodated her specific sleep routine to make her feel safe. I was updated on her activities and sent plenty of pictures - I felt relaxed knowing that my pup was happy and safe. I’ve already referred her to friends. She’s just great!
Michael and Kris took such great care of Charlie! They sent regular updates with what they were up too and with photos. Charlie is shy, but I could tell they were patient with him, made him feel comfortable, and let him do his own thing at his own pace. Would definitely book again for any future stays!
I have a very large and very fearful dog. I am very grateful to Jingwen & Zhuode for how thorough they were during the meet and greet. Similarly, some dogs just need a quiet, safe space to adjust and I appreciate that they recognize this and gave Lexa the time and space that she needs. Will definitely book again.
Yoona and Minjae were absolutely amazing with my dog! They thoroughly read through all my care instructions and made sure every detail was checked off. They took my dog out for frequent walks and updated me three times a day with many photos. When my dog came back home, I could tell right away that she had an stress-free stay with them. Jamie was fantastic! This was our first time using Rover and leaving our young puppy with someone else so we were admittedly a little nervous about the whole process.
