“This was our first time that we traveled without our 1.5-year-old puppy, Maple. This time, we made a big decision to trust someone else with Maple’s care. We were anxious about what sitter we might get. Fortunately, we picked an amazing sitter (Yoona & Minjae) that had cared for Maple with flying colors. Before the trip, Maple had a case of diarrhea, but Yoona & Minjae had carefully adjusted her diet and provided the right balance of exercise and rest making her much healthier and stronger than before. Buddy, Yoona & Minjae’s dog had seemed to keep her happy and emotionally settled. Yoona & Minjae was very professional, knowledgable, and diligent. From beginning to end, they kept in touch with us by updating us with photos and thoughtful responses on how she was doing. we were able to enjoy our trip completely at ease, knowing Maple was in the right hands. “Luna stayed with Soyoung for a little over a week, and we always joke that her home is basically Doggo Disneyland. Luna absolutely loves going there, so much so that when we arrived and rang the doorbell, Soyoung hadn’t even opened the door yet and Luna was already stomping her little paws in excitement, clearly impatient to start her staycation. During her stay, Luna ate well, slept well, and had the best time playing with the other dogs. It was obvious she felt comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Soyoung took such wonderful care of her that we were able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. Whenever I missed Luna, Soyoung would also send us photos, which meant so much to us. We’re incredibly grateful to Soyoung for treating Luna like her own. Luna is definitely already looking forward to her next staycation!”

“Meredith was the best dog-sitter we could've asked for! For the last 5 years, our two dogs (german short-haired pointer and cattle dog mix) have stayed with family when we traveled. Since our family would be attending our wedding it meant they wouldn't be able to watch the dogs, so it was a big deal for us to find and trust somebody new. We had a meet and greet with Meredith where it was immediately clear that watching our dogs would be her #1 priority while they were there, and my anxiety level noticeably decreased. Then leading up to the actual boarding dates, we had the perfect storm of doggie ailments... Our GSP ate a peach pit that had to be surgically removed a few weeks prior and our cattle dog mix had an arthritis flair-up that severely affected her appetite and limited her movement. Meredith didn't flinch when we told her our GSP was on the tail-end of healing from surgery or when we provided her with a hodge podge of different foods for our picky girl, just to make sure she would eat something. She also went above and beyond and picked up meat to cook and feed our pup when she wouldn't eat the other items and hand-fed her at times to ensure she was getting nutrition. It breaks my heart to see my dog not eating because of pain, and kills me even more to leave her in another's care like that, but Meredith was the best I could've asked for in our situation and did an excellent job taking care of both of them. Between our GSP's ENDLESS energy, and our fearful cattle dog mix that can be reactive, they can be a handful even when fully healthy! We are SO SO appreciative that Meredith took such great care of them and we'd absolutely have her watch them again!”

We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. Juanyi made the entire process seamless and convenient for us, which we deeply appreciated. It genuinely felt like she cared for our dog as if they were her own. Bagel and Panda become best friends!! We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, which says everything. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to any dog parents looking for a reliable, communicative, flexible, and truly caring sitter!”

She sent paragraph long updates with so many details that made me think “yup, that’s my poppy!”. And of course lots of pictures and videos. They went on adventures, had yummy snacks, and she even brushed poppy’s teeth. I felt so full of joy and so much comfort seeing her updates. Plus, poppy got along with her dog so well. “Malika was an amazing cat sitter for Gigi! Gigi is very shy and cautious around new people, but Malika was very patient and knew how to help her feel comfortable. Gigi is also a 16 year old senior cat with a more specific feeding routine, and Malika followed everything carefully. She sent regular updates a few times a day which gave me a lot of peace of mind. For the two days I don’t go to office (often Tuesdays and Fridays) and weekends, I stay at home all day and give all my attention to the doggies! On the three days I am in the office, my home is fully dog-proofed and secure for my two friendly dogs and your pup to hang out together. Your pet’s safety and your peace of mind are my top priorities. My home is fully dog-proofed and features a secure, fenced-in backyard for safe playtime.
