“This was our puppy’s very first time being boarded, and I was honestly quite nervous at the beginning. Queenie&Yu-Chieh made the whole experience so easy and gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was great from the start — she asked thoughtful questions about his routine, food, and quirks, and throughout the stay she sent lots of photos and updates so we always knew how he was doing. Our puppy is still young and full of energy, which definitely means extra work (potty breaks, training, supervision, etc.), but she handled him with so much patience and kindness. Her home is clean, safe, and very dog-friendly, and her own dog Summer was gentle and welcoming with our boy. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly very comfortable with her and her home. We’re very grateful to have found Queenie & Yu-Chieh and would absolutely book with her again. Out of all the dog trainers that I consulted with om their boarding rules and expectations, Coralie was the most clear on her structured approach. It would be my 9-month puppy's first time boarding, so I was a little stressed to find someone who can deal with separation anxiety (since we weren't sure if this would be the case) and maintain our puppy's manners from his existing training. Coralie was the only one that gave us advice to get anti-anxiety meds from our vet beforehand and suggested doing a 3-night trial before our long trip to get our puppy acclimated. Our puppy came back home confident and happy, and did well overnight. I trust Coralie with my dog and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who's looking for an experienced dog boarder.
Diola was so wonderful to our sweet girl. We’ve never done boarding at someone else’s home but Diola did a lot to help us feel more comfortable. She sent us loads of pictures and videos, showed us her living space and introduced us to her children. The photos showed Stevie getting lots of love and cuddles from everyone and it was so endearing. She was incredibly responsive, prompt and kind. I recommend her!
This is the first time I board Luna in 9 years, and for 11 days. I was worried that she would be anxious in a new environment. Apparently Luna took to Ronald well, enjoying her daily walks and tummy rubs. The daily snapshots of Luna and communications from Ronald assured me that she is in good hands. OMG. This was the best sitter experience I have ever had on and off rover!!! I am so glad Sophie was available and that I chose her. The consistent updates were 10/10 and exceeded my expectations. Any concern or if she wanted to give Kali an extra treat, she would run by me since Kali has food allergies. We found our dog sitter for life!! Remya sent pictures/videos/updates everyday giving me comfort in knowing my Loki was being well cared for while I was away. Loki had a great time and Remya took care of him like her own. You can tell Remya knows what she’s doing from the beginning! At the meet and greet she asked all the questions for necessary information to get to know Loki so she can care for him during the stay. Janani was absolutely amazing with Marleau! From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. She was incredibly attentive and kept us updated throughout our trip with lots of pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She let us know when Marleau ate, when he went potty, and how he was doing each day, so we never had to wonder how he was adjusting. She was also very flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, which we really appreciated while traveling. The best part was seeing how happy and comfortable Marleau was with her. It was clear that she treated him like one of her own, and knowing he was so well cared for made being away from him so much easier. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely trust Janani with Marleau again. Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Ashita enough! She is an amazing sitter who took the absolute best care of our dog, Buster, twice - once for a night and then for 12 days. It is so rare to find someone who loves and cares for your pet as their own, but Ashita did exactly that. We are so grateful to have found her; Ashita’s house is officially a second home for Buster.
