“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. We had a wonderful experience with Yu Ting! She was really patient and caring with our dog, Arthur. She took him to the park every day, prepared a Kong to help with his separation anxiety. I can see from daily update photos and videos that Arthur was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. Our return flight was unexpectedly canceled, Yu Ting was so kind and flexible about keeping him for an extra day. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and willingness to help. Sophie took such good care of my dogs! She gave detailed updates and was very communicative. She was very mindful of following my dogs’ routine and also asked questions to make sure that she had enough information to get to know my dogs. Both my dogs felt comfortable in her home. It was clear that Sophie was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure they felt safe and happy. I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in good hands and would definitely trust her to watch them again. Would definitely recommend!
Leaving your dog with Tuan feels like leaving them with family, you know they’re in the hands of someone who genuinely loves and cares for them as their own\. Our dog had such a good time that after just one day, he didn’t even want to come back home. Tuan sends you pics and videos of all the fun your dog is having and it is infact much better than i felt the bored life he has at home.
Tucker had a lovely time with Shreeja. He’s not always friendly with other dogs so she walked him in parks that were less busy. She made sure he was comfortable and settled. I also really liked that she only takes 1 dog at a time. Thank you so much for being so caring with our boy!

Out of all the dog trainers that I consulted with om their boarding rules and expectations, Coralie was the most clear on her structured approach. It would be my 9-month puppy's first time boarding, so I was a little stressed to find someone who can deal with separation anxiety (since we weren't sure if this would be the case) and maintain our puppy's manners from his existing training. Coralie was the only one that gave us advice to get anti-anxiety meds from our vet beforehand and suggested doing a 3-night trial before our long trip to get our puppy acclimated. Our puppy came back home confident and happy, and did well overnight. I trust Coralie with my dog and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who's looking for an experienced dog boarder.
Diola was so wonderful to our sweet girl. We’ve never done boarding at someone else’s home but Diola did a lot to help us feel more comfortable. She sent us loads of pictures and videos, showed us her living space and introduced us to her children. The photos showed Stevie getting lots of love and cuddles from everyone and it was so endearing. She was incredibly responsive, prompt and kind. I recommend her!
Rosie had a wonderful return stay with Priyanka! I love getting pictures of Rosie playing and lounging with the family—it is such a treat to see how happy she is while we are away. She gets lots of walks and is treated like part of the family. Thank you for being so good to her!!

Remya sent pictures/videos/updates everyday giving me comfort in knowing my Loki was being well cared for while I was away. Loki had a great time and Remya took care of him like her own. Janani was absolutely amazing with Marleau! From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. She was incredibly attentive and kept us updated throughout our trip with lots of pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She let us know when Marleau ate, when he went potty, and how he was doing each day, so we never had to wonder how he was adjusting. She was also very flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, which we really appreciated while traveling. The best part was seeing how happy and comfortable Marleau was with her. It was clear that she treated him like one of her own, and knowing he was so well cared for made being away from him so much easier.
