Florence, Wen and their family provided a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that our dog felt at home right away. The daily updates and photos we received were such a comfort, showing our pup having a great time and being well taken care of. Our dog received plenty of exercise, love, and attention. The level of professionalism and genuine care displayed by Florence and Wen exceeded our expectations. They made sure our pup was well fed and had no hesitation giving him the homemade food provided by us. We highly recommend Florence to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog boarding service. Our beloved Bobbie is a bit a special needs super shy and incredibly nervous when she meets people I would. While on our trip Vanessa would surprise us by sending a few nice up pic's of Bobbie on walks and fully making herself at home with Vanessa. If there was ever a sign that Bobbie was very much loved, spoiled and taken care of when I went to pick her up she didn't want to go and tried to run back too Vanessa. If and when we are travelling or need any care with Bobbie, Vanessa is always the first one to know about it. We cannot thank Vanessa enough for taking such good care of Bobbie.”

“I booked a 7 day boarding with Prusov for my pup Nico. Prior to the boarding, I booked a daycare session as a meet and greet. Prusov is very friendly and I can tell he loves dogs. I received daily updates with photos of Nico. I can tell Nico had a great time and was well cared for. When I picked him up, Nico looked very clean and groomed. Typically after a boarding, Nico needs bathing but he looked as good as when I dropped him off. Nico was all over Prusov seeking his touch and cuddles before we left. That is a good sign. I fully trust Nico in his care. I never worried about his well being during the time I was away. I will not hesitate to book with Prusov again.”
