It was important that we have our dog with us for our ceremony, and we needed someone trustworthy and reliable to pick our dog up from the venue and board him for the night. Ketaki picked our dog up from the venue at exactly the requested time. He communicated well throughout the meet and greet and booking process, and we could tell our dog was well cared for that night. Recently I used Lawrence's pet sitting services for my dog Livvy and I must say she had an amazing time. I had a few last minute hiccups, and changes, and he was very considerate, and gracious to adapt according to it. Going above and beyond was what stood out for me. Would have given more stars if possible. Kenzo found a home away from home. Che and Aurora are so good with him, they followed all our instructions , gave amazing updates with photos and videos. I never had a chance to worry that I was away and how was kenzo doing. They are my go to.🌟🌟🌟
We had no worries leaving our senior, anxious dog with Taylor for the first time. She clearly understands dog behavior and how to best introduce new pups to the crew. Hazel had a great time socializing with the other dogs and was clearly well taken care ofd. Taylor sent photos and has clear and open communication throughout. We will definitely be going back to Yeirleth and Juan whenever we need to board our puppy again, I think our puppy might think Yeirleth is her second mom lol!! They are very kind, good, trustworthy people and took great care of our puppy; they made us feel comfortable, took lots of photos, and were very communicative!! They obviously care very much for animals and treated our puppy very well. Their dog, Toby, got along very well with our puppy and their cats were very friendly with our puppy as well!!! Monica and Gary are absolutely wonderful people. They are knowledgeable, kind, and loving to our dog. My dog can sometimes feel separation anxiety; however, just the mention of "Monica and Gary", my dog is ready to jump into the car to go see them. I feel so fortunate that my dog is in such a loving environment when we are away from home.
Our two dogs stayed with Ann for a week. This was their first time with Ann. We picked them up happy and excited. Ann was extremely responsive from the get go of meet & greet to last min change of extending our trip . She kept us updated about everything and sent us tonnes of pictures.
