The photos and little movies had shown that Jasmine had settled in to Yixin's nice home as she found several cozy places to sleep end enjoy windows. This was all so amazing because Jasmine is a "scaredy-cat" and tends to hide from the world and new people. Yixin was able to make friends with Jasmine very quickly. Jasmine ate and drank well and Yixin attended to all of Jasmine's special needs. Indeed, our girly cat was loved and cherished at Yixin's "kitty vacation resort". About: I started looking after dogs in college - taking them out on walks was my favorite part. Now that I have my own dog, I mainly do drop-in visits for cats with needs. I am currently on summer break, and I have 5 days a week to do a drop-in visit for any of your pets needs. Now I mainly do drop-in visits for cats. I have a dog that I take care of at home and no longer provide dog-sitting services.

“Been lucky enough to have Karina take care of QT my cat twice now and both times, she’s been very responsive, responsible, always sent a ton of photos, and paid attention to small things I’ve asked like watching he doesn’t knock over his water or food, giving him furball gel, or cleaning the gunk from his eye. She does an excellent job of the basics of cleaning his litter box and refilling his water too!!! Karina is also very transparent and lets me know when things happen like him throwing up. Both times I’ve returned to find QT behaving very relaxed and happy. The best is that she goes above and beyond and does many extra things like taking the time to give him wet food, brush him, cuddle with him. So happy to have her, I’m able to feel assured he’s taken cared of and doesn’t get too crazy/stressed being by himself (as a Maine coon cat he is very dog like).”

About: Dogs have been and always will be one of my greatest loves! My childhood dogs made my life so much more meaningful. When our own kids were growing up we had two dogs which we adopted as puppies and had the pleasure of having until they passed from old age. Both our son and daughter are Rover dog sitters and we have greatly enjoyed helping them care for these amazing dogs. Now, we are ready to take care of our own! We are a retired couple who loves dogs and will almost always be home to provide companionship and love to your pup. We also enjoy taking dogs on neighborhood walks and making sure that they have a fantastic vacation while in our care! We have a large fenced yard and a grassy area for the dogs to run around in. About: Since the young age of 5, I have wanted to become a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. It has been a path I have wanted to pursue for all of my academic career. Currently, I am a full-time student at UC Davis and I am an Animal Science major. Throughout my education, I participated in a year-long course for veterinary assistants, completed various internships regarding animals, have taken several animal science related classes, volunteered at a vet clinic, and I watch educational videos regarding animals and domestic pets every day. I have been a cat owner most of my life, so I did not have a lot of experience with dogs prior to working at animal clinics and working as a pet sitter through Rover. After garnering experience with dogs, I have loved them even more and I am willing to expand my knowledge of dogs further! I am very attentive with taking care of animals and I learn incredibly fast. When I volunteered at a veterinary clinic and since working at Rover, I have walked numerous dogs, fed them, washed them, and learned how to play with them. I have also walked a friend’s dog many times in my free time. When it comes to dogs, I am aware of how they need a lot of attention and I can provide that! If the dog has separation anxiety, I spend extra time taking care of them, playing with them and cuddling with them. I try my hardest to play with the dog as much as they want and even walk extra if the dog wants it. I make sure that their food and water bowls are filled, groom them if the owner requests it, to be attentive with their behavior and watch them at all times, make sure they don’t get into anything during their walks, and clean up after them on walks. If the dog has a disability, I will try my best to accommodate them and help them as much as I can so they are comfortable. I love certain dog breeds incredibly! I enjoy bigger dogs like huskies, golden retrievers, and labradors! I think they are so cute and their size makes them more adorable. I adore personality-driven dogs as well like shiba inu’s and corgi’s! All dogs are great, but I have a soft spot for bigger dogs and ones who have big personalities! I am a full-time student throughout the year, but I visit home weekly and I am able to take a majority of requests! During the summer and around holidays, I am available all full time🙂 I only am able to care for pets in their own homes because of my own pets. Moreover, in clients homes I will make sure to lock doors and enter carefully without letting pets escape. I also make sure no food is around animals that can harm them or chemicals. I will clean up after each visit and after I walk a dog. Furthermore, I’ll keep the food and water bowls filled, litter box cleaned, and take care of pets as needed. Lastly, I am always careful when first meeting a pet and build up their trust.
About: I grew up in a pet-loving household, surrounded by animals from a young age. Now, I live in a spacious first-floor condo with direct garage access, just about five minutes from Seven Seas Park in Sunnyvale. My lifelong bond with animals makes caring for them truly second nature. On weekdays, I usually go to the office, so my availability is limited. However, my work finishes on Friday afternoon, giving me free time from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. There should be no worries, I love all animals and am very diligent in my care. “Our kitty Jasmine had a most wonderful stay with Yixin! The photos and little movies had shown that Jasmine had settled in to Yixin's nice home as she found several cozy places to sleep end enjoy windows. This was all so amazing because Jasmine is a "scaredy-cat" and tends to hide from the world and new people. Yixin was able to make friends with Jasmine very quickly. Jasmine ate and drank well and Yixin attended to all of Jasmine's special needs. Indeed, our girly cat was loved and cherished at Yixin's "kitty vacation resort". We have found a Gem of a kitty care taker whilst we are on travel. Thank you so much Yixin for you special love you gave Jasmine. She was a happy kitty when she return home.”

“Andrew was AMAZING!! If you are hunting for someone to care for your animal while you are away he will treat your pets like one of his own. He sent lots of pictures and videos, took her on lots of walks, and she loved playing with his pup. I know leaving your fur babies with strangers is so hard but he is an amazing sitter and one we will forever use as long as he keeps sitting. Trust me he is a great choice.”
“Rachel and her family kept Josie for me recently. I was very happy they were able to accommodate her with minimal notice. I was also very happy with how in the loop I felt about Josie's stay. He was knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do, and sent pictures and videos of Bean during the 2 day stay. We knew Bean was in great hands - he looked comfortable and like he had a great time with Daniel.”

Dobby really loved his place, and Ben was really communicative about how he was doing, sending photos within minutes of being messaged, and just generally we felt Dobby couldn’t have had a better stay. Ben clearly has tons of experience, and was even fine administering ear drops for a last minute ear infection we discovered 24 hours before drop off. Plus, Ben’s daughter was adorable and Dobby couldn’t get enough cuddles in. :)”
