“Loa was very well taken care of by Rachel and her family. It was her first stay with them and they asked many questions to ensure her stay was positive and comfortable. They made every effort possible to make it the excellent experience it was. Daily photos and updates were much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay with Rachel again.”
“Matthew was absolutely amazing. We boarded our two cats with him, and they're normally very shy and a little anxious, but they took to him in no time. His communication was excellent, and we loved getting so many pictures and updates about the great time our cats were having with him. Highly recommend, Matthew! “James is great. I like the location - plenty of space to run and explore. The other dogs were nice too. When I got Lola back, she was just tired and wanted to sleep. That was convenient because I was tired too after the long drive coming back from vacation. James updated me with pictures and it was good to know that if I would have had concerns he would have answered quickly. I will come back for sure ;-)”
“I was thankful Hongtao was available for me to leave Darby with him over the Memorial Day holiday. I saw that he had experience and it was helpful that he lived nearby. He took great care of her and took her out for walks numerous times, taking pictures of her each time. I could tell she was comfortable with Hongtao and was being treated well. I know if she had to stay with a sitter again she would appreciate Hongtao.”
