About: Hello folks, we have been a large dog family for over 12 years. Unfortunately I lost my puppy this year. It's too early for me to get a new pet but we miss him dearly. While I had him I was always looking for a family that could board him while I was out traveling or visiting family. It's time for me to return the favor to other dog families who need that support and help. I live near Sunnyvale downtown in a single family home with a large lot and know the neighborhood well. We offer a calm, home environment — not a kennel — where dogs get personalized care and lots of love. I send regular photo updates so you always know how your pup is doing. As dog owner myself, I understand what pet parents look for — reliability, communication, and genuine love for animals. Your dog will get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles during their stay with me. I will be happy to board your babies and take care of them while you are gone. Give me a few days of notice so I can plan my work schedule and travel plans accordingly. For longer stays, please give me a few weeks notice. I work from home, so your dog is never left alone for long. They'll have company throughout the day, regular outdoor breaks, and plenty of attention. My schedule is flexible, which means I can give dogs the time and attention they deserve — regular walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day rather than just morning and evening. Pet care is a natural part of our daily routine since we have had our own dog at home. Morning and evening walks are already built into my day, and I make sure every dog in our care gets exercise, attention, and downtime on a consistent schedule. I have a fully fenced yard. My home is a safe, pet-friendly environment — I had a dog of my own, so I've already done the work of making sure the space is comfortable and secure for animals. I have a fenced yard where dogs can play freely, and I always supervise interactions between pets to make sure everyone gets along well. I treat every dog as an individual — some need more activity, some need more quiet time, and I adjust accordingly. Food, medications, and any special routines are followed exactly as the owner instructs. I keep leashes on during walks in the neighborhood and never leave guest dogs unattended outside. You'll receive regular photo and text updates throughout the stay so you always have peace of mind.

“Ok, so I've been using Rover for a few years now. Yahui is our 3rd dog sitter person. I've been happy with all of them. The 2nd guy, we used for years, but maybe he moved, because he's inactive now. But ... Yahui is by far my favorite. Hard to explain, but she has a real understanding/empathy towards our dog. In our family, I am low man on the totem pole, for our dog's preference. Even though I give her the most people food, and that I was the guy who actually adopted her. But she's a female dog, so she gravitates to my daughter and wife over my son and me. 😁 I was honestly a little afraid that after having spent a week with Yahui, that she might not want to come home with me. *That's* how highly I think of Yahui as a petsitter. I retired early so I have been home with our Cane Corso since he was 9 mos old. I believe the attention and love we have showered on our pup has allowed him to be both loving and obedient. He has never shown aggression to other dogs and he is liked by many other pet owners we have met over the last 5 years. I am physically fit and able to care for any size dog, and feel confident in caring for our vulnerable family members. Since I am home, I would be able to visit your pup or walk him/her while you’re at work. Dogs definitely get lonely so having company can be a game-changer in their behavior and life span. I am used to talking to pets, as I believe our tone of voice gives them security and builds trust. I would not only talk to your pet(s) in a loving way, but also pet them and play with them, as well as walk them. For our dog, I am adamant about fresh water in his bowl several times a day, and gets fed at regular times (he gets 4 small meals/day!) He has been in our front yard since he was 4 mos old so he gets to lounge on the grass without disturbing the neighbors. It has been a great way to acclimate him to people, big and small. If that is something you would like to try (with supervision) I am all for it.

Throughout the boarding, Audrina remained highly professional and experienced with all types of dogs. This was my first time using Rover so I was extremely nervous. I expressed my concerns with Yoshi being a senior, reactive dog, but Audrina and Donny eased all of my worries. We set up a meet and greet where they both took the time to ask questions about Yoshi's daily routine, habits, health, and personality.
