Our dog has boarded with Audrina & Donny multiple times, and they always exceed our expectations! Shortly before our dog’s most recent stay, an unexpected situation arose for them that made keeping their commitment very challenging. Instead of canceling, they created a brilliant, thoughtful plan to ensure our baby was fully cared for so we could still go on our international trip. We appreciate their dedication so much!

Audrina and Donny were amazing! They provided regular updates, were very responsive and too great care of my dog. They were able to keep my very active dog really engaged with regular walks, potty breaks, playing fetch and training him (last two were them going above and beyond). They were very knowledgeable about pet care and had asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my dog and his activities before the stay so that they can keep it as a reference during his stay. Audrina also has a very helpful drop off checklist covering all the stuff my dog would need for his stay. Would be looking for Audrina’s help for a future stay as well!

Audrina and Donny are fantastic! Very communicative, shared regular updates, and paid great attention to detail. They were also incredibly flexible with our requests and offered helpful suggestions to help our big floofy Samoyed acclimate comfortably. We felt completely at ease and would highly recommend them!

This was the second time our Yorkie stayed with Audrina & Donny, and my second review. On the day of drop-off, our dog ran upstairs to their unit excitedly. What a comfort that he remembered them fondly and their apartment a happy place. They are an amazing couple who are always loving, kind and patient. Their energy makes both people and dogs comfortable & relaxed. As always, I received detailed daily reviews, pictures & videos, which made the 15 days go by so much more easily. I am impressed with their initiative and creativity in training our dog to be less leash-reactive, which showed how much they love & care. Our dog looked totally happy & content when we picked him up. When we got into our car, although he was happy to be in my arms again, I also saw his eyes following Audrina & Donny, who were walking back to their apartment. Need I say more how amazing they are?

Audrina was absolutely amazing and part of me wants to gatekeep her so she'd be available to take care of Yoshi whenever needed! Throughout the boarding, Audrina remained highly professional and experienced with all types of dogs. This was my first time using Rover so I was extremely nervous. I expressed my concerns with Yoshi being a senior, reactive dog, but Audrina and Donny eased all of my worries. We set up a meet and greet where they both took the time to ask questions about Yoshi's daily routine, habits, health, and personality. She also sent over a Google form to ensure nothing was forgotten about Yoshi's needs! Audrina went above and beyond - sending daily updates as well as cute pictures/videos the entirety of the stay. I could immediately tell that Audrina and Donny were giving Yoshi so much love and Yoshi looked extremely comfortable with them. He was playful, happy, and anxious-free! What stood out to me the most was that Audrina took the time to train Yoshi and even give him stimulating activities on the rainy days! I truly don't think I could have found a better person to take care of Yoshi!
