We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. “Iryna was great! She was very responsive, she was flexible with the meet and greet, pickup, and dropoff timing, and parking was easy. Tahini is shy but warmed up to her quite quickly and loved exploring her apartment, where he had plenty of space to run around. We didn’t have much experience introducing him to other dogs, and she helped him make friends in controlled settings, including at the dog park for small dogs across the street. We loved the daily photos, and the daily videos always showed him happy and wagging his tail. He came home happy and healthy.”

We absolutely love Wanyi! This was our second time having her watch our dog, Heidi, and once again she was amazing. Heidi was well cared for, and we loved getting all the photos and updates while we were away. Her communication is fantastic, and it’s such a comfort knowing Heidi is in such loving hands. Aleksei and Galina were amazing with Finn. We are so thankful they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable to leave him in their care while we needed to travel shortly after he had surgery. Finny looked so happy in all of the photos and videos they sent and I felt informed on his wellbeing during his entire stay. I would definitely recommend Aleksei and Galina to petsit for anyone. It's clear they love dogs and will make any pet feel welcome.
Christy took care of our Shiba Inu, Wanchan, for two separate stays: first, a one-night trial stay, and later a 2.5-week stay while we were away on our trip to Asia. From the very beginning, she was excellent with communication and kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos throughout both stays. She also carefully followed all of the care instructions we provided in a Google doc, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Wanchan warmed up to Christy and her boyfriend surprisingly quickly, which is not always easy with a Shiba Inu. Seeing how comfortable and happy she was allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about our fur baby back home. One thing that really stood out was their experience with Shiba Inus. As many owners know, Shibas can be quite different from other breeds and often require a unique approach. Christy and her boyfriend clearly understood the breed’s personality and needs, and their knowledge helped Wanchan feel less anxious and adjust to their home in a short time. Overall, I would highly recommend Christy as a Rover sitter, especially if you have a Shiba Inu. Her experience, communication, and genuine care for dogs made all the difference, and we would not hesitate to book with her again.
Our dog is so well cared for with Shavonne! She has watched our CKCS a few times and has handled any special requests and exercise restrictions after his surgery so well. She keeps us updated with photos and texts. This past visit she watched our maltipoo as well and alerted us to a small irritated spot on her skin (she scratches and chews sometimes when we’re away). We’re used to helping her with these spots but our previous dog sitter never noticed when she would get them. We were able to get her fixed up immediately thanks to Shavonne’s sharp eye and caring attention!
Have used a handful of Rovers in my years and none have compared to the level of updates that I was able to read through during my time away. I know my pup was well taken care of and these hosts were the most patient with my handful and a half Boxer mix. 10/10 just awesome all around!
