I will definitely check to see if she is available for any time that I will be traveling and in need of help. Thank you so much Dawn! XOXO Enzi and Annie 💜”

About: I’ve taken care of my own cats since they were kittens and they are about 8 years old now. I’ve also dog sit for friends and family while they’re were out on vacation. Love of fur babies! Wish I had a bigger place to own a dog. For now, I’m okay with getting all my dog love from dog sitting! I work remote and have a very flexible schedule so I don’t have a problem with scheduling. As long as it’s communicated to me a day prior so I can prep for the visit :) I can try to fulfill any specific care requests if needed as long as the client provides full care details. I want to make sure your fur baby is taken care of the way they like it!
About: I’m not just a sitter. I’m a dog lover who treats every pup like family. I’ve been caring for dogs my entire life. From puppyhood to senior pups, I have a lot of experience tailoring my care according to each dog’s personality, needs, and comfort zone.Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or couch snuggles, I focus on creating routines that keep dogs engaged, healthy, and stress free. Over the years, I’ve gained experience helping dogs with separation anxiety, minor reactivity, and special medical needs (limited to administering oral and injectable medications). Open communication with pet parents is a priority for me. I provide frequent updates, including photos and videos, so you can see how your dog is doing. In order to dedicate myself completely to your pet’s care, play, and comfort, I only accept one dog at a time. However, for everyone’s comfort, I request that visiting pups get along with other dogs since my own dog, Bentley, will be part of their visit. As a full-time homemaker and dog mom, I am home all day and able to provide consistent, attentive care. Your dog will have my full attention for walks, playtime, rest, and anything else they need throughout the day. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I love taking dogs to trails and parks nearby for exercise, fun, and potty breaks. They can relax in a crate or snuggle with me on the couch/bed. Fresh filtered water is always available and treats are given as allowed.
About: Animals have been a part of my life since childhood—I grew up with cats, dogs, and kittens, and that love for animals has only grown. I'm currently a foster for a local cat rescue, and friends and family often trust me to care for their pets, whether it’s dog walking or cat sitting. I bring patience, compassion, and experience to every visit, and I treat every pet like my own. I’m generally available and flexible Fridays through Sundays, since I work full-time Monday to Friday. I’m based in Cupertino during the week, so if you’re nearby and need weekday pet care, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help when I can! When caring for your pet, I treat them as if they were my own—with patience, love, and attention to their unique personality and needs. Whether it's a walk, playtime, or just some quiet companionship, I focus on making each visit safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care, and I take that responsibility seriously.

“Katherine has been an amazing walker and a huge help, especially with my last minute requests. I'll always be grateful and appreciate for the work shes done and I'll definitely recommend her help in the future! Thank you again! 🙏🏽🙌🏽”

“When we got home Ginger seemed very content and comfortable. It gave us a sense of relief to know that Ginger was in good hands and allowed us time to spend with the family seeing a concert on Christmas Eve! We would definitely like to use Candi again!”

“My pup and I are SO THANKFUL for Samantha!!! She is trustworthy, punctual and really tuckers out my pup. My mind is at ease knowing Samantha is out with Waffle while I’m at work and my life is less stressful due to her doggy diligence. Thanks, Samantha!”

About: I am a lifelong lover and owner of pets with over 25 years of experience. Having had companions, including several dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, and even a rabbit, I have a knack and love for caring for and playing with animals. I am a current fur dad as well to an Australian Shepherd and a rambunctious little Seal Point Bengal. By the way, if your dog isn’t prey driven, I don’t mind rollerblading them and helping them to get some exercise if that is an option! All of what I make here by the way is going towards my MBA degree at USC and continuous veterinary bills for my dog with prescriptions and dietary restrictions. Pet care occupies my time outside of my day job and it gives me an excuse to get outside, provides possibilities of having some company and socialization for my dog (she does especially well with puppies), and other opportunities to get out and be the excitement in or exercise opportunity for a fur baby or fur babies outside of my own. I usually give the animal space and time to feel me out, as well as the environment if they are in my home. I know that not all animals warm up right away and that it may take several visits for the animal to become comfortable with me - I am patient and perfectly fine with this.
About: They are just like family to me, love and care is what i can offer a person they can rely to and trust, I drive to make sure they go home safely and happy! Im Im a student and I only work part time so I’m mostly home all the time, which gives me a lot of time with your dog 🥰 I prioritize safety and peace of mind for both dog and owner. When pets are in my care, they enjoy a secure environment with full supervision during outdoor time. I make sure they have enough rest, water and space to rest.

Sierra was an awesome dog walker for my four-year-old golden retriever! She was super kind, reliable, and clearly great with dogs. She made sure he got his walks, was fed, and got plenty of attention and care. I really appreciated how easy she was to communicate with and how comfortable she made me feel leaving my pup in her hands. My golden came back happy and relaxed every time. I’d definitely recommend Sierra to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog walker. Thanks so much for taking such great care of my puppy!

Ning and Ting are fantastic! They provide excellent updates on how Ollie was doing on the walks and have even helped teach him better leash manners & behaviors. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in such caring, capable hands. They clearly have a passion for dogs, and Ollie loved his time with them and Olive!

highly recommend Jiaming, she is very responsible and clearly has a natural gift with animals. Not only does my dog adore her, but even my extremely shy cat who usually hides from everyone feels comfortable enough to come out and be near her. It’s such a relief knowing my pets are in such caring hands

Absolutely amazing experience! She was right on time, took such great care of my dog, and even sent the cutest pictures during the walk. I was busy and couldn’t check my phone, but she took the initiative to call to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. You can tell she truly cares. Highly recommend!

Amy was very friendly with Casper and took him for long walks, connected with him beautifully and understood him. Casper enjoyed his walks and exploring with her and came back happy and tired. She was very kind to adjust her schedules to take care of Casper’s walks. Happy to book her again in future

CT is absolutely amazing! I had her come by everyday to walk my Koa while I was at work for a few days and Koa was always so happy and excited when she came. CT always kept me well informed and took amazing care of Koa. I really appreciated her help. If you’re looking for someone kinda and reliable to walk your dog definitely consider CT 😊

Sarah was great with my senior dog Jimmy! She took such good care of him and made sure he got his walks and meals right on time. She’s super friendly, reliable, and you can tell she really cares about the dogs she watches. Jimmy warmed up to her right away. I’ll definitely be booking her again!

Laural is absolutely amazing! Aside from her being super friendly she was so loving to our dog. He’s not used to having anyone come walk him but he was so excited with her and was so exhausted that night which was a huge plus. The icing on the cake was the fact that she’s walking distance to us! We will definitely be using her again and we highly recommend Laural

Mariya was the perfect person to walk our dog Blue. She was kind, considerate, and very communicative. Every walk she was detailed in her descriptions of what they did and how my dog did, also providing a ton of expertly taken cute photos of my pup. Mariya took my dog on adventures, and I really could not have asked for a better dog walker while I was away. 10/10, would absolutely recommend Mariya to be anyone's dog walker because in her hands your dog will be taken care of and loved.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
