Availability
I currently offer drop-in visits only, which allows me to give each pet focused attention and personalized care in the comfort of their own home. Since I work as a freelancer, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week, so I’m happy to adjust visits based on your pet’s routine and your scheduling needs. During visits, I can help with feeding, fresh water, playtime, companionship, medications, litter box cleaning, basic grooming if needed, and making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. For dogs, I’m also happy to provide walks based on your needs, indoor or outdoor playtime, and practice basic training and positive reinforcement to help maintain good habits and routines. I’m also happy to send photo and video updates so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away!

It’s very helpful to know your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, personality, energy level, and any special needs or behaviors I should be aware of. The more I understand your pet, the better I can make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy during visits!
A typical day
I love making sure pets stay both mentally and physically stimulated during visits! For cats, I’m happy to spend time cuddling, playing with toys, giving attention, or simply keeping them company based on their personality and comfort level. If your cat enjoys it, I can also do safe and supervised short outdoor exploration or fresh air time, just like my cat Sesame loves! For dogs, I enjoy combining both physical exercise and mental enrichment through walks, playtime, basic leash/following practice, simple command training with positive reinforcement, and fun games like tug-of-war or fetch. I always try to match each pet’s energy level and make sure they feel engaged, comfortable, and cared for.

Hi! I’m Siyu (Sierra) and I’m a passionate animal lover with experience caring for both cats and dogs. I currently have a 6-year-old rescue cat named Sesame, who’s been such an important part of my life and taught me a lot about patience, trust, and understanding each pet’s unique personality. I also have volunteer experience at an animal shelter, where I cared for cats and dogs with different temperaments and needs. In addition, I’m currently helping care for my friend’s dog Timmy, a sweet 6-year-old medium-sized dog, which has given me hands-on experience with walks, feeding, playtime, companionship, and understanding dog behavior through daily interactions. I’m also preparing to welcome a puppy into my own family in the coming months, and I’ve spent a lot of time learning about dog training, behavior, and positive reinforcement techniques through online courses and educational resources because I truly care about providing the best care possible. I’m responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented, and I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet is playful, shy, cuddly, or independent, I’ll care for them like they’re my own and provide plenty of updates and photos along the way! Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family members!
