About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for over 13 years through my own pets, family pets, and pet sitting for others. I grew up with a family dog and now have two cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, routines, and comfort levels. I’m patient with shy or cautious pets and always let them warm up to me at their own pace. I’m experienced with feeding, playtime, litter box care, walks, and keeping pets safe and comfortable. On walks, I stay very aware of other dogs, traffic, and anything your pet may try to pick up or eat. I always follow each pet’s normal routine and treat them with the same care and attention I give my own. I’m available Monday through Friday from 6 AM–3 PM and have plenty of time to give your pets the attention and care they need. My schedule is also flexible, and I’m happy to work with you when possible. I’m available for drop in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, and check ins, and I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I always follow each pet’s normal routine and take time to understand their personality, comfort level, and individual needs. I keep doors and gates secure, monitor food and water, and make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in my care. I’m patient with shy or nervous animals and allow them to warm up to me at their own pace. During walks, I’m very attentive to our surroundings, keeping an eye out for other dogs, traffic, and anything on the ground your pet may try to eat or get into. Their safety is always my priority, both inside and outside the home.
“Jordan was phenomenal with our dog! From the initial meet-and-greet to the end of the sit, she was thoroughly professional, dependable, and communicative. She followed all feeding and care instructions to the letter and constantly went above and beyond to make sure our pup felt comfortable, loved, and engaged. The updates and photos she sent gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and could not recommend Jordan highly enough. We’ll definitely be booking her again!”

About: Grew up with small and large dogs like Spitz and Golden retriever. Currently live with 3 cats🐱 Always Pet sitting for friends over holidays in the past including domestic cats, ragdoll, poodles and doodles, Bernese mountain, Maltese, Cotons, Cavapoo, Bichon… Flexible in time and locations My work schedule is pretty flexible, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my daily routine. I also enjoy driving and don’t mind traveling a bit for pet sitting or drop-in visits. I’m usually available on weekends as well, so I can be flexible with different schedules and care needs. I always follow the owner’s house rules and care instructions, and try my best to keep each pet’s normal routine while their family is away. Every pet is different, so I’m happy to adjust to their needs—whether that means extra walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply giving them some space. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home while in my care. 🐾
About: I have grown up taking care of my family yellow lab Hobie since I was 10 years old, as well as dog walked/dog sat for friends and other families in my neighborhood. The age of the dog and any special care needed is not something I shy away from. Other Experience: - Dog walker with my sister when we were younger - house sitting with dogs I am currently home from college for the summer until September due to being on quarter system. I have open availability right now and am very flexible with scheduling needs. I live in a cul-de-sac back home, with a fenced backyard with grass, as well as a front yard where my dog can easily play, pee, or sunbathe during the Spring and Summer. I live next to downtown as well as multiple creek trails. Whether it’s going on walks with dogs or staying inside keeping cats company and time to socialize and play, are all environments I enjoy being in.
“I'm happy with her service. Our dog like her at first, she got on time, great smile, kind and super ready to enjoy a nice walk. She also texted me some cute pictures of our dog.”

About: Current owner of a dog for 6 years being its primary feeder and walker. Kept her entertained and happy throughout the long busy workday and bonded with her. Working part time to earn some money. Hope to get to know you and your dog to the best of my abilities and to facilitate a welcoming environment for both. I walk dogs and occasionally house sit. I always make sure to establish trust between myself and the pet I'm looking after and to make sure they're comfortable with me. Also to check in with the owner for any special needs. I am pretty flexible with my time as it is currently summer break for me.
“Michelle is very communicative and professional. She took great care of Teddy and kept me updated throughout, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely loves and cares the dogs she works with. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her!”

About: I love pets of all kinds, and find it very rewarding to gain their trust and make sure they are living their best life while their owner is away! I have experience with small to medium-large dogs since childhood, and had a senior cat for the last 5 years. I am good at picking up on body language queues or behavior changes, especially in more subtle and shy pets. I have lots of experience with administering medications, including with dogs suspicious of pill wrap and cats who have figured out all nicer methods besides the pill gun/liquid syringe. I occasionally travel for contract work, but keep my calendar religiously up-to-date and have plenty of daytime/evening availability! The more time in advance I get, the more likely I can plan around your pet's needs and ensure availability. I make sure to ask the important questions upfront so to minimally disturb your time away! I also have a sixth sense for when pets get into things they aren't supposed to, and if house-sitting am attuned to their (& your belongings' lol) safety!
“Anna is amazing with Chikoo! Anna is natural with dogs since she has had dogs since she was a child. She is caring yet firm with him. We absolutely loved her. Chikoo absolutely loves her. I feel that I can trust her 100% with him.”

“Miriam is the best dog walker! She is reliable, trustworthy, great communicator and most importantly, takes great care of our energetic Labrador, Cali, who she walks 3x a week. We don’t know what we’d do without her!”

“Kristine has been amazing with our dog. She has helped us take our dogs on walks several times a day. She is great about staying in touch, giving updates, and sharing photos. Our dog really enjoys her calming nature and looks forward to seeing her.”

About: My passion for pets and commitment to their well-being, have helped me acquire invaluable experience caring for dogs of all ages and temperaments. From energetic puppies who can’t get enough playtime to seniors who prefer a cozy spot by the window, I tailor my approach to meet each dog's unique needs. I understand the importance of routine, which is why I prioritize punctual feeding and walking schedules. For many dogs, these moments are the highlights of their day, and I strive to make every experience enjoyable and fulfilling. Whether it’s hiking for the adventurous or gentle leash walks for those who like to take it easy, I’m dedicated to ensuring their happiness and comfort during their time apart from their owners. Additionally, I'm attentive to the emotional needs of pets who require extra affection and support. I take pride in creating a nurturing environment that helps ease their anxiety and keeps them engaged and content while their family is away. With my pet care experience, you can trust that your furry family members will receive the love, attention, and care they deserve! My schedule allows me to be flexible enough to adapt to your pets schedule! Thursday nights are when I'm on a tighter schedule but I'm glad to talk this over! I make sure to make their time away from you as close to their daily routine as possible. I make sure to know their likes and dislike to make them feel as safe and comfortable as possible. There are some dogs that do not feel good in loud and busy areas. So I make sure to go on walk them in quieter places. Also, if I am house sitting some prefer to co-sleep and I am comfortable doing so. Every pet care experience is catered to your and your pets liking :)
“Artem is just fantastic! He is wonderful with my labradoodle, who is a 75lb 4 year old that acts like a puppy. He got to know her personality and sends me great videos and pictures of her walks.”

About: I’ve always grown up in a family with lots of pets, so I really miss having that connection with animals. That’s why I’d love to have the opportunity to spend time with dogs here in California. Back in Italy, I regularly took care of medium-sized dogs, mostly taking them for walks, playing with them, and organizing playdates. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and would love to give them the same care and attention I’ve always given to my own pets. 🐶❤️ I’m currently work during the afternoon, so I’m free in the mornings, usually until 2:30 pm. Also after dinner around 6:30pm and nights. During the weekends I’m always free . I care for your pets by following their daily routines. At my home, I provide a safe, cage-free, and welcoming environment; at your home, I offer visits or sitting focused on feeding, walks, hygiene, and play. You will receive daily photo updates for complete peace of mind.
“Courtney is very professional, thoughtful and gentle, with my energetic Golden Retriever. She helped us in an over heat week. She planned routes with shade, and kept a very close eye to the dog during the walks. We will definitely book again!”

About: I love all pets. I would be caring and loving to your pet while they're with me. Whether a puppy, kitten, a specials need animal or an elderly. I will be sure to provide them a healthy and safe environment, help with their medicine, take them for walks as needed, feed and play with them often. I am a good communicator. Unless you request otherwise, I will send daily updates along with pictures of your fury baby. I dedicate 1-2 days per week for 1/2 day to volunteering. I have two grown children and a cat at home. I have plenty of time to spare and dedicate to your pet. Safety first! I live in a house with a fence. I will be sure to watch and care for your dog if we're walking outside. I will not let them loose in the backyard without supervision.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Loyola
Stacey has been walking our 9 year old shepherd mix breed dog Moka, for almost 2 years now. She is dependable, flexible and easy to communicate with. She had a natural way of being with Moka since the beginning and their relationship has grown. Moka always seems excited to see Stacey. Moka has some resource guarding and fear aggression tendencies with some other dogs. These have definitely simmered down with time and training but Stacey was receptive to our explanation of these and always responsible, patient and kind when walking and approaching other dogs. The "Rover Cards" we received after each walk were full of good details about her care and pictures of their walking adventures. We often had last minute scheduling needs due to the nature of my job and Stacey was always down to meet our needs. We feel so fortunate to have met and been working with her over the past couple years. We are moving out of country, Stacey has definitely set the bar high for our next dog walker! Highly recommend hiring Stacey for all your pet care needs. She's a gem.

Ho So did a fantastic job looking after our dog Ddoddo for a week. We are particularly appreciative of his flexibility, working around our unpredictable work schedules. He was always very communicative and consistently posted updates and pictures of his time with Ddoddo. We highly recommend Ho So to anybody and would definitely ask him for help again in the future.

Thu was fantastic with my dog. She was prompt, reliable, friendly and enthusiastic. She even took my dog on extra walks in order to provide him with play dates with other, safe and friendly, dogs. When I returned from my vacation, my dog looked happier and healthier than when I left. Can't say anything better than that. I highly recommend Thu

Caroline is an outstanding dog walker! She instantly built rapport with our dog Goldie and listened to my instructions (to not have her walk too close to other dogs).I felt Goldie was well taken care of during her walks. She also took and sent several photos. A+

Katelyn has walked my dog several times and is really fantastic with my dog, Penny. Penny can be a little slow to warm up and Katelyn takes time to make sure Penny is comfortable on their walks. I get photo updates and a summary of how the walk went each time. She was flexible with me asking to change dates due to my work schedule, always arrived on time and communicated if there would be any changes to the time of the walks. Definitely would recommend her to others!
