Since my partners and teams are remote, having a canine companion with me is emotionally enriching and fun when playing with them between my online meetings. I walk daily to clear my mind, and having them join me is wonderful. With your permission, I would enjoy having them join me when visiting local social places such as parks and your area's downtown.

____________________ SERVICES Your home: House Sitting, Drop-In Visits I treat each client's home like my own home by aiming to leave it in as good shape as when I first stepped in. I understand that your fur baby may feel lonely when you are not around, so I will provide ample attention, give them the needed water and food, toys that keep them engaged, and aim to keep your home a safe place for them to enjoy. My home: Boarding, Day Care My home has a fenced yard (both shade and sunny spots) in a safe, friendly, relatively quiet, and well-managed community. I could easily crate your fur baby (if preferred) in my plush set-up, too. Please bring your fur baby's potty bags for walks and other essentials. Your home and/or my home: Walks Keeping your fur baby safe, happy, and a bit adventurous is what I aim for on walks. Consistent with that, I ensure that other unfriendly pets stay away from our walk, that your fur baby doesn't eat anything bad during the walk, and that I will clean up after them. ____________________ Q&A What helps me help your pet: Health ~ Which medication(s), if any, will they need? When and how? ~ Is there any type and/or quantity of food to not give them? Habits ~ How often do they bark daily? ~ Are they potty-trained? ~ Are there quirks I should be aware of for them (e.g. chewing, zoomies)? Boarding ~ May I crate them when they go to sleep? Will you provide the crate? ~ My crate has an attachable water dispenser. Want me to use it for them? Socializing ~ How often, if at all, do they jump on strangers and scratch? ~ How do they act around other dogs? ~ May I take them on local field trips (e.g. parks, downtown areas)? Contacts ~ Only if needed, who are your main 1-3 emergency contacts (e.g. name, number)? ____________________ REQUESTS Etiquette when booking me: Your home/My home (1) Please trim fur baby's nails before. I avoid scratches. (2) When I sleep, fur babies are outside of my bedroom. My home (1) Potty-trained fur babies. (2) My furniture is for people.

Information CJ T. would like to know about your pet

Knowing your fur baby's health, habits, boarding, and socializing details will help improve everyone's experience. Questions to consider are in the "Safety, trust & environment" section on my profile. I will happily discuss these at your convenience and will keep you posted if others come to mind.

A typical day

When your fur baby is with me, I will happily engage with them during our walks, playtime, and include them near me when relaxing. When they are at my home, they will enjoy the new smells in my neighborhood, such as the family-friendly parks around me (e.g. Rengstorff Park). I can do the same when at your home so they feel safe while experiencing what your surrounding area has to offer.

Pet care experience

I mix a manager's mindset (orderly and reliable) and lifetime of love for animals (caring and courteous). I was raised with several dogs and helped care for them for much of my life. My neighbors saw the joy it continued to bring me and proceeded to hire me over the years to care for their dogs while they worked and traveled. I realize trust is key when a sitter stays at your home, having hosted guests at my home from 15+ countries over 2 years as a 6x Superhost on Airbnb. As a brand strategist to execs, I am known for my deliberate and detailed work style which, when working with you, means I aim for overall quality. Essentially, I am who you hire when you want: (1) A sitter who handles each booking with tailored service; (2) To ensure your confirmed booking will not get canceled; and (3) To be at ease when traveling that your fur baby is well cared for. For first-time clients, I prefer we set-up a walk before so we get to know one another, your fur baby's routine, and details for our upcoming booking. Other common considerations about me: ~ Intermediate dog trainer (based on extensive pet-sitting experience); ~ English (native) and Español (orador fluido); ~ Non-drinker and non-smoker; ~ Car owner (skilled driver).

CJ is a great pet sitter. He is extremely responsible and reaches out anytime there is a question related to the care of the pets (we have one dog and two cats). He gets to know the animals and their preferences. I would definitely suggest CJ to other people.

CJ is an absolutely incredible house and pet sitter! He truly goes above and beyond what he is asked to do, and he respects our house so much. We can’t trust anyone but CJ for our “zoo” of animals, and we can’t wait to book him for our next trip away!

CJ did a fantastic job of caring for Mochi! It was clear how much Mochi loved him from the very beginning, and I think this was a little like doggy summer camp—Mochi was very happy and comfortable, even with us away. CJ sent terrific updates twice a day and was responsive if I checked in and conscientious about Mochi’’s food, exercise and schedule. It was wonderful to be able to relax and know Mochi was so well cared for and so happy and to see ample proof of this in the shared photos and videos. The house was also clean and orderly when we came home. CJ clearly took care of it, as if it were his own. I will definitely be asking CJ to stay with Mochi whenever we’re out of town or need a sitter. His warmth and love of dogs is evident, and his professionalism is first rate.
