About: I’m a local elementary school teacher who loves spending time with animals. During the school year, I teach full-time, and outside of the classroom I enjoy caring for pets in my community. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I helped walk and care for our family dogs, and as an adult I’ve continued dog walking and pet sitting both here in California and while living in the Boston area. I’m also an experienced cat owner with three cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for cats with all kinds of personalities. One of my cats had significant behavioral challenges, which led me to work with an animal behaviorist and spend countless hours learning about feline behavior. Through patience, positive reinforcement, and clicker training, I taught him tricks and helped him become much more comfortable around people. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll care for them with patience, kindness, and attention to their individual needs. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away—and to give you peace of mind through reliable care and regular updates.

About: I've loved animals my whole life and have cared for pets since 2016. I had my own bunny for five years, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how much consistency matters in pet care. Over the years, I've helped roommates, friends, and family with their pets, including feeding, walks (rain included!), baths when needed, cleaning up accidents, playtime, and companionship. While I don't yet provide emergency or medical care beyond the basics, I'm very comfortable with daily routines and making pets feel safe and loved. What sets me apart is that I'm very good at following instructions. I know every pet parent has specific preferences, and I respect that fully. During the first visit, I may ask clarifying questions to make sure I'm doing everything exactly how you like it. I also keep your home tidy and send regular updates with photos so you feel at ease. I'm available weekdays during standard working hours and would love to spend that time giving your pup or kitty attention, movement, and care. I'm currently available on weekdays during standard 9-5 hours, which makes me a great fit for midday walks, drop-in visits, and weekday care. I'm not available on weekends at this time. Since I'm focusing on weekday bookings, I'm able to give your pet my full attention during visits rather than rushing between commitments. Your pet's comfort and your home's safety are very important to me. I carefully follow all instructions, double-check doors and leashes, and make sure your pet is secure before and after walks. I maintain a calm presence and respect both your home and your pet's boundaries. I clean up after pets, keep litter areas and feeding spaces tidy, and leave your home as I found it. Clear communication is important to me, so you can expect updates, photos, and honest check-ins throughout my time with your pet.

About: I’ve had the joy of owning and caring for both dogs and cats over the years, giving me hands on experience with pets of different ages, personalities, and needs. I understand that every pet is unique, and I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. With dogs, I have experience raising one since he was a puppy, so I’m familiar with the patience, consistency, and attention they need as they grow. I have experience with daily walks, maintaining feeding schedules, and keeping dogs safe during walks by being mindful of things like hot pavement with this summer weather. Additionally, I taught my dog fun tricks including “sit” and “paw,” which Im willing to teach if wanted. I have even more experience with cats, having cared for my own cat for over three years as well as multiple kittens and stray cats. Through this experience, I’ve learned to recognize their different personalities, respect their boundaries, and provide the care and affection they need to feel comfortable. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply having someone to keep them company, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d give my own pets. My goal is for both you and your furry family member to feel comfortable, confident, and worry free while you’re apart. I have a very flexible schedule this summer, which means I’m available for bookings throughout the whole week! About: A couple of years ago, I worked for Primal Canine Dog Training as a Kennel Tech and was training to become a dog trainer. As a Kennel Tech., I cared for about 20 dogs a day, all different breeds and sizes. I cleaned their kennel area, feed them, gave them water, took all of them on walks, did agility training through an obstacle course on-site, worked on their basic obedience, showered them, cleaned up any messes they made, and of course, gave them lots of treats, pets, and overall, love. Since I left Primal Canine, I have continued my dog care and training through working with owners like yourself in taking care of their dogs. I have been walking many dogs as well as dog/house sitting. The difference from working at Primal Canine and working as an independent dog caretaker is that I now have the opportunity to develop a stronger and closer bond with each dog I care for since I spend more time with them. I also used to live with two Pomeranian dogs and worked with dogs on film sets, filming them as they "acted" on command. To me, all dogs, no matter how big, are like little children. They need to be loved, respected, played with, strengthened, and guided to do the right actions. I see each dog has its own unique & individual self. In this, I treat each dog different from others and with the same love and respect I'd give for all dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes! From my 95lb golden retriever and my grandpas 120lb giant schnauzer to my aunts 10lb chihuahua and my cat! Love any and all pets and will devote my full attention to them! I’m an active college student (currently at home for summer break!), so I can always squeeze in some pet time throughout the day! Also have lots of free time on the weekends and evenings. I will always be respectful for your spaces and belongings! Will only interact with the pet and nothing more. About: Grew up with dogs of various breeds (many were rescue mixes). I am an attentive and responsible caregiver. I have experience with training puppies, grooming/ bathing, administering medicine, and caring for injured dogs on crate rest. Also have experience with anxious dogs. I study biology at the University of Michigan, hoping to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Currently work part-time as a horse trainer and caretaker. I am currently only working a part-time job so I am available to care for your pet any day of the week. The afternoon (1-6pm), works best for me! I am willing to do whatever your pet needs while you are away, whether that be play-time with toys, a walk down the street, a bath, or cuddles! I am a huge animal-lover so know that I am probably having just as much fun as your pup! I am also willing to administer medicine/supplements and care for injured dogs.

About: Our family has had a black lab/boxer for over 8 years, and I grew up with dogs in the household. I am active and we love to take our pup on walks, to the park, and play around the family. Would love to extend my care to your dog, as a home away from home or puppy playdate treat. I'm currently a stay at home mom and freelance artist, so available for flexible doggy day care and overnight boarding. Please reach out for initial meet and greet or to schedule. We have a fenced in yard, active middle aged dog who gets along great with all size pups, and a loving home with 3 girls who also love animals.

About: I’ve cared for and owned dogs, cats, reptiles, and rats since I was a kid. I love dogs of all sizes and cats of all temperaments. Currently I just have a quail. I love caring for animals of all kind! I am patient and am open to caring for pets with special needs, especially with detailed instructions. Non-traditional pets don’t scare me, although spiders are not my favorite. They’re cute, I just don’t want to touch them. Haha. Am happy to take doggos on fun outdoor walks and give them lots of exercise! Cats will get lots of exercise, playing, and love, catered to their preferences. I currently work part-time tutoring kiddos virtually, and caring for my elderly Father-in-law in Monterey some weekends. I prefer drop-in care and giving walks, but am open to house-sitting depending on the details. I am happy to come to your home to meet and talk about the care if your pet(s). I live in a small apartment, so I won't be boarding any animals. Not only do I follow instructions well (I’m an elementary teacher, so I’m good at that), I also love to give animals snuggles and care and am happy to send hourly pictures.
