About: I’m a local elementary school teacher who loves spending time with animals. During the school year, I teach full-time, and outside of the classroom I enjoy caring for pets in my community. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I helped walk and care for our family dogs, and as an adult I’ve continued dog walking and pet sitting both here in California and while living in the Boston area. I’m also an experienced cat owner with three cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for cats with all kinds of personalities. One of my cats had significant behavioral challenges, which led me to work with an animal behaviorist and spend countless hours learning about feline behavior. Through patience, positive reinforcement, and clicker training, I taught him tricks and helped him become much more comfortable around people. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll care for them with patience, kindness, and attention to their individual needs. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away—and to give you peace of mind through reliable care and regular updates.

About: I have done short term pet sitting for my friends and neighbors, feeding their cats and dogs in the morning and night. I like to take the time to play with the pets too rather than being in and out. Personally, I have had 2 cats and 2 dogs and both my dogs are larger breeds. My golden lab was quite the trouble maker and I was present during his training, so I can say I will most likely be able to train walking etiquette for jumpy dogs. I have been around many animals from cats to sheep and they all took their time getting to know me, but in the end they all love me. I currently have no obligations so pet care would form my schedule. I can spend as much or as little time as you want with the critters! In my own home I have a fenced yard and easy outdoor access. I would go back and forth with the pet to make sure they are safe and seen and have adequate potty breaks. If the client wants the pet to remain in one spot I can make that happen as well.

About: Hi, I’m Dawn and I have been a pet parent for over 25 years to rabbits, guinea pigs and 4 dogs with 2 of them of senior age. All 4 dogs were raised since they were puppies and they are currently based in my hometown with my parents when I moved here. My intuition and experience allow me to provide your pet with the best care and most comfortable environment away from home, so rest assured that they are in good hands. Let’s chat! I’m mostly available during weekdays from 7am to 12 midnight and certain weekends. Date and timings can be further discussed if you require my services. About: I am a compassionate and reliable dog walker with years of experience caring for and advocating for dogs through rescue work and pet ownership. At present I am volunteering with Doggie Protective Services in Palo Alto. Having shared my life with dogs for more than 30 years, I understand that every pup has their own personality, needs, and routine. I am comfortable administering medications, including pills and eye drops, and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need a little extra patience and attention. About: I've been a large dog owner for most of my life, but I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Ready to meet the unique needs of every pup, and I come with some basic pet training experience. While I'm here for the summer (May-July), I have complete flexibility throughout the week and weekend. I have no qualms taking them out early in the morning or later at night (around 7AM-10PM depending on the location). Although I'm based in Palo Alto, I am more than willing to cycle or drive to locations throughout the peninsula! I'm most experienced offering the basic services of walks (usually several a day, can range anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the needs of the dog), feeding, and playing in the yard or at the dog park. I'm also comfortable with basic training, washing, and watching them overnight. While I wouldn't be able to bring any dogs to my own home, I am more than happy to house sit and stay with them overnight.

About: I have my own 7 year old corgi whom I love to take on social outings, and have always wanted to own a ranch to foster dogs and other animals. for now, this will do🤓 I enjoy popping in to see my friends’ dogs while they’re at work to take them out for potty breaks & play, and watching my friends’ dogs when they go on trips~ Currently on a 3 month LOA from my nursing job, but am planning on taking a break afterwards due to burnout. Because of that I’m flexible and able to adjust to whatever needs pets may have! Currently I wake up, walk Toast (my corgi), hangout with him for a bit and then run errands if there are any. I can then pop in for a drop in/walk elsewhere (and bring toast too possibly)! He’s an integral part of my life so he’s always involved if he can be! My husband is an anesthesia MD resident at Stanford so he’s often at the hospital with long hours — all that to say he’s not very high maintenance as well so I have more wiggle room with my schedule :) I love dogs, and will always treat yours like I treat mine :) Will leave Toast at home if your dog is not up for socializing, but can also bring Toast if your dog needs some doggie time.

About: I’ve taken care of my families and friends pets many times throughout my life and I’ve always heard positive feedback! Would love to help out others. It brings me serotonin and gives me that extra boost in my week to spend some time with animals and show them some love too I have a fenced yard and lots of grass space, and plenty of sun. About: I love meeting new animals, and keeping up with the ones I’ve met. My top priority is the well-being of your pets and your home. I am here to help. I am fortunate enough to be semi-nomadic, with a very flexible living situation. I can go anywhere within reason, with enough notice. I love animals, and I love exploring. I follow any instructions or guidelines set out by the pet owner. I also employ common sense. If an animal needs space, they get space. If an animal wants to come along with me, they can- following the pet owner’s rules.

About: I love all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. I am responsible and reliable. I have raised 2 pit bull mixed breeds and have over 30 years experience. I have flexible schedule because I am taking online classes. I can take your pet for walk or drop in services, whatever your schedule requires. We have a fenced in back and front yard. Plenty of room to run and play in. We also have a large crate if they need to be crated.

About: I've taken care of many dogs, some of which were very young, nervous, and quite untrained, and made them feel loved, relaxed, and comfortable. I am very good at getting dogs to listen to me, as I have worked with rather hectic dogs and gotten them to calm down. I have spent entire summers in Germany with my cousin's dog, walking it, feeding it, and taking general care of it. I have also taken care of multiple dogs in the same house at the same time, and can handle the needs of several pets at once. I have a very flexible schedule and can work every day of the week! I have a remote internship with a few online meetings per week, but those meetings can be attended anywhere. I like to stick to a schedule and make sure the dogs I am taking care of get walked regularly, whether that be once, twice, or even three times in a day. I also like to be consistent with feeding times and making sure that the dogs I am taking care of always have adequate water. I also always check for signs of concerning behavior. This includes making sure the dogs are at ease and not agitated. I also consistently check to make sure whether the dogs need to go outside to use the bathroom.

About: I am taking a break from work and have the time to house sit and check in as well as board. I have done Rover for a few years now and have worked at dog boarding facilities. I am able to walk your fur babies in the morning and in the evening. I have experience with medication and injections for whom are needed. I have starting training experience and hope to learn more while watching my fur child Ruffles grow and enjoy life. It is true that Each pet has his/her own characteristics, so I try to find way to connect and gain there trust in anyway I can. I understand all pets have different characteristics and I will do everything possible to get to know your pet. I understood pets are a huge part of our familyand that is how they will be treated with love, understanding and compassion. Pets are truly men's best friend, and one that is always there to make our life so much exciting and fun. I can say at the moment I am able to fit any pet into mine and my own pet’s routine! Ruffles gets along with children , any size 🐶 dog and adults! I am trying to board only one pet at a time with my own pet at home just to be in the safer side. However, once your pet is at my home, he or she becomes part of the family instantly. They are allowed on top of furniture. My Ruffles is a non-caged dog but I do own a cage.
