About: I’m a student looking to help out with some local pet care and housesitting while i’m home for the summer. I’m vegan, I live alone, and I genuinely love animals and have a lot of flexibility with my schedule so I'm more than happy to keep your pets company, stick to their regular routines, daily walks, and make sure everything is taken care of. I'll always send plenty of photo updates too so you know they're doing great. I've taken care of dogs and cats for neighboring families and friends for many years, so I'm super comfortable handling pets with various different personalities and needs. I’m home for the summer and my schedule is incredibly open and flexible right now. Since I don't work a job, I have plenty of free time during the week and on weekends to hang out with your pets, stick to their routines, and make sure they're taken care of as if they are my own. Safety is the main thing for me. I always double-check locks and gates, follow whatever feeding or walking instructions you leave, and keep a close eye on them. I've watched dogs and cats for family and friends for the past two years, so I know what kind of things can go wrong and how to keep everyone happy and safe.

About: We’re an engaged couple looking for more time with pets! We’d love to give your pet extra care, companionship, and affection while you’re away or taking some time for yourself. We only care for one pet (or one family) at a time so your pet can get plenty of attention with us. As a couple, your pet gets double the care and companionship at no extra cost! We especially enjoy boarding pets in our home. We don’t have pets or children of our own. Our private fenced backyard allows for plenty of space to play. We go on 1–2 walks a day and would love to have your pet join us! We can’t wait to meet your furry family member and give them a home-away-from-home! 🐾🥰 One of our favorite things to do is go on walks together. We always joke and say we’re meant to have a pet, so we decided to do Rover! We have no pets or kids in our house and we plan to take care of one pet/family at a time so we can give them our full attention and make sure they are as comfortable as can be. We also have a private fenced backyard.

About: I grew up around dogs and even fostered a few throughout my college years. I have the strength to walk any dog and am very active if they need lots of walking. I understand their personalities and always lead with love🐶 I’m currently working part time and am always open to working around your schedule. Weekends during the day are always busier for me but I’m flexible and will put your pet first. Pets at my home have the apartment to run free, although I do not have outdoor space those who require it will get more than enough outdoor time. I spend most of my time outdoors and they are always welcome to join.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up my family always had dogs and I was trusted at a young age to feed, walk, and otherwise care for them (which included administering medication to dogs who were not always the most cooperative). I have also been riding horses competitively for over 20 years and was a member of the University of Georgia Division I Equestrian Team. Although I was surrounded by horses during my time in college, I desperately missed my family dogs and as a result started house and pet sitting for people in the Athens area. My junior year my roommate got a dog and I frequently chipped in to help with his care when she was out of town or had a particularly hectic schedule. After college I attended law school in Washington, DC where I continued to house and pet sit for my friends, other residents in my apartment building, and others in the community. I graduated from law school in May 2025 and have since moved back to the Bay Area (I grew up in Menlo Park) as I am in between professional opportunities. I have found that I have some extra time on my hands and so I thought I would get back to house and pet sitting, this time specifically through Rover. In the past I have always gotten clients through word of mouth, which is why my extensive experience is not necessarily reflected on my Rover profile. At this time I am house and pet sitting on a part time basis, but I have a lot of flexibility as most of my other daily commitments can be easily fulfilled from any location; this means that if you have a pet that prefers constant company I can easily work from your home so your pet can get everything they need. I feel comfortable administering medications and am used to feeding animals with more complicated diets/food regimes. I have experience caring for animals of all ages. I am responsible, trustworthy, communicative, detail oriented, and most importantly love animals, which means that you can be worry free while your pet is in my hands. I am also very neat and conscientious, so if I am staying at your home I will take very good care of your space and your plants (if necessary). At the moment I am house and pet sitting part time, but my schedule is quite flexible so I have quite a lot of availability. I can drop in for walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, cat litter cleanings, etc basically every day of the week any time before 7:00 pm. My one schedule restriction is a weekly appointment on Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:00. I update my availability often and will make sure that any other schedule restrictions that come up are reflected on there for your convenience. When it comes to house and pet sitting that involves me staying at your home, I am available for that any day of the week. I can complete most of my other professional commitments (Monday - Friday) remotely from your home, so your pet would not have to be alone all day while I went to work. I am unfortunately not able to bring your pet to my home at this time, so all care would occur at (or around in the case of walking) your home. I will follow whatever instructions you provide regarding the care of your pet. I feel comfortable administering medication, managing complicated diets, and dealing with picky eaters (my dog is a very picky eater and I have learned a lot of tactics that work well for him and other dogs I have cared for). If your pet uses any sort of automatic feeder, litter box, etc I am a fast learner and feel confident that I would be able to work with most devices of this sort. I likely would generally walk your pet around your neighborhood, but if time permits and that is something you would like/feel comfortable with I am happy to take your pet to a local dog park, park, hike, etc. My dog loves playing with frisbees and balls, so if that is something your pet enjoys I would be more than happy to do that as well.

About: Other then caring for my two family dogs i worked at adogo pet hotels for about a year! Also helping with cousins and other friends dogs! Would be caring around my regular work schedule. when i am home my pets are my number 1 priority always. they come first for sure at my home i let them out the front and keep them on the leashes or let them out in the fenced in back yard! will do whatever is best for the client

About: I have my own 7 year old corgi whom I love to take on social outings, and have always wanted to own a ranch to foster dogs and other animals. for now, this will do🤓 I enjoy popping in to see my friends’ dogs while they’re at work to take them out for potty breaks & play, and watching my friends’ dogs when they go on trips~ I have been a nurse for >4 years at Stanford, but recently resigned so that I have more flexibility in managing the home and in helping support my husband, who is a third year anesthesia resident at Stanford. ◡̈ Because I have more time than he does now, I have wiggle room for whatever needs pets may have throughout the day. Am happy to bring toast along for socializing, or leave him at home. I love dogs, and will always treat yours like I treat mine :) Am happy to accommodate their routines and needs within my capabilities and will always be mindful of your home 💓

About: I am taking a break from work and have the time to house sit and check in as well as board. I have done Rover for a few years now and have worked at dog boarding facilities. I am able to walk your fur babies in the morning and in the evening. I have experience with medication and injections for whom are needed. I have starting training experience and hope to learn more while watching my fur child Ruffles grow and enjoy life. It is true that Each pet has his/her own characteristics, so I try to find way to connect and gain there trust in anyway I can. I understand all pets have different characteristics and I will do everything possible to get to know your pet. I understood pets are a huge part of our familyand that is how they will be treated with love, understanding and compassion. Pets are truly men's best friend, and one that is always there to make our life so much exciting and fun. I can say at the moment I am able to fit any pet into mine and my own pet’s routine! Ruffles gets along with children , any size 🐶 dog and adults! I am trying to board only one pet at a time with my own pet at home just to be in the safer side. However, once your pet is at my home, he or she becomes part of the family instantly. They are allowed on top of furniture. My Ruffles is a non-caged dog but I do own a cage.

I am fortunate enough to be semi-nomadic, with a very flexible living situation. I can go anywhere within reason, with enough notice. I love animals, and I love exploring. About: I have helped foster dogs for at least 5 years now. I understand that each dog may require their own individual needs and care, which is why I am open minded to trying different ways to look after each dog. I work a part-time job in retail. This means that I have a lot of open and free time to help look after peoples' dogs. In my home, I cared for my dog by trying to keep him entertained, showering him with affection, and taking him out on walks, and I make absolute sure that he is as healthy as can be.

About: I have been around dogs all my life, I grew up with a three-legged dalmatian named Pongo and loved and cared for her throughout her whole life. Then our family adopted Snoopy a poodle mutt from the streets of Peurto Rico. Cute, white and fluffy he is 9 years old and I love taking him on long walks and runs, playing fetch in the yard and even teaching him various tricks everything from playing dead to jumping through a hoop! I am super trustworthy and your dog with undoubtedly be exhausted and happy by the end of the day. I am an avid runner and if your dog is up to it I would love to go for runs with them! I’m fully available until June 30th to devote my full attention to your pup! Afterwards I will be working remotely so your dog will never be alone! I have a fenced in courtyard for playing off leash and with other dogs and lots of greenery and trails around me for long walks.
