“Our dog had a great time w/ Alissa! She got the right amount of rest & walk. I can tell b/c my dog is focused & was ready to do her exercises. Alissa was amazing from my initial contact. She got back to me right away. Not only did she ask questions, but we had conversations before I even dropped off my dog. I got an update before I even got to work which was only 4 miles away. Her updates were timely as I am used to seeing my dog on a camera, so I felt like I knew what they were always doing. This is the third time Kelly and Ben have taken care of Nia during our annual visits to Palo Alto. Nia is right at home with both of them and can’t wait to get to their apartment when we drop her off. She loves her walks on campus and Kelly sends fun pics. We know Nia will be happy there and Kelly and Ben will take good care of her.
Yun and Lina were absolutely wonderful! I could tell immediately that my Franny felt so comfortable with them. They took her along to so many of their activities and I received the cutest updates and photos throughout her stay. Franny came home happy. Easily my best experience on Rover, I hope to have them watch Franny again!
Jesse and Kimmy were excellent with my lab Nala! I had a last minute work trip come up and needed to find a trustworthy dog sitter on short notice. Jesse and Kimmy took the time to get to know me and my dog (Nala) ahead of the stay to ensure she was comfortable. They also sent tons of cute photos while I was alway. Emma is great! She has watched Kovu several times now. Emma sends updates and photos so you know your pup is in good hands. Her dog is very friendly and Kovu enjoys staying there. Emma also doesn’t watch multiple dogs at once so your dog doesn’t feel overwhelmed. I love that she has a yard too that they can play in. Emma is flexible and reliable!
Alice (Ying L.) and her pup Charlie were fantastic companions for my girl Willa. Over the four days of my trip, Alice sent me tons of photos that showed me Willa's growing comfort level. It was such a relief to see my pup enjoying herself! I always worry when I go away, but I won't worry when Willa is with Alice.
Manli is incredibly responsive and always great to communicate with. We can go on vacation completely worry-free knowing that Baloo is in such good hands. We also love getting the adorable photo updates, Baloo is always smiling, and it's clear he's having a great time.
Margarita took very good care of Buddy and kept us updated with photos and videos throughout his stay, which we really appreciated! It was nice to see how he was doing and know he was being well cared for. We would gladly trust her with Buddy again in the future.
Lia did an incredible job caring for our pup Foley. Foley struggles at bigger boarding options and can become very stressed. But Lia had a perfect set up for him with her lovely backyard, friend pup Gigi, and welcoming home. We would definitely trust her to watch Foley again (if him waking her up bright and early for food is not a dealbreaker for her…).
Ahmyah took care of my 8- year Golden Retriever (Basin) while I was attending meetings at Stanford for a few days. Its clear she really loves dogs. She sent me cute videos of Basin on campus having a great time! I would love for Basin to stay with Ahmyah again when we are back at Stanford.
