“Kekw had a great time with Jifu. He really enjoyed playing with their dog Joki and was comfortable enough to relax and eat most of his food. One thing I was especially happy with was that Kekw came home quite clean!! Usually Kekw will get really dirty with boarders so I'm really happy about this.”

About: I currently am a dog mom to a 12-year-old toy poodle, Pingu. He's very energetic and I would love to have him make more furry friends. Dogs must all be updated with their rabies and flea medications. I will not accept more than 3 dogs each time (with an exception for dogs from the same household) to make sure each dog will be getting the care and attention they deserve. I take the dogs out at least 3 times a day. Morning, Late Afternoon, Before bed. Feel free to ask me any questions. I am looking forward to meet your pups :) I work from home and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, so I will have lots of time to spend with your fur baby. Your fur baby will be able to roam around and play as they please in the yard. I live in a single family house with a side yard where my dog often plays. My neighborhood is a dog loving community so your fur baby will have the opportunity to meet other dogs as well. I stay home most of the time and I make sure your dog will be on leash whenever we leave the house.
“Guillermo was fantastic. Took my pup on a few walks a day which Remie enjoys. Also let Remie sleep closely which she loves to do! I’d use them again at a moments notice. They were great!!!!”

“This was Yogi’s first time away from home, and Cynthia made sure he was well cared for. She sent us lots of updates (which we requested) and Yogi looked so happy the whole time. We weren’t sure how he’d do since we only adopted him a few months ago, but he seemed to have such a great time! Would book again!”

“Rico had a brilliant day with An and Justin. They were very easy to communicate with and sent lots of photos. It was Clear that Rico was having a great time i would 100% trust and recommend to others. Thank you again for looking after Rico.”

“Cesar provided outstanding dog boarding services during the winter holiday week! Our dog Koa had an awesome time with Cesar with walks around the neighborhood, playing in the backyard, cozy time on the couch when the weather was inclement, and loved meeting other dog friends! Cesar sent lovely pics every morning and evening with a short report and update every day that gave us peace of mind and also made us smile (Cesar takes amazing pics!) We would highly recommend Cesar to anyone looking for excellent care for their dog!”

About: I may be new to dog sitting, but I’m definitely not new to being a dog person! 🐶💗 I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and truly can’t imagine life without them. I’m so excited to welcome some furry friends into my home and treat them like part of the family while they’re here. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, couch cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they get plenty of love and attention. I can’t wait to meet your four-legged best friend! 🐾 I’m currently working on the weekdays but free on weekends. I’m mostly home during the weekends or outside hiking. Would love for a furry friend to join me on my hikes and lounge with me while watching Netflix! I live with my boyfriend and he will be around but I will be responsible for your pup! ☺️ I currently live in an apartment with my boyfriend Zach! I will be able to provide tons of potty breaks for your furry friend! I also would be around for multiple walks a day. Dogs are welcome on the bed when it comes to sleeping!
“Aria loved his stay with Chelsea. She provided multiple updates and photos a day and he got very comfortable while with her. She treated him as her own which is all you can ask for in a sitter”

About: I’ve had my dog for 3 years, and together we’ve moved across the country multiple times before settling back home in California - so we’re both very adaptable and comfortable with new environments and routines. My apartment has a private balcony and access to a community dog park, giving your pup plenty of space to play and get fresh air. I have a high-energy toy Australian Shepherd who loves playing with other dogs and just hanging out. She’s social, playful, and great company for pups who want an active buddy during their stay. I’m happy to tailor walks to whatever your dog is used to - just let me know their usual pace, route length, and frequency. Please share your dog’s feeding schedule and potty schedule, and I’ll do my best to stick to it exactly so their routine stays consistent while they’re with me. You’re also welcome to leave their bed, toys, or anything familiar - I want every fur baby to feel completely at home. If your dog has any specific behaviors, quirks, or things I should know (fears, triggers, favorite activities, etc.), please share those too - the more I know, the better care I can give! I work in person 3 days a week, so I’m typically available Thursday through Sunday for walks, drop-ins, and boarding. If you need care on a weekday (Monday–Wednesday), just reach out - I’ll do my best to make arrangements to accommodate your dog’s needs. I have a 20 lb toy Australian Shepherd, and I genuinely love caring for other pets - my goal is always to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I tailor care to each dog’s individual needs: walks as often as they’re used to, playtime that matches their energy level, and plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. Whether your pup wants an active playmate or a calmer, low-key stay, I adjust to what works best for them.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Atherton
I had a great experience with this sitter! She was very understanding and flexible when I accidentally booked the wrong dates and quickly adjusted her schedule so I could bring my dog a day earlier. My dog is usually shy and takes time to warm up, so I was really happy to see how comfortable and happy he was when I picked him up. It gave me great peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Thank you so much for being so kind, flexible, and taking such great care of my dog!

Christopher was super accommodating with my two senior pups! Gave one of them medication and gave the other one a little extra walking so she would get her energy out. I love the glamour shots he sends me, they're always super happy and relaxed! One of the best sitters on this platform.

Shannon took great care of our lab Peanut and kept us updated throughout his stay with lots of photos and messages. He got plenty of walks and activities, and it was clear that he was well looked after. We really appreciated the communication and would happily book with Shannon again.

This is the third time Kelly and Ben have taken care of Nia during our annual visits to Palo Alto. Nia is right at home with both of them and can’t wait to get to their apartment when we drop her off. She loves her walks on campus and Kelly sends fun pics. We know Nia will be happy there and Kelly and Ben will take good care of her.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
