The day we dropped him off he had a small open wound from a minor procedure and was wearing an ecollar, but Joie did not mind and made sure to keep it clean, administer antibiotics, and keep him happy! Most importantly, Priya had a wonderful time with them. She's shy and they didn't rush her, letting her open up at her own pace. Candi sent plenty of updates and it was wonderful to watch Priya settle in and get comfortable and affectionate over the course of her stay. When I picked Priya up, while she was happy to see me, she also went back to get attention from Candi and Gianmarco, which was so great to see (rather than wanting to leave asap). “Melissa was so good with our poodle Stormy. She was able to read our dog’s requests and moods to ensure Stormy’s comfort. Not always an easy feat! Melissa kept us well informed about Stormy’s chronic eye issue. And she also sent pictures and stories every day. Very reassuring. At the end of the visit, Stormy watched Melissa walk away, which means Stormy felt an emotional bond with Melissa. ❤️ Would not hesitate to book with Melissa again in the future!”
