1. Christopher D.
“Chris was wonderful with my dog! He’s gentle and sensitive and takes utmost care of their needs. He would walk him morning evening and share cutest pics every day. It was our first time to drop for this long but can’t thank him enough for making him feel so at home.”
2. MinJun & Mi Ran P.
“Our favorite Rover dog-sitters moved, but they recommended a new family that took excellent care of our two small pups while we were away. MinJun & Mi Ran P. had a lovely home with a fenced in patio that was very safe and comfortable for our dogs. They were able to feed two finicky eaters, take them for walks, and share many photos and videos of our dogs while we were away, so we knew what they were doing. The bonus was another dog was also boarding and our younger pup had so much fun playing that she is still tired today! Will 100% choose MinJun & Mi Ran for boarding again next time we need it.”
3. Cesar S.
“Ceasar is phenomenal! He came through for me in a time of need and was very flexible. He took great care of Axel and sent many pictures that made me feel good. I am thankful for Ceasar and appreciate all he did. I certainly would use him again. Thank you!”
4. Jifu Y.
“Jifu’s family with Joki took a good care of our golden doodle, Kuli very well. They follow the caring instruction to feed Kuli and medications. Kuli has allergy and urinary incontinence, she needs to take medication multiple times a day, she also has bilious vomiting if she has empty stomach for too long, and she pees on herself in front of her legs because of the way she pees, those make more troubles to take care of her. But when we pick Kuli up, she is happy, clean, and no illness symptoms so I can tell they fed Kuli on time with correct dose of medications. Their house has a nice and big backyard, also a front yard with grass lawn. What’s a wonderful place for pups. Kuli likes to bask there, and play fetching. Thank you very much for having Kuli and thanks Joki to share the nice space and keep Kuli company.”
5. Tracy D.
“Tracy and her husband were great with my dog, Ocean! He stayed with them for a week, and they sent photos every day with updates on how he was doing and he had a great time :)”
6. Melissa C.
“Excellent sitter! Melissa was kind and warm and provided frequent updates. Completely trusted her with my dog and was happy my dog was having fun w her Archie. Highly recommend! Would use again. Thanks so much ❤️”
7. Liliane L.
“Our experience could not have been better — Liliane was such a wonderful caregiver! She is clearly a dog lover and I was comfortable with her from the moment we met. We knew our dog Gus would be happy staying with her. She shared updates with us throughout the stay about how it was going and what they were doing. We even joked about how he was having so much fun, he might not want to come home with us afterward! I am so relieved to have found Liliane and have such a wonderful care option when we need one. I will absolutely book with her again!”
8. Candi V.
“Candi and her husband took great care of my dog Kayak over the weekend! We received lots of photos and updates, which meant a lot to us! Thank you so much for taking such good care of her :)”
9. Jesse & Kimmy R.
“Jesse & Kimmy went above and beyond taking care of my high energy dog ❤️. They made sure to understand his needs and I got multiple updates/pictures and videos while I was away! I also got the cutest Polaroid of him as a parting gift! Many thanks !”
10. Ahmyah H.
“I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my high-energy pup! Ahmyah was incredibly attentive and patient. It was our first time apart, and I was a bit nervous, but the regular updates and knowing my dog was in such good hands put my mind at ease. Thank you for taking such great care of my dog and would definitely recommend to any other first-time dog parents!”
11. Charlotte C.
“I absolutely recommend Charlotte as a great pet caregiver! During our trip to Japan, she and her family including two adorable daughters took great care of our dog, Jessie. She regulary walked Jessie and secured play times every single day. She always kept us posted by messages along with the nice photos so that we could rest assured by understanding how gently, friendly, and carefully Jessie was taken care of by them. We will definitely come back to her for next occasions going forward!”
12. Tammy Y.
“Brisket had a fantastic slumber party weekend with Tammy! Truly every picture she sent he looked like he was having the time of his life. This was only our second time leaving him for a weekend and we were a bit anxious going in but knew he was being so loved on. We would absolutely book with Tammy again and would highly recommend her as a sitter!”
13. Margaret B.
“Margaret is probably the best dog sitter we’ve ever worked with. Let me give some context: our utterly cute dog was adopted in 2020 (pandemic dog) with already deep fear and trauma. We think something happened when she was a puppy that caused deep fear such as abuse or some sort of trauma. Basically, she was afraid of everything and utterly shy. We worked with multiple trainers for almost two years and finally got her to a good place. We learned with time and patience she gets comfortable with strangers and once you’re in her pack. You are there for life. She loves playing with dogs but dog parks would get complicated because other dogs sometimes would teach bad habits or become aggressive (trainers also mentioned things can escalate and certain owners have no control). We also learned she is scared of certain breeds and afraid of cats. But she has an incredible memory and is the smartest dog we’ve ever had. However, most people dog kennels, individuals have zero experience and patience. Given her memory, there are certain vets or dog daycares she will cry and try running away from if we are walking by. The true test of dog unhappiness. Fast forward to 2023, we’ve built trust and loyalty with our baby but the problem is she is still afraid of strangers and the unknown. She is al highly protective of her territory and will start barking (think a stranger walking up to me or a stranger entering our home). We’ve learned methods to make her feel safe and comfortable and ways strangers should approach. Basically it’s hard to find a dog sitter for her than the average dog. Most places are money machines and do not give her the time making her regress. Margaret is beyond words incredible. She knows how to work with all types of dogs including very shy dogs and dogs with behavioral challenges. She has ample experience and genuine care for animals. Also our dog is highly fearful of the breeds: huskies and German shepherds. Margaret has both and was able to get our dog comfortable going out on runs and walks with them. When we came to pick her up she was sad to go and saying bye to both Margaret, her partner John (another amazing human) and all their dogs. She loved all of them from Luma the chihuahua mix that made ours more social to the Willis and Jackson that made her confident to even Jackson who made her feel safe and like a queen. They even were flirting hahaha Never have we left our dog and received so many pictures and saw her so happy. She did not even want to leave when we picked her up and learned new commands in just one week like paw. Our dog even cried while we drove away and loved her new pack. Margaret said she fit right in. If Margaret and John open a doggie daycare, our pup would be there every day because we have never seen her so social and happy while remaining in a safe and controlled space. She was loved, fed like crazy (the way to her heart) but did not gain weight because of all the exercise, games and activities provided by this wonderful couple. Margaret is also an incredible trainer and has so much patience and love. I felt so easy on our holidays with my baby there, did not even think twice. We are beyond proud and since that week with Margaret she is a different dog. Sweeter, calmer and just more confident and trusting. Please open a daycare that this area so desperately needs. One thing- I recognize the price is expensive this was our biggest challenge but they are truly worth it!!”
14. FANG L.
“Fang is an amazing sitter! She is very communicative and sends photos, videos and updates throughout the day and night. She did an amazing job watching Four. It’s always hard to leave your fur baby, but I can tell that Four had a great time and enjoyed all the love and attention.”
15. Yi F.
“We are so grateful to have found Yi as our dog sitter for boarding! She was fantastic with our dog Toma, sending us regular updates which really put our minds at ease. It's clear that Yi is not only professional but also genuinely caring towards pets. Toma was very happy during his stay with Yi, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter.”
16. Yun D.
About: When it comes to dogs, I've got experience with every stage of life—from the energy of a bouncing puppy learning its first commands to the gentle, watchful care of senior dogs who need extra comfort and support. My secret? I tune in to each dog's unique personality and needs. I’m that person who will sit with a shy pup until they feel safe, or go on an extra-long walk for high-energy dogs who need to burn off steam. And if you've got a clever escape artist or a curious troublemaker, I’m not afraid to get creative! I’ve trained dogs to master basic commands, helped socialize pups for better behavior, and used enrichment activities to keep clever minds active and engaged. 🦴 My goal is to leave every dog not only happier but a bit wiser (or at least more tired!) than when we started. Simply put, I’m not just a dog sitter. I’m the friend who’ll show up with treats, patience, and a heart dedicated to making each visit as enriching as it is fun. Because to me, every pup is family. 🐾 Pet care is woven right into my everyday life, making it easy for me to provide attention and love throughout the week! With my flexible schedule, your furry friend will rarely be left alone and can enjoy a homey, cozy atmosphere all day long. I’m in school, but my afternoons are wide open for playtime, walks, and one-on-one attention. 🐕 Once I'm home, I focus fully on their needs—whether it’s burning off some energy with a game of fetch, a walk around the neighborhood, or simply some cuddle time on the couch. Weekends? Even better! I have all the time in the world to make sure your pup feels right at home. With my adaptable schedule and dog-friendly setup, you can count on a reliable, warm environment that fits naturally into my routine, keeping your pet safe, happy, and thoroughly entertained! 🐾 Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Living in the Stanford dorms, I’ve created a pet-friendly space where dogs can feel right at home, even in a new environment. My dorm is cozy and inviting, with enough space for your pet to relax, play, or curl up for a nap. 🐶💼 Stanford’s campus is filled with beautiful common areas and plenty of green spaces, perfect for a daily dose of exercise and fresh air. Whether it’s a peaceful walk through tree-lined paths or a playful romp on a nearby lawn, your dog will have a chance to explore and enjoy the outdoors in a safe, controlled way. 🏞️ I’m mindful of routines and safety practices, so your pup will always have the structure they need to feel secure. Whether it’s managing mealtimes, sticking to established commands, or simply offering reassuring attention, I make sure every dog feels right at home. You can trust that your pet will not only be safe but will also be showered with all the love and care they deserve. 🐾
17. Jennifer C.
“Lily was treated like royalty during our extended trip! Truman, the resident canine gentleman, made her feel right at home, sharing his toys and even his bed. It was clear that Lily was well-cared for and had a wonderful time. We're so grateful for the peace of mind knowing our furry family member was in such loving hands.”
18. Kevin & Sarah W.
“Kevin and Sarah are excellent. They have a really nice big apartment with a yard and lot of space for dogs to roam around. They took excellent care of my dog overnight and gave me constant updates and photos. Their dog Kona is also very friendly and accompanied my dog on walks.”
19. Daniel L.
“Daniel has been awesome. We have booked with him twice now and will continue to do so. Our dog Zion always come back happy and tired from all the playing. Thank you Daniel!”
