Always feel happy leaving Omi with Michael. Omi is also keen to go inside and leave us to visit and find her friends. We enjoy getting lots of photos and updates. So glad we found Michael.

Yun and Lina took excellent care of our dog (boarding) while we were out of town for a few days. To begin, they were happy to do a meet-and-greet beforehand, and they were clearly invested in our dog’s care by asking questions before and during her stay. Yun and Lina were very engaged with our dog and took her on many walks and errands. We felt assured that our dog was in great hands by the updates that Yun and Lina provided. We’ll definitely be asking for Yun and Lina’s availability the next time we need to board our dog!

My pup can't miss out on playing with her dog friends at Johnathan and Christina's home. I can tell she is a much loved guest when she goes over each week.

Amazing family, took care of my 75lb doodle girl like she was their own family member. 10/10 across the board and would leave her again with them in a heartbeat.

Mora took such wonderful care of Sofia during our 10 days away. Sofia had an injured leg and required special care and medication. Moreover, Sofia likes to be with people and can get anxious when alone. Mora did such a wonderful job in tending to Sofia’s needs and making adjustments as needed. Mora not only shared photos every day but also a summary of the day, that reflected not only events of the day but captured Sofia’s personality. It warmed our hearts to read the daily summaries and see the photos, and to know that Sofia was being very well cared for. We look forward to using Mora again in the future if/when she is available. Thank you Mora!

Anna takes wonderful care of our dog. She’s a great communicator and gives me updates. My dog was so excited to be dropped off and came home very happy after a 4 day stay.

We had a very busy weekend where our Chaweenie, Miso, would have had to be alone for large stretches, or travel non-stop in a car all day. So we decided to find a "surrogate family" for the weekend. Shobi, her husband, and girls took great care of her. When I picked her up, she seemed relaxed and happy. We will for sure book more stays with Shobi and her lovely family!

Michael responds super fast to my requests and is very reliable. His flexibility is really helpful for early plane flights and late pickups! Thanks for watching Remy for us Michael.

Courtney is an amazing sitter! She our trusted person for boarding our pup and he always comes back so happy. When he sees her he gets so excited and it helps us feel less anxious knowing he loves his time with her.

Angela and Kangwoong were amazing hosts for my dog Arisha. Arisha is a very shy dog but she felt at home staying at their place. I don't know if it's common but she was the only dog during her stay which made the stay extra special. Angela sent me 2 pictures a day as updates about the stay. I am ashamed to say it but I feel like Arisha was treated better than I am able to do at home... I would be extremely comfortable with and would love having Angela host Arisha again in the future.

Our pups enjoyed their night with John! He was very communicative and made sure they were comfortable:D He is genuinely one of the sweetest people we have met and cannot recommend him enough :)

Jessica is absolutely wonderful and paid very close attention to Kona and all the care information I had provided her. I absolutely loved the fact that she always check-in with me if she had any questions! I really appreciate that level of care.

They were so great! Our dog Fynn was super happy to stay with their two golden retrievers. They even taught us some things about golden retrievers. Would definitely recommend them.

I can't recommend Jeff and his girls highly enough! This was our 8-year-old German Shepherd's very first boarding experience, so we were understandably a little nervous. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe, comfortable, and loved. Even at our meet and greet, I was so impressed. Jeff had clearly read through Lolly's profile ahead of time and came prepared with a list of thoughtful questions about her routine, personality, and preferences. It was obvious he genuinely wanted to get to know her and make sure she had the best possible stay, and that immediately put us at ease. Every day was a new adventure for Lolly! They took her on fun outings, kept her active, and treated her like part of the family. One of my favorite parts was receiving so many photos and updates throughout her stay—it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and having such a great time. Jeff's communication was great, too. He responded incredibly quickly whenever I reached out, and anytime he had a question, he always checked with me instead of making assumptions. I especially appreciated the little things, like asking before letting her play in the doggy pool. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. When we picked Lolly up, she was so happy, relaxed, and pleasantly tired from all of her adventures. It was clear she had been genuinely cared for and loved during her stay. As first-time boarding parents, we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll absolutely be booking with Jeff again for future trips and sincerely hope he's available whenever we need him. If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as if they were their own, I wholeheartedly recommend him!

This is the third time Kelly and Ben have taken care of Nia during our annual visits to Palo Alto. Nia is right at home with both of them and can’t wait to get to their apartment when we drop her off. She loves her walks on campus and Kelly sends fun pics. We know Nia will be happy there and Kelly and Ben will take good care of her.

Emma is great! She has watched Kovu several times now. Emma sends updates and photos so you know your pup is in good hands. Her dog is very friendly and Kovu enjoys staying there. Emma also doesn’t watch multiple dogs at once so your dog doesn’t feel overwhelmed. I love that she has a yard too that they can play in. Emma is flexible and reliable!

Extended stay with our fav sitter. Just the right amount of pics and great communication with unexpected events. I knew I could trust Anam when I had to modify my booking at the last minute.

Matt was great with dog Hazel and her special needs. He helped keep up with her training, administered medicine and took time to play tug with her. His home has an expansive back yard (by Palo Alto standards) for Hazel to explore and stretch her legs. I would love to board Hazel with Matt in the future.
