About: Hi! I’m Ally, an animal lover with professional animal care experience ranging from pet boarding facilities to the Oakland Zoo. My approach is calm, attentive, patient, and individualized to each animal. Animals have always been a central part of my life. I became vegetarian as a child because of my love for animals, and that value continues to guide both my personal and professional life today. Professionally, I previously worked at a pet boarding facility where I handled client communication, maintained veterinary and care records, administered medications, monitored feeding and intake, and provided daily hands-on animal care. About: I’ve lived with dogs, cats, and birds throughout my life, and I have around 20 years of experience caring for parakeets and a Quaker parrot. My dog-walking experience has been occasional walks with friends’ dogs, mostly smaller pups, and I’m excited to spend more time getting to know dogs in my neighborhood! I already spend plenty of time out walking, so a friend suggested dog walking would be a natural fit. I’d love to give your dog some fresh air, exercise, and time to sniff and explore at their own pace. I’ll follow your instructions and pay attention to their comfort, energy level, and routine. I have a flexible weekday schedule, especially during typical working hours, so dog walks fit easily into my daily routine. I already enjoy getting outside for regular walks and would love to have a canine companion join me! My availability is primarily on weekdays, with limited weekend availability. For dog walking, I’ll follow your instructions for picking up and returning your dog, including securely locking up your home. Before our first walk, I’d like to learn about your dog’s leash manners, usual routine, triggers, and any special needs. I’ll make sure their leash and harness or collar are secure, keep them leashed, and adjust our pace to their comfort and energy level. Afterward, I’ll get them settled, check that they have water, and send you a brief update about our walk!

About: Our family has had a black lab/boxer for over 8 years, and I grew up with dogs in the household. I am active and we love to take our pup on walks, to the park, and play around the family. There are some dogs that do not feel good in loud and busy areas. So I make sure to go on walk them in quieter places. About: I have cared for dogs of all kinds and ages since I was a child. I've trained puppies, cared for elder dogs, and worked with service dogs as well. January, 2026: I am working part time & remote so my schedule for pet care is very flexible! I'm available for a single day or for longer-term arrangements.
