“Jordan was phenomenal with our dog! From the initial meet-and-greet to the end of the sit, she was thoroughly professional, dependable, and communicative. She followed all feeding and care instructions to the letter and constantly went above and beyond to make sure our pup felt comfortable, loved, and engaged. The updates and photos she sent gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog and could not recommend Jordan highly enough. We’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Judea has been amazing to work with! She’s been super accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She’s always been flexible with scheduling and has made everything really easy and stress free. I really appreciate how kind and reliable she’s been with Buddy, and I feel comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. I would definitely recommend Judea to anyone looking for a great dog walker!”

“We have booked with Michael several times now. He is so reliable and easy to work with. I have one senior dog and two younger ones. All of them were given enough care and attention. Even one of them enjoyed “hide & seek” right before a walk, Michael didn’t message us immediately (would’ve panicked us because we’d thought he is missing 😂) but followed this little one’s ritual and patiently and playfully guided him downstairs to start the walk. It’s all these small actions from Michael made us dog parents can really be enjoying our trips while left our babies in such a good hand. Thank you!!”

About: Hi! I’m Ally, an animal lover with professional animal care experience ranging from pet boarding facilities to the Oakland Zoo. My approach is calm, attentive, patient, and individualized to each animal. Animals have always been a central part of my life. I became vegetarian as a child because of my love for animals, and that value continues to guide both my personal and professional life today. Professionally, I previously worked at a pet boarding facility where I handled client communication, maintained veterinary and care records, administered medications, monitored feeding and intake, and provided daily hands-on animal care. I also worked as a Zookeeper Aide at the Oakland Zoo, where I helped prepare specialized diets and support daily animal care operations in a fast-paced environment. I’m currently completing a Master’s degree in Environmental Health Sciences at Columbia University, so I’m especially detail-oriented, responsible, communicative, and reliable. What You Can Expect From Me: -Reliability, reliability, reliability! ☺️ -Regular communication, updates, and photos -Calm, patient handling style -Attention to detailed feeding and care instructions -Lots of affection, play, and individualized attention Previous Experience: -Zookeeper Aide at Oakland Zoo -Behavioral Health worker at a California primate center -Animal care work at research centers -Wildlife rehabilitation and sanctuary volunteer experience -Pet sitting experience with a wide range of pet breeds and personalities -Pet First Aid and CPR certified I'm currently working remotely on my capstone project to finish my Master's degree, which means my schedule is quite flexible to care for your fur babies! I do have my own cat so I need to take his own care into account when considering bookings. I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and consistent environment for every pet in their own home. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walks, medication, routines, and household rules while paying close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall wellbeing. I understand that every animal has a different comfort level and personality, so I approach each pet with patience, attentiveness, and respect for their space and routine.
About: I grew up with tons of pets and have pet sit for friends and family in the past. I am restarting my pet sitting but have been volunteering with a local cat rescue for the last 4 years on a weekly basis. I can provide exercise, play time, food, and administer medications. I have my own cat and know how special and important pets are as members of the family. I work full time from home for a non profit and am luckily that my schedule is fairly flexible so I can easily pop over to facilitate a walk or check in on pets. It’s important to me to learn the typical routine and structures in place for pets and then try my best to maintain those for a pets comfort and ease of transition in having a petsitter. Safety inside and out is important, especially going on a walk.
About: We’re an engaged couple living in East Palo Alto and looking for more opportunities to spend quality time with animals! We’ve been trusted dog and cat sitters for friends and family for years, and recently decided to give Rover a try. We’d love to provide your pet with extra love, attention, and care while you’re away or taking some time for yourself. We can’t wait to meet your furry family member! 🥰 One of our favorite things to do is go on walks together. We always joke and say we’re meant to have a pet, and we’re sure we will have our own one day. We walk daily during our lunch breaks and each evening after work. We’d love to take your pet with us! We live in a house with a private fenced backyard. We have no pets or kids in our house and we plan to take care of one pet/family at a time so we can give them our full attention and make sure they are as comfortable as can be.
“Savannah is great with Goose. She is also excellent at communicating. We appreciate her help with walking Goose while we were away. We hope we can book with Savannah again in the future.”

About: Dogs have been part of my life since I was 10. I've cared for everything from toy breeds to large breeds, and neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me for years to walk, feed, play with, and check in on their pets. Every size and energy level is welcome here, including puppies and senior dogs, and I'm happy to give oral medications on schedule (I don't administer injections). Safety comes first: dogs stay leashed on walks, your instructions get followed to the letter, and I make a point of knowing where the nearest emergency vet is. My afternoons are flexible, which makes me a great fit for midday and after-work walks and drop-in visits. You'll hear from me on every single visit - photos, our GPS-tracked route, distance covered, and notes on how your dog did, because I'd want that same peace of mind. Let's set up a quick Meet & Greet so your pup and I can get acquainted first. My afternoons are flexible, so weekday middays and after-work hours are when I'm most available for walks and drop-in visits, and weekends are wide open. I keep my Rover calendar updated daily and reply to messages within minutes. For regular clients, I'm glad to hold a standing weekly slot on the same days and times each week so your dog's routine stays predictable. Most of my care happens in your home, so respecting your space comes first. Written instructions get followed exactly, doors and gates stay secured, everything is left the way I found it, and your address and entry details are never shared with anyone. On walks, dogs stay leashed the entire time, I stick to routes I know well, bring water on warm days, and check paws and coat afterward. Before the first visit I make sure I have your vet's contact information and the location of the nearest emergency clinic. After every visit you'll get photos and a written recap, so you always know exactly how your dog is doing.
About: 🔆Welcome to a small part of my life I started by taking care of my neighbors’ pets as a hobby, which helped me discover how much I enjoy this work. Later, I found the Rover app, where I saw a great opportunity to care for and meet dogs of different breeds. Currently, I have two years of experience providing love and care to pets as if they were part of my family. I deeply love animals and have always felt a special connection with them. I carry my dog, Cejas, who passed away, in my heart forever, and her memory inspires me to provide the best care to the pets that come into my home. I’m passionate about caring for pets with special needs, whether it’s administering medications or providing appropriate therapies for their physical and mental well-being. I have experience with different breeds and temperaments, so I easily adapt to each pet’s unique needs. Looking for a quiet and exclusive stay for your pet? Your furry friend will find a true haven of peace here. My home is clean, calm, and completely free of loud noises. I only accept one family at a time, ensuring a stress free and distraction free environment. I’m home all the time, so your pet will never be alone. Perfect for sensitive pets or those who simply need rest and tranquility. I speak Spanish, I am currently studying English📒 I’m patient, responsible, organized, flexible, and, above all, trustworthy. I love walking and exploring the outdoors, which makes walks with your furry friends one of my favorite moments of the day. They also help me by providing exercise and breaking me out of my daily routine. I truly enjoy sharing my life with the company of pets. I offer a warm, cozy, and safe environment where your pet will feel loved and protected. I’ll keep you informed with updates through the Rover card, as well as photos and videos during their stay, so you’ll always know how your furry friend is doing. Your pets can roam freely throughout the house, and during the night, when it’s time to sleep, they are monitored through my camera. 🐱It will be a pleasure! I’m available seven days a week to host, care for, and walk your pets. I’m also open to handling last-minute requests, as long as I don’t have prior bookings. I provide exclusivity by only caring for one pet per day or pets from the same family. My husband helps keep the pets entertained during their stay. I love taking long walks, and I’ll always send you updates through Rover cards. Your pet will be safe and comfortable in a warm and welcoming environment. In my home, I’ve created a secure, risk-free space where your furry friend can feel right at home. I always stay in the same space as the pet, providing constant attention and supervision to ensure their well-being at all times. My neighborhood is gated and pet-friendly, with plenty of green areas, making walks perfect and super safe for both large and small pets. For my pet boarding service, whether for the day or overnight, I prioritize hygiene and a great experience. Before each reservation, my home is thoroughly disinfected, vacuumed, and mopped. I love welcoming pets into a clean and well-prepared space to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 🐕🦺In my client's home, I follow their specific instructions regarding feeding, walking, and any other care routines they have in place. I’m a flexible, adaptable and energetic person

Michael has been walking my senior dog, Jamun, in the mornings for a few weeks now. He is always pleasant, and Jamun is ready to go out with him every morning (He is a very barky dog and does not step out unless I do when going for walks. - don't know why!). It has been a pleasure and hope to continue for a while. I would recommend Michael V very highly for any services.
Shobi is absolutely wonderful! So reliable, caring, and communicative. She’s been incredible helpful while my pup and I have adjusted to a new city and schedule. My dog loves her, and I always feel completely comfortable knowing she’s in good hands. Highly recommend!

Natasha is great! She took the time to really understand my dog’s health issues and made sure she knew what to do in the event of a seizure. He seems happy and relaxed with her right away. All smiles in the pictures I got from his report card. I’ll definitely be booking her again!

I would highly recommend Cameron to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and thoughtful dog walker! He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He always posts cute photos of Oreo and takes him on nice, long walks. I come home to a happy, relaxed dog every day, and I have Cameron to thank for that!

We have two dogs who can be a bit reactive when walked by leash. My wife and I were instructed by professional dog trainers on how to keep them calm and under control when they see another dog. John picked up the training methods quickly and had both of our guys exhibiting their best behavior. John is a natural, and our dogs adore him. We are extremely pleased with his calmness and attention. Five stars!
