“Courtney has been great with my dog. She consistently walks her weekly and sends wonderful pics of her. I appreciate the consistency and how trustworthy she is with my dog.”

About: Seeing me walk and care for two Newfoundlands together for many years allowed friends to leave their fur friends in my care without concern, and I am grateful to them for those experiences. I have a special fondness for seniors and I welcome and adore dogs of any age. Whenever I’m out and about and see dogs they often surprise their owners and initiate saying hello to me as if we know each other, I love that. I visit with neighboring pets, check on them, take them for walks and stay with them in their homes, sometimes overnight. Only on very rare occasions and always with permission do I care for more than one family’s pets at a time. My schedule is very flexible and I am available and happy to check on your pets while you’re away and walk dogs at your convenience. I treat spaces as I would friends’ and your pets as though they are my own. Whenever we are together their wellbeing and happiness are my priority.
“My young, super athletic dog Murphy needed a dog professional to get him out daily while I recover from surgery. Michael has been a huge help in taking our dog out on neighborhood walks 7 days a week. The booking process was really efficient and straightforward. Overall, a super positive experience which I will share with other dog families.”

About: I grew up with tons of pets and have pet sit for friends and family in the past. I am restarting my pet sitting but have been volunteering with a local cat rescue for the last 4 years on a weekly basis. I can provide exercise, play time, food, and administer medications. I have my own cat and know how special and important pets are as members of the family. I work full time from home for a non profit and am luckily that my schedule is fairly flexible so I can easily pop over to facilitate a walk or check in on pets. It’s important to me to learn the typical routine and structures in place for pets and then try my best to maintain those for a pets comfort and ease of transition in having a petsitter. Safety inside and out is important, especially going on a walk.
About: When it comes to dogs, I've got experience with every stage of life—from the energy of a bouncing puppy learning its first commands to the gentle, watchful care of senior dogs who need extra comfort and support. My secret? I tune in to each dog's unique personality and needs. I’m that person who will sit with a shy pup until they feel safe, or go on an extra-long walk for high-energy dogs who need to burn off steam. And if you've got a clever escape artist or a curious troublemaker, I’m not afraid to get creative! I’ve trained dogs to master basic commands, helped socialize pups for better behavior, and used enrichment activities to keep clever minds active and engaged. 🦴 My goal is to leave every dog not only happier but a bit wiser (or at least more tired!) than when we started. Simply put, I’m not just a dog sitter. I’m the friend who’ll show up with treats, patience, and a heart dedicated to making each visit as enriching as it is fun. Because to me, every pup is family. 🐾 Pet care is woven right into my everyday life, making it easy for me to provide attention and love throughout the week! With my flexible schedule, your furry friend will rarely be left alone and can enjoy a homey, cozy atmosphere all day long. I’m in school, but my afternoons are wide open for playtime, walks, and one-on-one attention. 🐕 Once I'm home, I focus fully on their needs—whether it’s burning off some energy with a game of fetch, a walk around the neighborhood, or simply some cuddle time on the couch. Weekends? Even better! I have all the time in the world to make sure your pup feels right at home. With my adaptable schedule and dog-friendly setup, you can count on a reliable, warm environment that fits naturally into my routine, keeping your pet safe, happy, and thoroughly entertained! 🐾 Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Living in the Stanford dorms, I’ve created a pet-friendly space where dogs can feel right at home, even in a new environment. My dorm is cozy and inviting, with enough space for your pet to relax, play, or curl up for a nap. 🐶💼 Stanford’s campus is filled with beautiful common areas and plenty of green spaces, perfect for a daily dose of exercise and fresh air. Whether it’s a peaceful walk through tree-lined paths or a playful romp on a nearby lawn, your dog will have a chance to explore and enjoy the outdoors in a safe, controlled way. 🏞️ I’m mindful of routines and safety practices, so your pup will always have the structure they need to feel secure. Whether it’s managing mealtimes, sticking to established commands, or simply offering reassuring attention, I make sure every dog feels right at home. You can trust that your pet will not only be safe but will also be showered with all the love and care they deserve. 🐾
About: I lived on the farm for 16 years which we raised several types of dogs ranging from a miniature poodle name Benji to a black lab named Bear. We had several cats, some of them were called Barn cats and they would just stay in the barn and catch the mice or any other little creatures that would roam around! Once in awhile I would sneak in a kitty and make sure they were out of the house before my dad got up! I always felt bad for them sleeping outside. One of my first dogs as an adult was a Rottweiler named keela. She was so smart she wouldn't let the kids out of her side. When she got pregnant she had a hard time giving birth. I remember watching a movie 101 Dalmatians and one of the puppies wasn't breathing and he used a technique on the throat. That actually works. I had the vet on the line and he talked me through helping her give birth. That was one of these scariest most exciting moments owning a pet! I used to train our puppies on the farm the basics. They were so easy since treats or a puppy's best friend! My furry granddaughter moved out recently with her mom and her name is Bella. I get her on weekends sometimes like any other grandparent gets their grand child. I have doggy sat / house sat for one family for the past five to six years when needed. Ella is always excited to see me as I am always excited to see her! I believe that are pets are just like our children. They need our unconditional love, attention, patience, and understanding. Our pets can not talk to us so we need to make sure that we understand their language when they're not feeling well or when they're anxious or stressed out. I will treat your family member just like I treat my own. I now have a new addiction to the family. Her name is Luna. She is a 9month old tabby that I adopted Halloween night last year!! She was 8 weeks old and boy is she a character. Right now, I have an open schedule. So anytime would be great to hang out with some fur babies. Being with your babies would be a blessing to enjoy. Every morning we get up and have breakfast pour fresh water in her fountain. I allow her to go outside on the balcony for a bit while i am out there tending to my plants. we then go and empty her litter box in the morning so we can have clean litter for the day. I am trying to harness train her so if she wants some day we can go on a walk. we come back in, and we will play with some toys or the laser. then it is treat time. by then she takes a nap. this is how i take care of my pet. your pet would get the same treatment.
“Highly recommend Chris! He walks our large German Shepherd who is always tried and happy after the walks! Chris leaves us detailed notes and always ensures our dog has access to water. Chris is always going above and beyond and we appreciate everything he does for us and our dog!”

About: What sets me apart is that I’m really patient and caring, and I honestly love spending time with animals. I’m a student, so I’m very reliable and responsible, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved. Since I’m a student, my schedule is pretty flexible. Pet care easily fits into my daily routine because I enjoy taking breaks from schoolwork to walk, play, and spend time with pets. For drop-ins, I make sure pets get fresh water, food, and attention, along with plenty of playtime. On walks, I keep them safe, follow their pace, and make sure they get good exercise while having fun.
“Robyn is awesome with both my dogs despite one being a bit stubborn and the other very mischievous :) She even cleaned up after my counter surfing dog got ahold of a brand new box of Kleenex!”

Ventura dog parents share their Rover experiences
My dogs don’t like anyone, but they LOVE Maria. She has a magic dog finger and calmed my anxious dogs down immediately. We trust Maria with our dogs and we leave our dogs with her overnight, something we can’t do with anyone else. Thank you Maria for being so watching our high maintenance dogs. We highly recommended her to watch over your beloved pets.

Yuri has been a godsend for our family. I really appreciate that Yuri has been flexible and available for last minute walk requests when my schedule changes. Yuri is also very adaptive to Nora’s preferences. Nora hates the rain and so when it rains, Yuri will manage to get Nora to go potty but also play with Nora indoors whenever Nora refuses to walk in the rain

Our dog walker was absolutely fantastic! She arrived right on time, gave our pup a great walk, and even took extra time to make sure she had fresh water and was settled afterward. Truly went above and beyond — we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention!
